I took my Durango for an oil change & they also washed it so it looked new. Great Job
Randy dewey made my purchase enjoyable and stress free. I wasnt pressured one bit at this place. They truly want you to be happy with what you are driving.
I was recommended to stop by and talk with a salesman. I met with Brent and must say that I was really impressed with the selection and his knowledge of the cars in stock. He was very patient with me and allowed me to take my time. He even called me back to see if I had though of any other questions to ask me. I would definitely recommend Champion Chrysler to anyone I knew.
Awesome customer service tyler renner was one of the best if your going there I recommend asking for him, stayed with us for 5 hours till we had a deal we wanted and left with an awesome new car
Yesterday was a very difficult day for me personally. When Champion's service department told me that my extended warranty was not going to pay for all of the work needed to get my Jeep fixed, I lost it. It wasn't the service departments fault. The warranty company found no evidence of component failure due to the component. I was frustrated, had a heavy heart, and had my 2-year-old son with me. My emotions were pushed to the limit and I took it out on the general manager. When they walked away I thought that I was done for in terms of getting any help. I shouldn't have been so surprised, but when they came back the service representative told me that they were taking care of the work 100%. I'm still in shock (not only at my behavior), but at the absolute kindness and professionalism by the people at Champion Chrysler. Thank you for everything you do.
I had a terrific experience Jacob, Jim and Erick were very friendly Jacob and Jim took the time to understand my families needs and made sure we got what we needed Erick is very informative and easy to work with I would recommend anyone to go to Champion Chrysler,Dodge,Jeep and Ram.
Sean is who sold us our Jeep and it was the most phenomenal first experience buying a vehicle through a dealership. He has checked on us to ensure our continued satisfaction with the Jeep and our purchase.
Recently, we took our Jeep in to be serviced and to have the tires rotated. The key to our locking lug was some how destroyed in the process which caused issues from there about who should pay for the key and stripped lugs.
Most recently, due to the incident with the service department we cancelled our warranty insurance with them. We were supposed to be refunded a large amount that they said could take up to a month. It has been a month and a half and no refund. We contacted them questioning what happened and they try to say they have no paperwork or information on our request.
It has been one incident after another with them, which is really unfortunate as we were looking to purchase our next vehicle with Sean here soon. I feel bad that I will not be returning to a great salesman due to how we have been treated after the purchase. Very very disappointed.
I am writing to recommend and thank Jessica Johnson at Champion Chrysler. She put me at ease with the whole process and answered all of my questions. She was very knowledgeable about their product line. I would recommend both the dealership and Jessica.
I have been getting my oil changed here for the past 2-3 years. First off I started with my truck they did 2 oil changes and the 3rd one they said the old oil looked bad and had some sludge so I went home and checked the oil it had 3 extra quarts in it. After I found out my engine was bad and didn't think to much about it just really confused that they didn't check the dipstick. "They did not get all the oil out because of the sludge and when they put the new oil in they did not check the dipstick so they overfilled the engine" Ok so then this Monday I took my car to Champion to get the oil changed and the next day after I checked the oil and it was about a inch and a half past the full line on the dipstick. I called and was told by Phill to keep driving it until I could get it in and that they put 6 quarts in and they have put 6 quarts in my car the past oil changes also so if nothing happened then then it should not happen any time soon. Well my car takes 4.5 quarts and I wont drive 1 mile knowing I have 1.5 extra quarts in my car. so I called back and pretty much Phill thought it was ok to drive 5 days until I could make it there so I drained the oil out my self and asked if he could put a note on my car that it takes 4.5 quarts and he would not and hung up on me. THEY DONT CHECK DIP STICKS!!! If Champion can not get a oil change right I cant trust them with anything!!
I contacted the dealership after expressing interest in one of the cars posted in their website. After a leisurely drive from Mason, I met the manager who cordially offered me some coffee and introduced me to my salesperson, William. William Borja was most helpful and even though I chose not to buy the car that I had seen he promised to keep me posted on any new arrivals that meet my specifications. I specially enjoyed the non-pushy sales attitude. I hope to come back soon for my dream car. Thanks for the positive and friendly attention Champion Chrysler!
