I had the BEST service with buying my new automobile at Champion! . Jacob was my sales person and he was fantastic and his customer service was on point ! The whole experience all the way from signing my last document was great!
I will definitely be back to buy more vehicles and refer everyone I know to them ! I have bought cars from other dealerships but truly none of them hold a candle to Champion Chrysler!

I wandered into the showroom with a promotional item. They got a car and let me test ride it. OK. I'm not too good but I bought it. They used every dirty trick in the book to sell it. I know, my fault, should have told them to give me back MY keys and shove it....I made the deal even though I wanted to check out the car some more. During the financing I had signed several pages before I actually read what was on them. They tried to screw me by changing the deal to the tune of about $4000. Then we left the dealership with our shiny, overpriced used car and within hours discovered a dent in the fender that we didn't see before. Their solution? We can pay them another $700 and they will fix it. This place is a total ripoff shop and unless you like being taken advantage of do not go there.

When I go back there I'm getting the exact same salesman, Brent Moore. He did a fantastic job helping me look for a car. He was very knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction from the start.

Walked in hoping to get a jeep grand cherokee. The staff was really polite and respectful and did what they could. Didn't buy anything due to not being able to agree on a price, however, if they had something I'm looking for at the price I want I would definitely come back and give them my business. If you go there ask for Jason Johnson he'll do what he can for you.

My wife and I have been looking for a new vehicle as of late and as we did not purchase yet (due to shopping the field), we will be coming back to Champion Chrysler. Only few words can be mentioned about the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Mr. Moore.

Imagine buying rainbows... Atop your translucent and majestic unicorn steed... Firing flaming arrows across a bridge made of diamonds over a valley of the most amazing waterfall you've ever thought of. A single tear rolls down your face as everything is right in the world. This is the type of service I received from Brent Moore at Champion Chrysler and I cannot wait for our next encounter and hopefully a competitive price match of sorts!

phillip was top-level! pay him more money. compared with my recent (quite poor) experience with the other local daimler/fiat/chrysler dealership, your team was on-point.

personal note: my dad is a tenured millwright with our company, which might afford me the premium family discount on a new vehicle. got any Challengers?

cheers!

We had to replace a vehicle due to an accident and some subsequent mechanical issues including a heater that was going to cost more than the value of the car. I went to get another used vehicle, and ended up with a minivan at a price we could afford that was reasonably equipped. The process took some time, about 4 hours, but haven't had a single issue with the vehicle thus far. I've only had to do oil changes and a tire rotation, and some washing and waxing.

Today (5/24/20) I traded in my minivan for a pick up truck. The process took about the same time as before. The problem with the minivan was that it was not suited for towing our trailer. Ended up with a 2020 Ram 1500. Service exceeded expectations as always. I will never go anywhere else.

I went into Champion for the first time and Brent Moore helped me with all my questions. He was knowledgeable and I was extremely happy with the service. I want a Jeep. I'll be back to take care of business, but I'll only be in when Brent is there. He did a damn good job.

I ve received 108 calls from this dealership since December 1st. The first few voicemails they left asking to call in for a quote on a new Jeep. I used an app to block the number, and as you can see they are RELENTLESS.

I went in because I was offered a deal. I even called ahead of time to make sure everything was true and set. When I got there the sales person did nothing but ask me about my personal life and did little to do with the sale. He made me feel like I had no hope for a new vehicle. I do not recommend this place unless you have the best credit in the world and at least 10K as a down payment.

We needed a reliable family car. I tried to get in...

