Jacin Greenhill Review of Chase Bank, JP Morgan Chase

I ve tried multiple times to get to a certified copy of my (electronic) title to register my vehicle in New York State. As apparently, New York DMV will not take a faxed copy of the title directly from Chase. Unfortunately, I ve been given an estimate from a few days to 3 weeks to 5 weeks and I do not have this time available to wait. If its an electronic title that should expedite the process of having to get things through the system. My wife s car has been impounded and will be auctioned off in just less than two weeks. I keep getting differing stories of the process, how long it will take and promises of callbacks from Chase representatives with updates and continue to have to follow-up myself each time the callback is missed. Just last week I was promised 4 callbacks and received ZERO response. I need a CERTIFIED COPY OF MY TITLE to get the vehicle registered and out of impound immediately. Else the car gets auctioned off and my family and I are out of a car. I ve been patient since I ve started this conversation and process with Chase three weeks ago and still have yet to see any progress. Is this how Chase operates? Is this what the average consumer can expect with dealing with Chase? I sincerely hope not, however, I am now getting a different perspective
Granted, while the representatives I ve spoken with nice and cordial, the lack of response and progress is oppressive.
