We went to see the The famous Armadillos ( Eagles music) it was great! We had dinner there and the food was very good! The concert was alot of fun!!! I would go back again and again those guys are great! They really rock the house.

Always a great show and has a great steak if you are on the fence.

Fun night. Good food/service and of course the play.

First time at the Chanhassen Dinner theater and it was an awsome experience. Our son and daughter-in-law gave us tickets for our 40th anniversary and they went with us!!!

Performance was fabulous! Entree was marginal but the dessert was excellent. Very good wait person.

I seen Disney's The Little Mermaid, I was amazed by the play and the cast. The food and sevice were also spot on!

Saw grease here. The performance was excellent and the food and service was good also. Glad we got to see this while being here in town.

Lacked an actual vegan menu as I thought they would have but the vegan friendly red sauce with veggies on zucchini noodles was still good.

Mama Mia! was excellent, the food was well prepared and the service was top notch. The booth for two was perfect, father away from the stage than the other style of seating but still could see the show easily.

Food is average. It arrived to our table cold. Acting was good. They need a bigger orchestra. Singing good. Orchestra kind of cheesy. Way too expensive for what we got.

Definitely a once in a lifetime thing to do. It wa so much fun. I saw Mamma Mia's performance and had an amazing dinner with my sister and my mom.

The play was great, the actors are very talented singers. The food, however, was awful. The rolls were dry, and the walleye tasted fishy. My dad eats a lot of fish and is an avid fisherman, and he doubted it was even walleye. I asked the waiter if it was good since walleye is hit or miss at restaurants, and he said it was one of his favorites. My mom had the famous chicken and it was dry. I would rather they drop the dinner part and just focus on the plays.

The food is amazing and the shows are so close to the action!

Show was well produced and main singers were excellent. Choreography was great. Dinner food was quite good.

Great date night spot! We saw Mamma Mia, had the artichoke dip for starters, and I enjoyed the chicken with wild rice stuffing while my lovely wife had the impossible meatloaf (which was phenomenal), finishing with the peanut butter crunch ice cream & the turtle cheesecake. Our waitress Jenny did a phoenimal job taking care of us throughout the meal, and the performance was absolutely a blast. Cant wait to go back!

I can see the appeal but I don't think it's worth the steep price. The show was mediocre and the food was on par with the performance. I ordered a pecan pie at intermission and it was still frozen and almost completely inedible. The only reason I'm giving two stars is I was surprised at how good the service was considering the place was packed. I do not plan on going back unless they make some serious changes.

I wish the seating was a little easier to see the stage but they are awesome in every other sense. Great plays, great performers, great food. It just stinks to have to bob around so much to see what's happening when you've paid so much for the show.

The wait staff is friendly, the shows are always good. The food is good.

They have everything down for food and drink service. Some of the food could have been better.

Environment was super comfy and welcoming, right off the bat. Food was incredible and staff seemed like friends rather than workers. The show was amazing, perfect execution by the superb orchestra and actors and actresses. If I could I'd give 6 stars.

I have loved every time I've been to the Chanhassen dinner theatre. The productions are always impressive and entertaining. Additionally, even the "bad" seats have a great view of the stage! So don't worry too much about where you end up. The wait staff operates efficiently, and the fact that they can feed an entire audience prior to the show is amazing. I knocked off a star just because the food isn't always on point for the price and the upcharge (even though I can admit it's an extreme feat to feed a crowd!).

I love CDT for shows, and Brindisi's pub has amazing food (try the coconut shrimp!) but mostly I loved getting married at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres. We had the most glamorous, lovely, all-inclusive wedding at CDT. Their staff is amazing and so helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

If you're not drinking a grasshopper while the show is on, are you really there?

It was amazing! Food and drinks were delicious. Service was excellent, and the show was brilliant!

Mama mia was spectacular! Food was delicious! Always a good time.

Love the shows. Had a hair in my chicken chanhassen, not particularly appetizing. Get a booth, worth the few extra bucks.

My first time here and will be going again it was great to see Mama Mia!!!

A fun evening, great acting and singing, and the food is good for a dinner theater.

Food was good, service was great although they did mix my order up in the kitchen. Saw Michael Monroe doing Cat Stevens. A memorable evening all around!

The place was amazing! The food was terrific. There was a waiter (name was Malissa)she was SUPER sweet,always the one that gave us more water.I would go here.Plus the show was AWOSOME and made me want to dance with it.

Lovely dinner and the show Mama Mia. We were very impressed with everything. Having Nancy Nelson there was an added bonus!

Was disappointed in the play for a variety of reasons, but the food was the best and we loved the atmosphere.

The food on the 'Dinner' side of dinner theater is a 'four star' - always good and above the average but shouldn't be the reason to attend.

The theater portion of Dinner Theater has always been amazing and there are VERY few bad seats in the house. Best part is the fact that every show I have been to has had the actors out among the diners ACTUALLY acting and interacting with characters on the stage.

To the point that (when we went to see CATS back in the day) the actors actually interacted with individual diners when the opportunity presented itself!

Staff was very accommodating to our needs! Mamma Mia! Thanks again.

I went a few years ago to see the beauty and the beast. It was a great show and the food was amazing. We had a great time.
