I had the best experience. Kevin was super helpful and patient. It was dark and getting closer to closing time when I stopped by. The car I saw online was not available (Kevin searched for it for about 10 minutes), but fortunately they had a similar vehicle with has more features. Kevin showed me the car, he was not pushy at all, which puts me at ease. He worked tirelessly the next day to get everything ready for me. Ervin at the Finance dept was super helpful too. Everything was a breeze, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave with your new purchase! I would definitely recommend Chevy 112. The best experience at a car dealership, which is rare!

We were helped by Roy Miranda. We arrived knowledgeable, and knowing exactly what we wanted. Roy could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and NON pushy.. He was himself very knowledgeable, and was of tremendous help. He did not rush us and honestly treated us like family. Also, Mr. Guerra, who I believe was the branch manager was a pleasure, and also NOT pushy. They treated my children well, and for that reason I would 100% recommend this dealership to any friend or family member.. This is NOT the same as some other Chevy dealers who I will not mention. A real pleasurable experience, thank you 10 stars!

Ordered a 2020 Camaro in July finally arrived in January and had discoloration on the side panel. Upon time of delivery car still had discolration on paint and was poorly detailed with caked on mud. Asked to address problem came back two days later to a ding on door and paint stain still visible obviously not corrected and now the front spoiler was scratched up bad. I was clearly upset this was my specially ordered car and damaged before I drove away. Words from Oscar the sales manager. This is as good as it gets I'll give you your deposit back. She was so knowledgeable and not pushy. Tricia stayed later the day we were picking up the truck, and made sure we were 100% comfortable with it before we drove away. I came in for an oil change and inspection. I know I have tints on my truck and since it is a new law vehicle can't pass inspection, they did it anyways and removed my inspection sticker and now I have no sticker on my vehicle when I should have been told up front they wouldn't do the inspection due to the window tint and I would have left. The female customer service agent was rude and not friendly at all. I will definitely never step foot inside that dealership ever again. I was thinking of getting the traverse for my spouse, but I will go elsewhere. I haven't had a good experience with this dealership since I brought my truck there last year in August.

Picking up after leaving for repair I was told two different things, 1st was we only give 30 day, than was told it was only for drive train. My truck was there for a whole day & was never touch, much less fixed. Was there for 2 1/2 days when I p/u it was still not fixed. Had to bring back & do w/o a vehicle again! That time it was actually fixed. This is just the short version of what I went thru, says nothing about the way I was treated....

Went to this dealership after I overheard a manager at Atlantic Chevy in Bayshore gruffly raising his voice to the salesman, Nick, I was negotiating with about the offer he was willing to make me. I was shocked at this behavior since I had leased numerous Mailbus and Traverses through Atlantic and figured
I would be treated as a valued returning customer. However, an uncomfortable atmosphere was created by this manager at Atlantic and no deals were being offered since he also wanted to incorporate my final 2 payments of my former lease into my new lease payment (I literally went on Black Friday hoping for somewhat of a deal). Therefore, I travelled over to Nessenger Chevy 112 to give Chevy one more chance before I considered changing to a different brand of vehicle. I was greeted immediately by Austin and we signed a deal within minutes. Austin is a professional and went above and beyond to make sure he (and Nessenger's manager) beat Atlantic's offer and also bought out my last payments of my former lease. Therefore, my Chevy dealership from now on is Nessenger 112 and Austin is my salesman. Thank you for treating me like a valued returning customer.

The best Chevrolet Dealership around! I made the mistake of going to another dealer because they had the vehicle I wanted. After numerous issues with purchasing and servicing the vehicle, I regret going there instead of Trustworthy Chevy 112. Chevrolet 112 was able to diagnose and fix my vehicle in a fraction of the time this other place had my vehicle without even fixing it. The mechanics and service advisors at Chevy 112 are Top Notch and always trying to help! There was an issue with this other dealership never filing Warranty paperwork when I purchased the vehicle and Chevrolet 112 was able to detect this help me sort it out. My vehicle always comes back clean, taken care of, and in a timely manner! A++ Dealership with very knowledgeable and considerate staff! I am a Chevrolet 112 customer for life and will always recommend them!

You ll never be disappointed except in my case long story short I brought my truck in for the service suspension soon light on I was told it wasn t covered by my warranty and They would have to special order the part They would need my credit card information which I didn t give at this time,needless to say later on I decided against getting the work done as it was way too much for a shock to be replaced, when I went down to pay just for the diagnostic fee Bob the service guy told me oh we already ordered the part special for you. I Kind of was annoyed and felt put on the spot. I then found the part not a special order for literally half the price certified GM part! I told him I just wanted to pay the diagnostic fee and then they charged me for a restocking fee also for backing out! Needless to say I was lied to as the part was never ordered until after I gave my credit card information! my fault I guess but I wanted to speak to the service manager and that s another joke! I called texted and emailed and said I wanted to speak to the manager and I got no response from anyone, This place is usually pretty good but this time was a mess! so lesson learned on my part. hopefully you just becareful and don t get roped into anything like I did. NO MEANS NO and stick to it! Learn from my mistake.

