To say the people here were helpful would be a huge understatement.
Thank you very much for helping me by replacing my water pump. I apologize for taking so long to give my review.
Thank you also for the several other times I have taken my car in for your help and received it. I guess I didn't keep my end of the bargain up by posting a review sooner but I have told family and friends about my experience and we have continued to take our cars to your place for services.

The power steering pump in my Acura was replaced properly and in the time slot that was estimated for the price that was quoted. It was possible to get in with only one day's notice. The service was courteous and professional.

Service was great and staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was kept informed all the way of what could delay the repairs (e.g. parts coming from across the country), what options I had (e.g. I could fix this or that later).

Everything was done as I wanted, and quickly. I will definitely come back here next time I need something!

This review is a few months late, but better than never. My husband and I visit this Service station weekly, and they are always warm, welcoming and helpful. Back in November, my car started to make an awful noise upon accelerating and my husband and father suggested it may be the transmission. This was not good news. I ran over to the Shell service station, and Bob (I'm awful with names) had their auto tech Paul look into it right away. Paul stopped what he was doing, jumped in my car right away to test the issue, brought it back and immediately put it up on their lift. He was able to tell me it wasn't my transmission and that it was okay to drive it until I could get it into my local Dodge dealership as it was a warrantied issue. They didn't charge me anything for this service! Paul was also right, it was a broken AC compressor trying to kick on and making a horrible noise and sucking the power from my engine. If I had gone anywhere else, they would have charged me for this service. So thank you guys, you are the best!

I came by with an oil leak on my BMW but didn't have time to fix it. Later when my wife brought the car in, they sold her on an extensive $1500 oil pan gasket change (among other things). A few weeks later it was still leaking. After changing another gasket (a small inexpensive one) it was fixed. Their overall attitude was to "sell" me on all kinds of things I didn't need, like a radiator flush and offered to sell me a tire because "my wear bars were showing" - in actuality the wear bars had not dropped to the level of the tread, almost but not quite, and they had the temerity to say that by law they would have to change that tire if they took the car in (sheesh). Later, on my son's Toyota Tacoma, I took it in for a new gear shifter. When they found out that it was just a broken weld they did nothing to offer to return the (expensive) part. They just cut and welded the new part when the old one would have done fine. I will never return there.
