Carlo asked to arrange a showing for Sunday and cancelled right before. He then emailed asking if he could show our house on 8pm on a Tuesday night. He prefaced it by saying he knew it was late but the potential buyers had to arrange childcare and were driving a bit of a distance. We agreed and awaited for the showing. We have three young children who were ready for bed so by 8:45 when they hadn t showed up my husband emailed Carlo asking if they were still coming. He didn t respond. No show and no response. The next morning my husband emailed him asking what happened and he still never had the decency to respond! Absolutely disrespectful!! I can t even comprehend having such disregard for other people s time and energy. Would not recommend! Maybe next time have the decency to treat others as you would like to be treated?!

My experience with Charles Ruttenberg Realty was possibly the worst I have ever had. Their Broker, Lisa Casbarian, in my opinion, completely abdicated any responsibility in the transaction. In addition, the realtor, the attorney and the seller all pulled a "no show" for the scheduled closing with no communication. Again, my experience was she was incredibly unprofessional, and bordered on dishonest. If she is any indication of the way they operate I would avoid them at all cost.

There is a reason why this place has a 1 star rating and that is because you can't give it a zero. I leased a home through one of their listing agents, Lisa Posdal. A week after I leased, I accepted a job out of state in Milwaukee. I elected to stay in Carol Stream until I was sure I would like the job. A week into the lease she tried to get me to sign an amendment to the lease that I would not burn candles in the home. It went down hill from there. I found her to be very dishonest and wound up securing an attorney to get out of the lease. My attorney told me it was the worst lease she had ever seen. My bad for not reading it, but I am going to approach the Village Attorney and have them read it.

Beware of Rahila Nagda and her husband! I did business with Rahila Nagda and her husband Mohammed Ashraf Nagda back in Aug 2019. They are untrustworthy, dishonest and overall lacks integrity. They gave false information regarding themselves and what they represent. I stayed in their rental unit for less than a month due to poor and illegal plumbing problems, pest, amongst other things. Additionally, they breached the lease in the returning of funds and I moved out of the unit over 60 days ago. They re only about making money and have no regards for the person/purchaser. Poor landlords make even worse realtors/agents.

To set the record straight, I was the Buyer in a real estate deal with Mike Shereck and hired Lisa to represent me. Mr. Shereck was the Seller who hired a different realtor from a different agency. I completely disagree with all of the comments made by Mike Shereck. His statements about Lisa are false and ridiculous!!! Lisa Casbarian is a seasoned PROFESSIONAL. Dishonest company with shady backdoor dealings. I wouldn't recommend.
