Iam a regular user of cherrinet BB service for past few years. With that confidence I took yearly advance rental plan. But i regret now, why i opted for 1 year plan.. every week there is a problem! This time 10.07.2024 my service got disconnected but still on 18.07.2024 , they don’t make it ready. Very bad service. Almost every day morning and evening we used to call them and sent few emails too. But no improvement.
Very poor customer care , their lines are always busy or they don t pick up
They direct you to their email, When you send a complain you get a complain no via email and no response for 2 days .
Really deplorable
Some people are saying customer care is bad. But I called at 10:30 PM regarding wifi issues in perungudi. They resolved it in 5 mins. Good customer service
Very frequent fluctuations and not steady speed is very low as 3 mpbs in wifi instead of promised speed of 150mpbs. No response....

One of the best ISP in Chennai! Been two months since I switched to Cherrinet and there has been zero complaints till now. The usage data shown on my bill is very accurate. Airtel used to charge me 350 GB for 11 days inspite of not using much data. Cherrinet is the best! Hope the good service continues!

Very worst internet service provider i have encountered , I wish to give zero stars for their service , I hardly got connection for 10 days out of 30 days , they told they will extend for the days unused but didn't do so , also they lack professionalism, no proper response from the service side , it will take them 3-4 days to respond and come check , out of 5-6 complaints they came once to attend it , I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHERRINET FOR ANYONE , DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I PAID 1300 FOR ONE MONTH , ITS TOTAL WASTE OF MY MONEY. PLS DONT CONNECT TO THIS NETWORK.

Professional service unlike most of the other ISPs in India--I've tried ACT, airtel, bsnl and their customer service and speeds are unreliable. Cherrinet offers consistent broadband speed, with a few fluctuations, and reliable customer service for a change.
There customer service is but the technicians didn't pay much attention I have been complaining to them for my connection problem for the .last 8 days but they have done nothing the technicians won't pick up the call and my internet is still not working. they think like what we pay them is a joke .I was cool at them first but this is really too much I hope they won't behave in this way to other customers . So disappointing

Its day 1.. i opted for this after ensuring that they will give the connection by today.. the technician came but he couldn't get the connection proper.. he blamed the server and left.. he didn't even bother about establishing the connection the same day.. but that was the only reason i opted for.. it's absolutely ridiculous way of service.. on day 1, i couldn't even digest it..

We are having cherry net connection for past one year for few months the connectiin was reliable after some months the speed was low so I got a new Asus router which leads to the speed of 1gbps but the worst part is cherry net not even touching 100mbps but wen the tech guy comes he is fooling us but now the daily connection is getting ruined up the call centec guys taking the issue but solving the issue permanently
An Amazing Internet Service Provider . I've been using 100MBPS plan for 6 months now with no problems. The speed is at its maximum. Also their customer support is fantastic.
1.Speed is okay!! (Avg 30-40Mbps)
2.No router is provided if opted for monthly packs.
3. Better packs than ACT or HATHWAY.
Horrible contention ratio and false bandwidth claims. The following are the speeds on a 150 Mbps connection.
I tried reaching out to support of 13th and its been more than 12 days!! Have received no call backs soo far. Their backend bandwidth is chocked up to the brim.
Irony is that the upload speed is always above 140 Mbps where as you downs get as low as 4 Mbps.

Customer care are doing great job in following up customers. Responses are quite fast. Only drawback is sometimes network is interuptted. If cherrinet team resolves this issue, it will be an
all round performance provided by them.
So yeah, to begin with its been only three days since I installed the WiFi in the living area. The range is full in the living are but if is step out it is decreasing literally. Its not coming to the other rooms as well. I have never used a WiFi like that because I have been to many places where I can access the WiFi even from the top floor. They are telling stories like that's the case everywhere which is very funny. I have changed the router too still no hope. I have been calling them daily where they wont show up instead asking us to do some repairs. Service is very bad. Because of this I almost didn't work for two days and they didn't still understand it. Please think twice before the installation.

The representaives have no manners. They just hang the advertisment in your Home gates without asking permission or consulting with the owner. If asked the answer was that 'Not asking every house' it is just a parking sign. No ethical value, No marketing ethics. Such a rude way to promote the brand.
Very poor billing team. If you want to unsubscribe for some emergency reason, they will not return advance money paid for long term connection. Customer care just tells you to drop email to billing team and they will easily deny your request. Even if we call customer care several times , they will ask us to mail billing team and this loop keeps on going. Don't pay for any advance top up plan if you think you are not gonna use ISP for long time.
They never resolve the issues quickly. i got a network issue and they took almost a day to sort out that . pls those who depend on this network 24/7 never ever opt for this cherinet

Very worst internet service provider I encountered.
No worth for your money, I paid 1300 rupees for one month and got connection for max 10 days, they are not ready to extend the connection even if I didn't use it.
Total fraudulent network , I will not recommend this to anyone.
And no proper response to come and check from the service team, it took 7-8 complaints and 4-5 days for them to come and look for one time , they won't even respond properly, they will ask us to do every work , I don't know why they have IT team.

Technicians are very irresponsible and care less. These people will close the complaint with out resolving the issue and mentions issue resolved and updates in comments customer also confirmed. This is the situation happening from past 2 days. There is no proper escalation process. I am going to upload same these 2 comments in social media and google. Other customers should not fall into this worst service before they opt Cherrinet.

Very good service in Brindavan, Puducherry. I used BSNL broadband before and I faced a lot of internet speed issues or no broadband connection issues. After installing Cherrinet, I have never faced an issue till date. Morevover, the customer care is very responsive and they attend the problem immediately and any network issue is solved within a hour.

Been a customer of Cherrinet for past 6 months in Sholinganallur area in Chennai. There is no downtime at all, speed is good. Although we are on 100mbps plan, we used to get speeds of 60mbps, but that's fine as you won't find much difference.
Customer care is very good. No waiting time to connect to the agent, resolutions are quicker
Overall, very happy with the service.
If you really care about your hard earned money. Don't go for this ISP. If there is an issue or downtime, they will tell you that its your device or cable issue. They will repeat the same story until things get up from their side.
Also, terrible customer service and the worst thing is the confirmation process. Once you tell your name and phone number to executive they will tell you what is your address and customer and they says its security process. They think when someone gives them phone number and name, giving us the address and customer number is a security verification!!! What an intelligent thought!!!!

Service Area: Manapakkam. Best network in Chennai as of now. No downtime, not even for a minute. Best plan is 999 - 100 Mbps with unlimited gb. I use this. review after 4 months of use. Even my frnds from Chrompet are experiencing awesome speeds with cherrinet connection.
Yeah it had issues few years back, but now these guys are the best providers than Act, airtel in the city.

Internet speed is good but often goes down ...worst ever customer support ever they simply avoid if a complaint is raised and take weeks to fix billing alone they have automated to disconnect exactly after the due date but no proper response ever please don't get cherrinet.
Best broadband service i have ever used. I never had to call customer care with any problems. Once rat damaged the wire and it was fixed the same day. Best speed and stability. Offers are great. I just hope it remains the same and keep me connected.
