Everything is good . But security is really very bad and irresponsible . Really they have to look after security. Any one can go inside without anybody's permission . Anything can happen there at any time. No one will ask u why ur going in or for what purpose ur going .

It is very hot commercial premises in kharadi which is very close to World trade center..Maintenance of property is good..It is property of one of much reputed builder Kolte patil...

BEWARE!!!
There is a huge lack of facilities for people who own, rent, work as employees, coworking clients and visitors.
Firstly due to infighting between owners and developer who have different ways of running this place.
This place is promoted by manipulation of public opinion as most office or shop owners are only investors who are too busy to actually know the ground reality so few owners who actually operate their business from these premises call the shots and make decisions self righteously.
Once people buy or rent here they come to know of reality of complete lack of maintenance of common areas and facilities, difficulties such as broadband expenses, monopoly of housekeeping and movers and packers services (Mathadi extortion) etc.
The cost of annual maintenance is also extremely high (Rs.5 per sq.ft) compared to the property class which is actually a C class premises.
The owners are currently desperate to rent their premises and have formed a union which can be really overpowering for tenants.
There are also lack of Coronavirus preventative measures like disinfection of premises is not done. This can pose threat to you and your staff members.
There is also a structural integrity issue due to complete glass facade and lack of rules for internal modifications causes issues such as frequent and heavy water leakage in turn damaging internal office set up as well as to the furniture. Not to mention loss of revenue, capital investment and hassle as no one bears responsibility for their actions.

Mgt. Should focus on not allowing those non business people roaming here and there for fun and parking with no sense. Max time you will see that some unknown people enter to building and gossip around smoke around, laugh around which makes no sense too- I mean y you need to smoke where people literally comes at 8 am sharp to learn and earn money!!!!!

-If security will fail in future in his duty then this building will be the next ""bhaji mandi""

Very well managed premise with lot of green zone f...

Very well managed premise with lot of green zone for a commercial property. Very affordable rental cost compared to the prime location and just 500 mtrs from Eon IT park and World Trade center, all sizes are available so small start ups to Big company all can have there setups with affordable rents. Very importantly just 200 mtrs from Nagar Road so commute is very easy and comfortable even if you don't have your vehicle.
