Very poor billing team. If you want to unsubscribe for some emergency reason, they will not return advance money paid for long term connection. Customer care just tells you to drop email to billing team and they will easily deny your request. Even if we call customer care several times , they will ask us to mail billing team and this loop keeps on going. Don't pay for any advance top up plan if you think you are not gonna use ISP for long time.