We needed a reliable family car. I tried to get information online before coming in, but eventually was told I'd need to come in to discuss our options. Our salesman, Shannon, was nice to work with, and I would absolutely buy another car from him - if he weren't at this dealership. Our car was "inspected" by Champion's service department prior to our test driving our car. During the test drive, I noticed that the check engine light was on. Shannon wrote on our "we owe" slip that the check engine light should be fixed. When we took our car home, Shannon stated that service had ordered the part for the light and it'd be in in the next week.
Fast forward one week - I called to make an appointment for our service to be done the following Monday. When my husband takes our car in, service has no record of our appointment, tells us that we would be paying for the service and that instead of it being an easy quick repair, it would take 4-5 hours. After 5 hours, I call the service department to see if our car is ready yet. Brian in service informs me that they replaced the sensor but the check engine light is still on and we would have to take our car to another dealership. I inform him that our we owe slip says that the dealership would be taking care of fixing the check engine light. I then speak to the service manager, Jeff, who says that no, Champion would be sending our car to another Champion dealership to be repaired. Our car would be gone for 2-3 days. I tell him this is our only car and we would need a loaner. Jeff says he's not authorized to give me a loaner, to discuss this with the Sales Department. Sales says the same thing. We then go down to Champion and Shannon, after MUCH debate with management, ends up getting us a loaner. The car comes back in 2 days, check engine light is off. Days in service this time: 3
Fast forward 9 days: the cars check engine light is back on and now won't shift from 2nd to 3rd, won't go above 40, then won't shift out of 1st or go above 20. I call Shannon and he has me bring the car to Champion. It's a Friday mid-afternoon. I tell him we won't need the car til Monday as we were going to be out of town. He tells me he'll have service diagnose this and will call me Monday morning. No call Monday morning. Service says our car has to go back to the other dealership to be diagnosed, and they didn't take our car there until late Monday afternoon, but we should know something Tuesday. The dealership finally gets us a loaner car Tuesday. Our car wasn't diagnosed until Thursday at the other dealership. Then they were waiting on our warranty company to approve the repair (a plate in the transmission broke). Still hadn't heard anything the following Tuesday. I called and our car was done, but no one went to get it from Fowlerville. Finally, at 3:30, service called and said our car would be ready after 5. They had to replace the whole transmission, which they billed to our warranty company. Days in service: 11
Fast forward 2 days: Our rear brakes are making grinding noises. Upon inspection, there are NO rear brake pads left. After a call to service, we found out that Service had done the front brakes, but not the rear ones.
Summary - would absolutely buy a car again from Shannon, but would NEVER buy from Champion or use their service department again - ever.

I recently went with a friend who purchased a car from Brent M. and it was a great experience. Tons of cars, trucks, and SUVs to choose from without the extra pressure to purchase. Being apart of the experience makes me sure the first place I'm going once my car lease is up is Champion.

Kim was great and helped me get the exact car I was looking for! She didn't pressure me at all and it was an enjoyable experience.

I ran into a small mistake they cleared up very quickly. In my book, it's not the fact that a mistake was made, it's If it was corrected.

The service department was great, too!

Champion makes buying a new car easy and stress free. The staff is always wonderful and the dealership is always clean and comfortable.

I ve consistently worked with Jason and he has been great! If you re buying a new vehicle I highly recommend reaching out to him!

Also, I ve frequently used the Champion service shop and cannot say enough great things about Phil! If he s not your service advisor he should be :)

I want to give a special shout out to Kevin in finance for offering a very pregnant lady some Pringle s while signing paperwork. It was very much appreciated!

Bought a 2016 silver van from this dealership in August 2017. I believe the van I had tested driven was not the van I purchased. I had saved up cash to finally buy a newer car since my 1999 Plymouth Breeze finally broke. Was pressured to buy $3000.00 limited used car warranty. I said i cannot spend more than $17,000 total for this car, all cost included. I did not buy warranty. Since then my passenger sliding door solenoid malfunctions, the one I test drove did not have this issue . Every tire is a different brand and made a differenr year, making car handle awful, I believe the van I test drove had all the same tires. I was honest and this dealership took advantage of a lady. Do not go here or take photos of the car you test drive and compare it with the car they give you to purchase. The did a switch a roo. Write down the VIN #.I will never send a friend to this dealer.

