Charlotte Motor Speedway Reviews

Have been camping in the infield for any years. Stopped going to the October race last year when they took our spots again. Kept the 600 spots but didn't get to see the race as my husband had a bad fall on Pole night and had to be admitted to the ICU. The staff there reacted quickly and were very kind. There are a LOT of areas they need to improve on as far as infield camping goes but that has been an ongoing thing that will probably never change.

Always enjoy Zmax Dragway every time I get to go there. Can't wait until Sept for the Carolina Nationals.!!!!! Wish the food was a bit cheaper though. You gotta have long pockets to eat there all day....

Been there for several races and twice for the Rust Wallace Driving Experience. Place is always clean! During races, free parking is also very nice!

TORC Truck Racing on the dirt track was amazing to watch. Action and high jumping trucks!

Wow! Maybe it was because it was my first time but OMG! I had the best time! Special SHOUTout TO The fellas from Aiken, SC that we sat next to, yall made it that much better. Thanks guys!

None of the security knew where you could go with your pit/garage pass. I have always gone on pit road to take pictures pre race. Not allowed this time. Did enjoy the roval.

As a local " It's not just a speedway" should also be one of their logos,with the Christmas light show, the car shows the swap meets , tours, the list goes on and on. Great place to visit anytime.

Great tour and tour guide. The Van was difficult for some to see out of and hear the tour guide.

When the race started I got the creeps, it is spectacular to see the 40 bolids released.

Went there for our Christmas party. Food is unique and very good except for the steak that we had while we were there. All of the steaks were cooked to perfection but had a very burnt bitter taste--weren't sure if that's how it is usually done or just that night. The facilities are clean and the staffs are extremely friendly.

Big NASCAR fans! Marvelous track with very good amenities. Dining excellent.

Fantastic site for racing at its best. Needs more convenient women's washrooms. Need better quality of food and selection. Prices way too high!

Toriano was the best tour guide ever. Make sure you pick him when you do the NASCAR tour. Worth every penny!

Nice campgrounds. Well layed out. Easy to get in and out.

AWESOME RACE!!! Great track. Pay to park closer to the track, trust me it's worth it to save on a lil walking!

Interesting facts about speed way and Nascar. Went into box seats and suits. Road the race track. Even in a van it was exciting. Seen the broadcast booth and now they can video tape the Nascar show. All employees are helpful and respectful. Great tour.

Charlotte Speedway donated the tickets to 99.7 The Fox and I happen to win they pick my name I thank you very much I really enjoyed it I've never been to anything like it before and it was fantastic.

I love that you can bring your own food and drinks. Since concession stands are over priced.

Today around 12:30 in traffic around track I got caught up in the parking lane.

When I said I wanted to pass thru the attendant put a sticker on my car and told us drive fwd.

Well when we got down to the next attendant and tried to drive fwd we had contact with the most rude, nasty employee. An older man with a grey beard yelled at us as we continued to drive fwd. the sign he was standing at said left to park so we thought we needed to proceed straight ahead.

He was over the top in his overhearing attitude and deserves to be fired. Regret we did not give him piece of mind.

You give some people a sign and it goes to their head. Get over yourself old man.

Very well run organization. Food is great, and not a bad seat in the house. Coca Cola is a must see!

I go 2 times a year. Love this track and all the excitment.

Had an excellent tour of the facility. Got to ride around the track which was an exhilarating experience.

SO much could be said about this track. Even though racing isn't really my thing (I was accompanying a group of race fans because I wanted to see what the hype was), I surprisingly enjoyed my visit. The facility was relatively clean and well staffed and the selection of vendors meant the waits were minimal. Everyone we came across was friendly and helpful. The best thing about this racing track was the professional drivers that really know how to drive.

Great place for the family. From racing to car shows. Plenty of local restaurants and food vendors at the track. Plenty of parking. Handicap parking available. If your a Nascar fan this is a track not to be missed.

This place is awesome. My kids love this area. We visited this place to see the winter lights. We enjoyed the event. Wanna come here for a racing event.

Met so many great people, and there is no other place I've been that honors our fallen heroes like NASCAR, and Charlotte motor speedway does.
I highly recommend you put the coke 600 on your bucket list if you haven't already!

Hot and miserable. Grand stands need awnings for shade

This was an amazing experience. This was my first live NASCAR race and the stadium is great. The women's restrooms are big and the will call office easy to find. My tickets were in Toyota B section and they we're amazing. We had a great view and f turns 3 and 4 and could also see pit road right in front of us. The starting line was visible to my right. The seats were like a baseball stadium not metal bleachers. The only problem was with a fanvision rental. I got it because it was my first race but the line to actually pick it up was way too long. I stood in line for 30 minutes and they helped two groups in that time. With five groups ahead of me still, I left in order to not miss the beginning of the race. I was out the $70 it cost to rent one. If you choose to rent one, leave yourself an hour to an hour and a half for pick up of that item alone. A huge shout out the police force that does traffic duty. We were out of parking and back on the highway in 30 minutes. Amazing speed of exit considering the amount of people and cars.

Go to the 600 every year. Also try to go to the Fall race as well. Great experience!

Great Christmas experience at Charlotte Motor Speedway with my Princess friends.

We're friends with a Nascar Champion so we've spent quite a lot of time at the Speedway over the years. It's definitely a great place to enjoy a race, car show. etc. We also attend the festival of lights during Christmas and its always awesome to bring the whole family. The staff at the track is wonderful and you'll always meet new friends whenever you attend a race.

Coca Cola 600 is the race to go to. Lot's of action.

Had a blast doing the NASCAR experience here! I have went to several races here and it is a good time.

Christmas lights was a fun family experience. Second time we've been since they started doing it. Who doesn't love getting to drive on a Nascar speedway?? Charlotte motor speedway has really came a long ways when it comes to improving the total fan experience. Constant family four pack deals and special events help a lot.

Great place to spend the weekend, great for families.