Came here after many trips to Chevrolet locations all over the island and Bill is the BEST. I have dealt with dealerships many times and I have NEVER had a transaction go as smoothly as I have here. Paper signing and insurance process took maybe 45 min and I was already on the road with my new car!! Unreal. Bill so communicative, friendly, and honest. Not to mention he gave me the best price around! If you come here, make sure you see Bill! You won t regret it!!

After using exclusively Smithtown Chevrolet since I bought my Traverse there, I decided to give Chevrolet 112 a try. The last few times in Smithtown have truly been a nighmare. Their service department in Smithtown and overall customer service has gone downhill in the last few years. I am happy to report that Chevrolet 112 still knows what customer service means. Specifically, my advisor, Jessica was very accomodating and friendly. She did not have that "why are you bothering me" attitude! I would highly recommend bringing your Chevy to 112 for service. 5 Stars! Thank you. We'll be back.

I bought a used Toyota Camry 2012 back in May. The first day when I went to look at the car, Anthony went out of his way to ensure that I would be able to test-drive it (the car was boxed in by other cars that he didn't have the keys to, so he had to drive it out over the lawn to get it out). I was satisfied with the car, and Anthony made agreeing on a price very easy, even given the tight budget that I was working with. There were no unexpected charges, and he thoroughly explained what I was being charged for in each part of the contract before I signed (including tax, inspection fee, license plate fee, and registration fee). Overall, I would say the deal was very reasonable given the KBB price of the car.

The next day, I went to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. The paperwork was very quick and easy to complete, and there wasn't anything suspicious about the contracts and no additional charges added on. I also had to get my insurance set up, but couldn't find a good price myself given my age and lack of driving experience. The dealership provided me with personalized insurance help through AllState, where I was helped one-on-one by Maria and was able to get a much better deal on insurance than I was able to find anywhere online! Afterwards, I had to wait some time (about an hour) for the car to be prepared. However, I was offered free food and refreshments while waiting, so it wasn't too bad. Additionally, because the wait was so long, Anthony supplied me with a full tank of gas free of charge, which I was very thankful for! Finally, I received a copy of all of the completed paperwork and temporary insurance and registration information I would need to drive.

Anthony worked with me the entire time and gave me his personal contact information so I could text him if I needed anything. Additionally, there was a small star in the windshield of the car he agreed to fix for free. Although they were not able to fix it on the spot, he gave me an IOU form saying they would do it anytime in the future if I called in advance. My permanent registration and title to the car came in the mail about a month later, which is a long time but I don't believe the dealership has any control over that.

Overall I was very satisfied with how Chevrolet 112 worked with me the entire time and how nice and helpful the entire staff including Anthony was. Most importantly, I was very satisfied with the deal and the car itself, as well as how the dealership went above and beyond to help me get a good deal on my insurance as well!

My 2012 chevy suburban ltz is having transmission issues and stopped in front of chevy 112. I brought the car in and spoke to an Angela. She took the car at 2:00pm on 07:07 and stated we have 45 cars so i am not sure when it will be looked at. I was ok with that for that specific day. I called in today 07/08/2020 to see what was going on at 10:00 am and was told car is in the bay and they are diagnosing the problem Angela will call you once we have one. At 12:20pm i called back and asked for Angela who was at lunch. And was promised a call back 30 mind later. 1 hour later i called back and was told Angela was not available and she will return the call. Angela finally called back with an attitude stating i told you i dont know when the car will be ready so you have to wait i told her im right around the corner ill stop in. When i got there Angela smiled and stated no one told me the car was in the bay i am a liar. I told Angela i have the call recorded because i called from my work phone and all calls in and out are recorded. Angela then had an attitude and continued to argue so i told her give me my keys ill take it to a dealership service center that actually wants business and will handle my problem. I never recommend this place to anyone and i dont know why i even went i heard so many bad things but i like to give people a chance and make my own opinion well they proved every one right

I have been a customer at Chevy 112 for 18 years starting with when I bought my then new Camaro SS. The service department has consistently done an excellent job keeping my beloved Camaro in superb condition. They have also done the same for the '98 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am I bought 4 years ago. I always get treated as a valued customer and my concerns are honestly and effectively addressed.

I am writing this as a review of the dealership not of the vehicle. I went in middle of November looking to purchase a used truck. I worked with Tom and I enjoyed my experience with him. In fact, everything up until early December everything was great. The issue started when my insurance company requested a copy of my bill of sale and I decided to go over it. At this point, I discovered that I was deceived and my loan was at a 72-month term not a 60-month loan that is what I had shook hands with Tom. My wife and I both walked out of the dealership thinking the term was at 60 months. I will agree some fault of my own for just being ecstatic and listening to the finance person who said all you need to do is sign here and here and here. DO NOT MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE. Review your contract head to toe to avoid this type of theft. At no point did the finance person go in full detail of my contract. He simply said you agrees to X a month but not for the length of the term. That is where the deception occurred. If the finance person would have said for 72 months I would have noticed and said no, it is supposed to be for 60-months.

Spoke to Erving in person on 12/12, and have been waiting for call back. Heard nothing called back on 12/18 and spoke with Brian requesting a call back. I have followed up several times requesting call backs and I never heard from them. They have taken my money and ran with it. Make what you wish with this review. I feel as though I have given them sufficient time to resolve this issue and nothing has been done.