My husband and I lead a very busy life and when we call ahead to see a vehicle at 3:15 and drive a hour and a half to see it we don t expect it to be just sold ! We were told sorry, a guy just walked in and bought it right before you came....ugh! We decided to give them a chance and everyone was no help! When I buy a $30,000 plus vehicle please help! Then we were told a couple of times just lease or buy new we have plenty of them!!! Again, not helping so we cut out losses and looking somewhere that wants to help!

Review #3 I believed that this shop was really more ethical than most until I walked in & seen my vehicle. I am shocked that nothing was protected (seats, carpet etc.) while they attempted to repair my vehicle. I have been to a few collision shops & can say that "my car was not treated with care". Clearly, it needs to go to the savage yard.
Review #2 after another try with this dealership: While I am upset, sad, emotional, and disappointed, I will not blame this dealership. I feel they are more ethical than most and their intentions may be misunderstood a lot. I will not be getting what I wanted from them, which was my car fixed, however I am getting what I need eventually, which is a car.

Made an inquiry about a car on their website about a week ago and called them up. Talked to Tracey about having the car moved from a lot to their location and everything seemed fine. I Ubered there (no car) and had them run all the financial stuff and everything checked out, but then I found out the car I wanted wasn't available (As of posting this, it's been two weeks later, that same car I inquired about is still on their website). I then had to Uber back home and waited for them to "find" a car for me. After a few days, I called them up and asked what was going on and they said they tried to get a hold of me, but I never received a call or voicemail. I'm tired of playing these stupid games. My credit is fine and I'm willing to finance, I don't see how hard it could be to find a car for me. If it's going to be such a hassle, I'll just take my business elsewhere.

Had such a wonderful experience at Champion today. Kim Allen (and sales mgr Joshua S.) were beyond knowledgable, kind and thorough. Kim was an absolute pleasure to spend the afternoon with. While the process did take several hours, it was worth it in the end to have a car we love at an affordable price. She made it as smooth and quick as possible.... Please run, dont walk, go see Kim for your next vehicle! Tell her Jessika sent ya

Can't really speak about their service or the sale...

Can't really speak about their service or the salesmen. Went in to look at and drive a particular vehicle. Their website showed it was there.
Salesman wanted to sit down and ask us all these questions. Then he wanted our phone number. Told him just want to look at the vehicle. He excused himself and got his boss. They again asked for our phone number. Again said we were just interesting in looking first.
They excused themselves and went to talk with some other people. After a few more minutes our salesman disappeared. We waited another 5 minutes and decided to walk out.
It's a simple process. I ask if you have a vehicle, you show me the vehicle. If you don't have it then asked about contacting me when you get one.
They talk about treating customers like family. My impression is that they are the money grubbing sibling that you must not get close to.

My service advisor, Philip Wright, was very good. He got my vehicle in quickly. When he informed me that it was a serious problem that would cost a lot to repair, he was very good about letting me decline putting additional money into the vehicle when I was planning on getting rid of it soon anyway. He put me in touch with a sales person to discuss a new vehicle but was very low pressure when we realized that they did not have any vehicles with the fuel economy that I was looking for in my next car. Overall, it was a very low pressure experience all around.

Brand new tires on my car and 50,000 miles and while driving 35mph on brand new paved road my front tire suddenly blew and went flat. After taking the car to Dodge the technician along woth several others noticed that the tire was completely fine, not a scratch. It was the rim that exploded. There was a weak spot on the seam inside of the rim. Tech agreed it had to be from a defective rim. However, the corporate office refused to help us and said their field tech did not agree. I didn t not hit anything and my tire was perfect. They refused to give me the field techs name and number and refused to help replace the defective rim. There are many stories online of this exact thing happening for no reason other than a decent time rim.

Service department is appalling.

