Dont rent from this rental agency unless you are willing to donate your deposit. She will look for a reason to keep it.. I rented from her 1 appartment for a very long time only reson being i don't like moving, I did no damage to the apartment and cleaned it when i had left. She keeped my deposit, because of thumb tack holes on the wall that i had covered up. Mind you i only had to pictures on the wall.. I would have fought her in court and would have won if i had the time to go. But she does this to people who work and drags out the court appointments so that you end up loosing more then what you are getting. Also she will call sec 8 and make a bull.... complaint and when she gets caught she calls them back and cancells her complaint. Shes very dirty.

I don t rent with them but im so disappointed in people. I was assaulted in my car while working, i was so happy to see that thay had a camera in the exact spot to catch everything. I prayed that they would give me a copy of what i needed to finally stop this person from her continued attacks on me and my home. I went in with some hope that they would help. I knew the exact time,exact camera location. Well any hope i had in anybody these days was lost when the manager told me she won t help me because it would be too time consuming. Very sad world we live in!

Chase Management has managed a house rental for my husband and me for more than 7 years. The owner of the company is a lovely person that is reasonable but tough as nails when needed on behalf of the tenant and the landlord. Chase Management has always represented our tenants rights to us in a straightforward manner, and has been great in helping us to get repairs made for a reasonable cost when necessary in a way that freed my husband and I from hiring contractors (including repairs and replacement of a refrigerator at a price we could not have negotiated ourselves). I see complaints on this site from tenants, but speaking as a rental home owner s perspective I expect that Chase Management did their best to also protect the landlord. Chase Management helped us deal with a non-paying tenant. Despite good background checks, the tenant had a change in circumstances and after months of not paying rent had to be evicted. Chase Management dealt with all of the legal mess that my husband and I couldn t have even started to handle. Chase Management also dealt with late payments, tenants who obtained a dog without permission, property damage by tenants and countless other issues that saved us stress and time. Tenants often do not understand the risk that landlords take when renting a house, but I highly recommend Chase Management to other rental home owners as well as responsible tenants.

The ladies in the office are great. The owner not so much. She's a bully and bullies most of her tenants. She keeps deposits. In the winter her kids do the plowing and just dump a pile of snow in front of peoples door. The exterminator has his own set of keys to all the doors. They do not work for here. She calls people to her them in trouble. She says people smoke in their apartment which is a lie. Everyone there is paying all different types of rent. If your section 8 you could pay as low as $200 a month. Mine old one was just up for rent for $635. Just becareful. Talk to the other tenants about her. I did when it was to late...

I've been with this management company for almost 10 years and have never had a problem. As long as you pay your rent on time and follow rules of whatever property you are renting by not damaging anything you will be a happy tenant. Anytime I have an issue in my house they come out to fix it immediately. Sheryl is a great person and the girls in the office are awsome..
