Chase bank discriminates based on political belief...

Chase bank discriminates based on political beliefs. If you are a conservative, you are now a target. Chase is currently closing accounts in the Christian/conservative community. Go see for yourself. Congress needs to act to revoke their FDIC holdings based on discrimination. Mind you, this is the same bank that single-handily allowed 1930s and 40s Germany to mantain financial stability by exchanging their unacceptable currency during the war. Tell congress to punish Chase today.

They continue FOR YEARS to pester my mother about her DEAD husband's safety deposit box. Chase refused to close it out and give her the contents of it years ago when she presented them with her husband's death certificate and other legal documents. She just got another letter today about the box even though HE HAS BEEN DEAD FOR YEARS.... causing my elderly mother lots of stress and grief.

So sorry to read the experiences of those that had Auto Loans through Chase and surprised at the comment that someone had to wait a really long time for their title to be released after car loan paid off.

Chase told me that they released a Title in GOOD FAITH, after accepting funds of my buyer, releasing title and giving me a lien release, so that I transferred the title to the new owner who drove to Oregon with my car!!!! One week later, well over the Federal Banking Regulations rules regarding Chase to Chase funds availability, I was notified that the Loan balance was my responsibility again.

So, I would suggest to everyone, why don't you remind Chase Auto that it's usual practice (according to them) to "Release a title in Good Faith" see how far that takes you when you are on the other end of the transaction. This Good Faith comment was told to me from beginning Customer Service rep up to the Supervisors of Chase Auto and the Customer Service Department who handles complaints for Chase Bank.

So the other day I received a refund check in the mail from my insurance company as my rates have been reduced. I was thrilled about this and placed the check in my wallet thinking I would deposit it when I had a chance. A week or so goes by and I am still holding onto the check and as my bank is not close by work and the check was drawn on Chase Bank which is next store to work I go over to cash the check and when I do so I am told that as I don't have an account or credit card with Chase they will charge me $6.00 to cash the check. I question the teller and ask how do you charge $6.00 to cash a check on your own bank. She smiles and says that's our policy. I asked for the check back and will just deposit when I get a chance.
Jamie Dimon was paid $20 million in 2014, I guess this is how they pay him off the backs of the common man. You should be ashamed of yourself and how you treat the people who make it possible for you "earn" your $20 million.

I filed a lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase Bank in December 2016. A hearing has been scheduled for February 2017. The bank employees have violated the Truth in Lending Act by not following Federal laws concerning the Fair Credit Billing Act. Both the Federal Reserve and the FDIC are charged by Congress to enforce this act. Both have refused to take action because of their special relationship with the bank. The bank has implied that portions of these acts do not pertain to them. I am hoping that where government is unwilling to enforce its own legislation to protect consumers, the US courts will do so. I would recommend that you do not conduct any business with Chase Bank or any of its affiliates.

Jamie Dimon, JP Morgan Chase CEO, is in league with Satan and all his little demons.

Dimon and his staff, with their "customer service", make Darth Vader look like Mary Poppins.

One, can only assume Chase are using all the bail-out money and that stolen from customers via absurd fees and charges, to build a Death Star and dominate the galaxy.

I've had many years' experience with Chase bank. In my experience, I've learned Chase is a "fair-weather friend" bank. They are nice to work with when things are going well, but when times get tough, your 9 years of on-time payments mean nothing.

I do not recommend this company due to a lack of appreciation for customers.

I ve tried multiple times to get to a certified copy of my (electronic) title to register my vehicle in New York State. As apparently, New York DMV will not take a faxed copy of the title directly from Chase. Unfortunately, I ve been given an estimate from a few days to 3 weeks to 5 weeks and I do not have this time available to wait. If its an electronic title that should expedite the process of having to get things through the system. My wife s car has been impounded and will be auctioned off in just less than two weeks. I keep getting differing stories of the process, how long it will take and promises of callbacks from Chase representatives with updates and continue to have to follow-up myself each time the callback is missed. Just last week I was promised 4 callbacks and received ZERO response. I need a CERTIFIED COPY OF MY TITLE to get the vehicle registered and out of impound immediately. Else the car gets auctioned off and my family and I are out of a car. I ve been patient since I ve started this conversation and process with Chase three weeks ago and still have yet to see any progress. Is this how Chase operates? Is this what the average consumer can expect with dealing with Chase? I sincerely hope not, however, I am now getting a different perspective

Granted, while the representatives I ve spoken with nice and cordial, the lack of response and progress is oppressive.