Service department is appalling.
Transmission went out on our truck. After waiting for parts for a week and a half, it was finally repaired (we were initially told parts would be overnighted). Took it in for an oil change 2 days after we got it back and confirmed by mechanics at two different places that the transmission fluid was over filled...by nearly four quarts. Even the paperwork from the dealership service department showed too much transmission fluid for this vehicle. This could have caused a severe, even life-threatening accident had we not found out through this oil change and fluid check at another facility.
After more than 3 days in their service facility with no call on the condition of our vehicle, I called them. They told me that our mechanic was wrong, and it was only overfilled by about 1/2 quart. I pointed out to him that we took it to TWO DIFFERENT MECHANICS and they both confirmed overfill by almost four quarts. He also told me they had been driving our vehicle around for the last several days to ensure it was safe to drive, however, mileage shows that this is not true, since we have documentation of mileage at the oil change on Friday, and when the truck was returned to us on Wednesday.
Don't believe anything they tell you. There is a reputable Dodge Dealer in Lansing that you should go to, and it is NOT CHAMPION. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

Service advisor Philip Wright provided an outstand...

Service advisor Philip Wright provided an outstanding customer experience in our latest visit! He went above and beyond what was necessary to make my husband and I happy customers. Over the past two months we had been experiencing problems with sensors on our 2013 Journey. Our vehicle had fallen one month and about 1,000 miles outside of our factory warranty. We had worked previously with Philip on numerous occasions, primarily for oil changes. In this circumstance he spoke to his manager and rewarded our loyalty to Champion service by fixing all of the current problems on our vehicle as warranty items - at no cost to us. We are truly appreciative. It is actions like this which demonstrate how much Champion (and in particular Philip) value us as customers. I highly recommend the service department at Champion!

Found the perfect vehicle online, I live 2 hours away so I called to get everything setup before I came to purchase. Spoke with Shannon, the next morning (8:30 AM) i submitted my credit for them to find financing (I received EIGHT notifications that my credit had been ran- EIGHT TIMES), after 3 calls to Shannon I was either sent to voicemail or told "he'd call me right back"- he even "promised" one time to call me right back. FINALLY at 5:30 PM he called and said I was approved below my price range, didn't want to give me the actual number for my monthly payment, said he'd tell me Friday when I came in. I spoke with two other people to express my concerns for his inability to call me back to keep me updated, or provide quality customer service, both of them just transferred me to Shannon. The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and i suggest you do too.

I called to have my oil changed and tires rotated at champion for my Wrangler Sahara Jeep. It was the first time I ever had service at this dealer. I called early in the morning and Brad (Service Adviser) checked the schedule. He stated they could get me in for service that afternoon around 2 pm. I showed up and Brad promptly checked me in. I asked about some places to walk to for a late lunch and he provided several locations that were easy to get to. He thought it might take up to 1.5 hours before the technician was done, however, when I got back from lunch in about an hour, the jeep was washed and ready to go. Very impressed with Brad and their service so far.

BAIT AND SWITCH! I went there about a van in their ad. The saleswoman said it couldn't be found & wanted to show me other vans. After a time, I was again told the van couldn't be found but they still had it. I said that I wanted it. After some dickering, she stated a price, then said, "You can't have the van you want FOR THAT PRICE," then stated it would be another one she had shown me, and that was acceptable. It was about a week later when I finally looked closely at the paperwork (I have always had terrible attention to detail) and saw why I couldn't have the van "for that price"-it was $1400 higher than the one I specifically said I wanted. Was I stupid? Of course I was,but not stupid enough to ever go there again.

I had broke down on the way to work due to transmission issues. I called champion and they got me in that day and into a rental car. Excellent customer service, excellent technicians, and by far the best ram dealer I've ever been to. My truck was fixed and back on the road in a couple days.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge. We bought 2 cars recently through them and it was very seamless and easy. Especially, dealing with our salesman Sean who always goes above and beyond to try and help the customer out. He always follows up like he promises. I wouldn't go anywhere else or dealing with anyone else except them. Thank for a great purchasing experience.
