Security super friendly and helpful. Building is maintained very well.

This is a 40 story multi tenant building, housing some big boston names, hill holiday, the boston globe and experian, the building managment keeps the lobby in tip top shape and security is very helpful. In the lobby there is a juice bar call squeeze and au bon pan. The public bathroom in in au bon pan and for customers only, you have to buy something to get the key to the bathroom. There is paid monthly parking and it is expencive. They have a beautiful confrence room open for rent that has access to the newly done roof top patio that has views of the area. The old building is the original boston stock exchange built in the late 1800s and the marble staircase in the lobby is the original.

I recently booked a meeting room here after visiting Boston to meet with a new potential client. The meeting was for five people and the room provided both sufficient space and lighting for our meeting. Luckily, there was a projector we could use-available upon request. I will certainly be returning to this site in the future while visiting Boston for business.

I found the new revised and updated website wonderful and easy to browse through and explore. I know second hand why this company has won the award for best over all consulting firm to work for in 2014 as my daughter has been with this company for the last 16 years and always comments on the "team" approach and quality people she works with. I have always been impressed with the forward thinking of this company and the way it embraces work/life balance . I'm sure that is why so many people have been there for such a long time. We had a great experience renting a conference room from Boston Offices. Great space, secure building, easy access to WIFI, TV screens and whiteboards. The staff was extremely considerate and helpful with all of our needs.

Unless you have got business there, it is not really exciting - except you are into architecture. The main entrance hall is a fascinating blend of classic industrial and modern style.

A fun place to be if it's your first time in Boston and you're a tourist. Also a fun place to be to play chess outside
