I have given 1 star because without giving single start I can not post.

Very pathetic and worst services.
Customer care people:

will not respond properly and will not update the actual pain of customers. These people are not updating customer comments properly while raising the complaint.

Technicians:
-------------------
Technicians are very irresponsible and care less. These people will close the complaint with out resolving the issue and mentions issue resolved and updates in comments customer also confirmed. This is the situation happening from past 2 days. There is no proper escalation process. I am going to upload same these 2 comments in social media and google. Other customers should not fall into this worst service before they opt Cherrinet.
