We were here for the Coke 600 (May 2018). Enjoyed the race from the Paddock Club in the infield. Great view of turns 3 and 4, and the front straight. As with most NASCAR cup races, cell service during the race is virtually nill, and we couldn t get the Paddock Club WiFi to work. Parking was easy, and getting in and out wasn t nearly as bad as other tracks. Local law enforcement did a great job directing traffic. Would definitely enjoy catching another race here.

Went to see the speedway Christmas. It was horrible. Sat in line for 3+ hours, and still no lights. Misleading lines convince you to pay before you realize that it's still another 2+ hours to the lights. After you buy your ticket, there's no way out. Thankfully, we talked to a staff member and were able to cut across the lines with a few other cars to get to the exit. Don't waste your time or money. $25, almost 4 hours, and no lights. Ridiculous.

Charlotte Motor Speedway is crazy cool. We took a tour of the facility and even got to drive the track.

Came to drive through the Christmas lights. How beautiful! They really did a great job. The lights are set to music that you listen to as you drive through on fm101.3. You drive through about 3.5 miles I think and when you think over....you drive through about 3 different more tunnels of light leaving. This was my first time visiting here at Christmas...I highly recommend it...we had no kids in the car and we loved it so i know kids would be mesmerized. The pictures by no means do this masterpiece justice...but I tried..

We went for their Christmas light show. Lights were wonderful and the village where you can stop and get out was fun! Simple but fun for kids with several activities to enjoy.

Thought it was going to be hot, but we are sitting in the shade.plus we met a driver

The Christmas lights show at Charlotte Motor Speedway is amazing to see and hear! They also have lots to do with the kids live animals, rock climbing, bumper cars, and Santa Claus himself is there as well!!! The food is in a class of it's own!! Load up the whole family and go make some awesome memories you will not be disappointed!!!!

The ROVAL was a blast. The race format may need to be modified a bit to make for closer racing, but it was so much fun to see the inaugural roval race.

If you haven't, take the tour. Well worth the money for the "drag race" and high speed cornering in a 15 passenger van :)

Customer service is top notch. Security is friendly. Ticket office upgraded our tickets at no charge to accommodate a family member who is healing after surgery.

The tour and the shop is fantastic. The tour was relatively cheap too for all that we got to see. Highly recommended as the tour takes you around to the 3 different tracks.

This is a must take the $12 tour you won't regret it

One of the best racing experiences out there. Great prices. Great seats. Great views.

Husband had a great time. Recommend it for any nascar fan looking a great experience.

Great place to spend a night watching a movie on the largest tv screen on the planet!

Don't waste your time with the lights. Traffic was awful and it wasn't worth 30 dollars. Should have gone to seen a movie would have been better entertained.

The Charlotte Motor Speedway is an amazing place to watch a event, they continue to innovate and provide an exciting race. I was there for the Roval race recently and it did not fail to entertain. The road course part of the course was particularly challenging and the race was uncertain until the very end. Everyone I ran into had a great time, and the folks working the event were a mixture of veteran race workers and seasonal folks who all seemed happy doing their job. Definitely a great place to watch a race.

Yesterday I went with my son to the October car show. I was a bit disappointed in that they did not have that many cars on display. The cars and trucks that were there were very nice. I hope the spring show in April will have more participants.

What a wonderful tour. Our tour driver was Steve. Wonderful wonderful man. He took extra special time with my great nephews who really enjoyed not only the tour they really enjoyed Steve. Also Steve was able to get the boys in to see the cars that were being set up for the car show. Such a extra special experience for them. They really enjoyed it.
I just want to say Thank you Steve for making the boys tour so enjoyable.

The lights were amazing! We had a great time, especially in "The Village"! Petting zoo is great for kids!

Take the van ride around the track! LET'S GO RACIN'!!!

Went here for Carolina Rebellion. The event was awesome!!!! The only issues we had, was that after the shows it took forever to get out. The officers did their best, but I think there needs to be a better system. Other than that, no issues at all. Heard people complaining about drink prices, but apparently they don't understand concerts/venue pricing. Keep doing what y'all are doing!!! The vendors/food/drinks were awesome!!!! Totally coming back next year!!!!

We have been going to all the races for almost 10 years great entertainment especially the Coca-Cola 600 also is very much family oriented

Excellent tour! We were in the area and decided to check it out! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! At first my kids 5&8 were bored thinking it was just a regular tour but once we got out on the track they loved it. Really surprised them and we all had a great time!

My family and I did the tour and then a ride along in the late afternoon! We found all the people kind and helpful everywhere we went! One of the best experiences I've had on vacation! Worth every dollar spent!

They have a Bank of America ATM inside the lobby on the 2nd floor.

The cars are really fast ! Came here just after Christmas while visiting family in the area to see the Christmas lights and it was amazing. Loved the display and that they had a Christmas movie playing were you could sit on the infield and watch. Walking through the garage where there were vendors and food stands was also amazing but we were more interested in seeing the garage than the vendors.

Huge place and really, really nice staff. I wasn't particularly a NASCAR fan prior, but now I get why is so popular!

What a great time watching "Grease" @ their Wed. Night Drive Inn , with the family! Very great staff & social distancing was perfect.

Always fun to go to a NASCAR race. Family campground was great as well, no hook up but really great people staying there.

Enjoyed the whole experience as well as my guests. Only issue I had was how rude the parking attendants were as well as how far the parking was compared to my visit to Kentucky track.

Never have had a bad time here! Love coming to watch my boyfriend in the cookout winter heat and to watch him on the road crew during the cup races. Can t wait to be back for future races and events!

The All-Star Race was a blast with lots of excitement. I recommend getting a pit pass so that you can go down the race track and get a closer look at all the cars. Plus there is a lot of excitement of the track.

For parking, I recommend doing the free parking near the drag strip. It may be a bit of a walk, but you have no traffic down there and can get home quicker. Overall, great first race experience!

Bring sunscreen. But always a great time going here.