Phil did an excellent job of helping me out with my vehicle. Every time I go in, I am just amazed how he and the staff takes care of me. Hands-down, the best dealership when it comes to repairs.
Service advisors approach, dealer environment and people's friendliness was great. They returned me my vehicle on time as informed and clean. Thanks... It was an exeptional experience together with maintenance discount coupons and booklet provided by my service advisor and dealership...
Call with questions on my 2019 ram rebal service department was very quick to sell or try to get me to purchase a service, rather than really trying to help with the issue which is apparently common. Thanks for no help at all!
Even though an hour oil change seems far too lo g, great service from Phil!
Jason Johnson made our experience easy and fun. Love our new jeep. We are a jeep family now!!!!
Trip 1. I took my 2014 Jeep in for blue smoke coming out the tail pipe, tire rotation, balance and alignment, and oil change also a recall on the brakes. I went in that night to pick up my car and was told that they had not touched it all day and would have to stay overnight again. 2 days later they called me to tell me that they would have to cut off my locking lug nuts because there was not a key for them in the glove compartment. After doing that they called to tell me that they would not have the lug nuts until Monday so I would have to leave my car there. Monday came and I was called in the afternoon to come and get my car. When I picked up my car they told me that they were not able to do the brake recall and it would have to come back for the blue smoke thing anyway so they would just do it then. After picking up my car I looked in the glove compartment and in fact the key for the lug nuts was right there where I told them it was.
Trip 2: 2 weeks went by and was notified by mail that the parts were in for the recall and the blue smoke repair. I arranged with Phil to bring my car back in on that Monday. Phil was very nice to work with and got me a rental. Not his fault but I was delayed 2 hours for that. The repairs were made over the next 3 days. I got my car back and everything seemed fine. The next week I went on vacation in Tennessee and would be driving my vehicle. I drove all the way to Tennessee and then back to Cincinnati Ohio and my vehicle started making all kinds of noised in the front end. I pulled over to see what was going on and found the belts to be moving back and forth. I traveled about 1 miles and everything went haywire. Lights flashing and car overheating. Called Chrysler road side, car towed in and found that when the work was done at Champion they did not tighten down the cam shaft bolt and it came out and stripped the pully and the bent the cam shaft. While the dealer in Cincinnati was doing those repairs they found that the valve cover gaskets were leaking as well because they were not put back on correctly. 6 days later I got my vehicle back.
Don't go to this dealer, Horrible service and customer service.
Champion has the best service team. Phil Wright s attention to details is amazing. I had my Jeep in for routine service and Phil pointed out a recent recall I wasn t even aware of, the vehicle was done earlier than expected. And two weeks later. I received an official notice from Chrysler informing me of the recall that Phil had just fixed. That is five star service. Thank you Phil Wright and Champion. You Rock.
Although some of the folks have changed here over 25 years, the experience is still good and I m glad I m back again.
Salesman Shannon and the gang took great care of me.
I met a lot of people during my Jeep shopping experience. All were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to look and walked out with a new vehicle. No one pressured me; I was given information, allowed to test drive as many vehicles as I wanted and provided space and time to make my decision to purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
Girlfriend went in to get some pricing done. Salesman ended up harassing her with texts even after she said she was going with another dealership. They also had her credit score pulled over 12 times, dropping her credit score by over 30 points. Pretty crooked. Go elsewhere.
Phil in the service department was outstanding! So helpful and genuine. My car was in and out in no time. He also helped with contacting Chrysler to get them to pay for an issue!!!
This dealership went out of the way to helps me get into a new car. Kim Allen went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the new car I was getting into. I would recommend Champion and their team to anyone!
Sooooo, I bought my first car from here back in March of 2019 (a 2013 hyundai elantra) and I love it. I like to imagine that it's partially my fault because I did such good research before deciding which car to buy but I also got a bit lucky. The car was 6 years old and only had about 45,000 miles.
Anyway, I don't know much about cars but this one runs pretty good. Apparently they got new tires for it in February which is fabulous for me.
