Show was awesome. Great costume design, singing, and choreography.

We went to the Stevie Ray s Comedy review. It was great! The improv comedy was better than expected and was very similar to Who s Line. We brought my parents and my husband s Grandmother and everyone had a great time laughing and getting involved. You really need to be open and willing to participate to have the best time. The food was delicious as well. I would recommend the steak or the Chicken Chanhassen. The cost is up there and not something that I would do all the time but well worth a splurge night.

Music is great good is alright, seats could be better

Saw Sister Act this afternoon. It was great. Loved the music and comedy.

Have to love the place. Food and legit theater...a rare breed these days. It has a "musty old smell" and their menu options are equally as old. Would love to see a remodel and redesign of the menu for a modern appeal.....or convert the empty basement area into the modern jam to attract a new audience.

Webt there with work and had a blast wstching Sister Act. The food was great and got to take the cup home that has Sister Act on it

Excellent, personalized service by our Server made us feel special which is a gift because it was very busy that night. Sister Act was hilarious! Our meal was very good; dessert was just average.

Saw Mamma Mia! and it was funny and very entertaining! The food was very good too. I would recommend going here!

Fantastic theater, great service, memorable experience.

The show Holiday Inn was amazing, great talented dancers, singers, and live orchestra. It was lively entertaining fun. The only problems I have where the cramped seating. I think they really could have been more generous in separating the smaller tables so that couples could enjoy a little more privacy and not have to easily hear the two other couples at your same table.

The food was just ok, not a value for your buck kind of food either. The service was great, good friendly waiters and prompt. However this was the weekend after Valentine's Day to take into account. I would definitely go back for another show but I wouldn't order the food again.

I went there for a comedy show, the food is mediocre at best, and the service isn't very good. The show itself was pretty funny and they keep the crowd involved. If you're looking for a great meal this wouldn't be the place.

The performance was stellar. I loved everything about the place except the location. Too far away but that's my issue. I would highly recommend the Chanhassen to anyone anytime.

Went to my nieces wedding here. It really needs to be updated, especially for prices they are asking. But Chanhassen is a lovely area.

Saw mama Mia and loved it! Sat in a corner booth and the view was fine. Sang and danced in our seats. Didn't have to turn a chair to see the stage.

Saw Grease and loved the playhouse rendition. The food was delicious, service was shockingly fast and very friendly. Will go back many times

Wonderful performance we watched Mama Mia which was performed to very high standards! The food was very good and we had a large group of 30 people and not a single person complained about their food. I will be returning to this place again to watch a different performance because it was so amazing!

Saw Hello Dolly a few years back- it was amazing. Just came back for Sister Act and loved it. We do the dinner plus show tickets the food is always tasty and reasonably priced - service was a little rough our recent visit but our waitress made up for it by being upfront about having a rough day- who can't understand that. The actors and actresses are wonderful the service is good and I would definitely reccomend this venue for catching a show

The dinner was good, Mama Mia was great. The Chanhassen Theatre is beautiful. Loved the picture taking via staff using your own camera with a Chanhassen backdrop. No charge. Nice!

I rarely give 5 stars but Chanhassen deserves it. Newsies was amazing.

An amazing theater with superb talent. This is 'THE' entertainment destination in the Midwest.

Great idea for a bite to eat and a show. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The food was above average. The cost of everything was much less than I expected. I highly recommend to all!!

We love this theater! We go to every show and some twice.

The dining is a cheesy touristy service. They sell plastic cups with straws and it really detracts from the experience.

Great food and service. Went and saw "The Holiday", highly recommend. Get a booth if the hard chairs bother you.

Saw Mary Poppins. Very fun and entertaining. The food was excellent. The staff explained what came with the dinner and what was extra very well. No surprises. The actors (including the kids) were top notch. All in all, a very fun evening.

Great venue for a show with dinner with the girls. We did a 6 person table for 3 and the other seats were empty so we had to ourselves! We like to get there early to grab a happy hour beverage at the restaurant/bar next to the theater. You can take your drink from there into the theater.

The dinner was mediocre at best, and the beatles band we went to see there played every beatles song that no one ever cared to listen to.

The drinks were over priced and the auditorium cold. We won't be wasting time and money they're again.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas, excellent waiters, food was superb, and the actors, dancers, and singers were perfect! It was a very enjoyable evening!

Attended Michael Monroe Concert series remembering Peter, Paul and Mary. Great for us and audiance in the 55-75 age group. Relevant to our times!

Lovely spot to see a show. Food was delicious. Our server was friendly and fun. It is an older theater, but that adds to the experience. (Expect a line for the restroom)

I took my daughter to the father daughter ball today. What a tremendous experience 4 my daughter! The tickets were inexpensive and the staff was so kind. The Disney princesses were just amazing. Love this place! Famous Chanhassen Chicken is amazing and the shows are fantastic! Great atmosphere and service! Try the grasshopper drink (not literal, and not for kids) - if you like mint. Tastes great!

Heads up that unless you book an entire table you'll be seated elbow to elbow with people you don't know for dinner.

I had seats in the 1st row in the center and have a very sore neck because of how I had to turn my head just to see the stage. The theatre isn't that big, so even if you were in the back row you'd still be pretty close to the stage, but you probably don't have to turn your neck as much.

Food was really good, but the meal portion of the ticket was $30 and I feel like it wasn't quite that fancy, but overall I guess you're paying did the experience.

Great atmosphere, great food and wonderful service. Great place to go even with small children as young as 5yrd old

I enjoyed the dinner. There are lots of slanting walking places so if you don't wear heals often be careful! Otherwise a great place if you have lots of time and no babysitter to worry about with a curfew.

Historical venue, so warm and welcoming for experiencing intimate concerts and plays. Food is also delicious.

My first time at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres. I saw Mary Poppins . It was great show, and the food is very good. I ate the Grilled Top Sirloin very good. I recommend to everyone this theatres.

Wish I would have started the standing O as I was upfront and am sure all would have joined in, DANG IT! Sorry cast! You did a phenomenal job and was proud to be a part of it. Food was pretty good but would not upgrade to the prime again. The salty caramel cheesecake!!! Oh yea!! Wish I could have congratulated cast in person. I AM an actor and that was some REAL talent

Air conditioning was very cold for audience. Bring a blanket for this performance=Newsies, with a lot of dancing and acrobatics, noise and little for scenery, costumes or plot! Disappointed. Speakers placed so blasted directly into our ears where we were seated at level 1,closest to stage=likely hearing damage. Left early.

Saw Mama Mia....it was really a fabulous play. Well done. Our food was good, just not as hot as I was hoping. A few bones in the fish.

CDT is a must go place. Always an excellent show. The prime rib upgrade is yummy. I've seen Mary Poppins, King Arthur, West Side Story and tonight Grease.

We just Sister Act last a week ago and oh my gosh was it FUNNY. My friend Darcy was laughing the whole time she was crying! So good. I nightly recommend it

Camelot was outstanding! Three main characters have tremendous talent and voices!
