I filed a lawsuit against JP Morgan Chase Bank in December 2016. A hearing has been scheduled for February 2017. The bank employees have violated the Truth in Lending Act by not following Federal laws concerning the Fair Credit Billing Act. Both the Federal Reserve and the FDIC are charged by Congress to enforce this act. Both have refused to take action because of their special relationship with the bank. The bank has implied that portions of these acts do not pertain to them. I am hoping that where government is unwilling to enforce its own legislation to protect consumers, the US courts will do so. I would recommend that you do not conduct any business with Chase Bank or any of its affiliates.