Do NOT use Chase bank!

Do NOT use Chase bank!
Last Monday night, someone in Santa Monica, Ca used an ATM and withdrew $266. I live in Boise, ID. I reported the theft to Chase and the money was immediately replaced in my account and I waited for my replacement card to come. It and my new pin finally showed up last night but then received an alert around 10:30 last night that I was overdrawn $86! My immediate thought was that someone had stolen from me again but what I had actually discovered was that, without calling or emailing me about the situation, Chase revoked the money and denied my claim. I called and was told that even though I had called and told them someone had "supposedly" stolen from me that it was "unlikely" that someone else had done it. If I want the money back, I need to "fax strong, convincing evidence" that I am not guilty of FRAUD!

So aside from being accused of crime, I need to go get multiple bank documents around Boise and alibis in Payette,-because the bank transactions from my Chase account purchasing items in Boise and Payette, ID on the 20th and 22nd aren't enough evidence- and fax this in. Is it likely that I flew to California for a fraction of a day to use an ATM?? Also, it was very thoughtful of them to wait until a 3 day bank holiday weekend, so it will be at least an additional 4 days of not having access to money that is rightfully mine!

So, in conclusion, do NOT bank with Chase bank because when you need help from them, they treat you like the criminal.

This is the worst this bank has ever been. Trying to resolve an identity theft matter with them, is impossible. They don't care about the average Joe. The little guy. It's like my Dad said. They're a big business bank. Always have been. Always will be.

This branch here has given me outstanding service over the years. I find the staff here very professional and very willing to help. And they know their stuff. I had to move away and when I had some troubles with another branch, they helped me sort it out. In particular, an assistant manager here named "Gladis" was amazing in this, going above and beyond, professional and timely. I am grateful.

Chase used to be a wonderful bank with incentives and excellent customer service. I'm not sure what's happened or happening over there but it's quickly becoming the worst bank in America. I'm moving all of my family's accounts away from Chase and influencing friends to do the same. Unfortunately, Google does not allow you to rate anything less than 1 star. If Google did allow that, Chase would get a 0. I'm very disappointed in Chase.

My mother-in-law passed away earlier this year. My wife was the executor on her will. She discovered that her Mom was behind on her home equity loan payments and JP Morgan Chase was about to start foreclosure proceedings on her Mom's house. My wife retained an attorney to work with JP Morgan to work out a settlement so the outstanding debit could be paid off. A buyer made an offer, and a contract was drawn up. The closing took place and the money owed Chase was wired to them. That same night, my wife received a phone call from her brothers saying that they received notice that the house was forclosed on. Numerous attempts that night and the next day to contact Chase's mortgage department over the phone and at a local branch got us nowhere. They would not discuss why foreclosure papers were served. My wife presented court surrogate papers, ID, and copies of her Mom's death certificate to the bank so the account could be discussed. That was still not good enough. We are currently working with our attorney to resolve this.

We did our part of the deal to avoid this from happening. Both my wife and I are both exhausted mentally and physically. I looked at my wife today and can see that stress has taken it's toll on her. My heart aches for her.

Is this how corporate America works, through greed, harassment, and intimidation? I can't make this stuff up, this is what happened.

It makes me sick to think how your CEO who makes 29.5 million dollars a year off the backs of hard working, honest people, can sleep at night. Shame on you JP Morgan Chase.

Oh, and don't send me any more junk mail offers for your credit cards. I will never do business with your inhuman company, EVER.