I was going to give it 4 stars because the headlights need replacing (I think the bulbs blew or something because I have to drive with my high beams on) and the front and back windshield wipers also need replacing. Those are things I didn't think to check when I test drove it (and it wasn't raining when I tested it so I couldn't have checked the wipers anyway).
But I give the place 5 stars anyway because of the tires. I'd be much madder having to replace some raggedy tires than some windshield wipers.
Clean environment, a very professional and well trained staff, and quality workmanship. Was kept up to date on everything going on with my car that was in for service. Kudos to the service rep Josh, made my experience stress free and easy.
Phil Wright is the best. Over the past few years Phil has always done a great service for us for our two vehicles. Very attentive to detail, fast convenient scheduling and followup and helps us be aware of available coupons and discounts saving us money. Phil really cares. Cannot say enough good things about Phil. Jeff Freeze and his crew have always done a good job on our vehicles.
I came in stressed out and I met with Tyler renner, he help solve my stressful situation and was very professional even though I was not.
Right on time and done right. I'm happy with what they do for me.
No stars, this company lie and use intimidation and scare tatics to get me as a Black wom on 12/18/2020 after I already gave them $1100 just this July 2020. They even would not give me my paper work because I would not sign a paper for them. They accused me of signing some paper, therefore since I sign a paper they have their arguement. God help. Run to another shop
Thank you, sales rep Shannon. I appreciate your help with getting me my Jeep.
Josh Matties is by far the best Salesman!! Honest, professional, goes above and beyond. Need a car?? Go see Josh Matties!!! Best Dealership around, tell em Kellie sent you!
Great job done timely manner scheduled at our convenience.
Update. Second starter put on the vehicle and another 450.00. They said no warranty due to mileage. Car has 100,000 miles yet this starter that the installed a little over a year ago has 25,000. When we replaced starter last year, service tech said it was NOT original, so this is the 4th starter in 100,000 miles. All I get is.. things happen. Sounds like they do not stand behind their work or product. Oh yeah, took 5 days to get the part with no communication from service dept. Not happy at all with Champion.
We bought a used Dodge Journey a week ago and things could of been smoother but General Manager Rick turned what was a bad situation into a positive one. When we bought the vehicle it did not have cruise control and I wanted it and was willing to pay extra to have it installed. No problems, everything was installed fine after the special order parts arrived. The problem was the night we brought the car home and noticed one rear door would not lock/unlock. After a call to saleslady the next day, and assuring her the child safety lock were not the problem, she said they would look at it when cruise control was installed. We received a phone call that car was ready for pick up but door locks would NOT be fixed unless we pay the parts and labor in excess of $200. That was not going to happen and after a phone call to GM Rick who leaves his cell number in many of the negative reviews here, lock was fixed free of charge. Kudos to him or this review would have a much harsher tone. I do not know if I would buy another vehicle from this dealership or not as there were some funny things on paperwork like a $300 charge for "security" and car was not detailed. You should not find candy wrappers and ball point pens etc in a dealership car. To be fair though, they are going to detail it next week. In summery, cruise installed, doors fixed, appointment for free detail and a honest GM who knows the meaning of customer service. Shame I had to even call him. BTW, I love the car!
Stopped by to ask the Service section on a problem starting a Dodge Van. They gave me some advice, and I was able to successfully get the van started. thanks for the assist!
I bought my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2012, and have had a wonderful experience from the word go. I work with Phil Wright in the Service Department for my oil changes and regular maintenance, and he's been absolutely outstanding. Phil always gets me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I plan on sticking with Grand Cherokees for the foreseeable future, and I plan on sticking with Champion, thanks to Phil and the rest of the team.
Really enjoyed talking about a new Chrysler with William Borja. I have not specifically visited the location but during a social event William's line of work came up. Of course i informed William of my preference to General Motors products but William made a very strong argument of maybe trying out a Chrysler. I hope to take up William on that test drive very soon. Cheers.
The selection was large and the staff was kind. However, for me they focused far to much on payment not price.
No service in the service department. Phil is an absolute jerk. I d say he could use customer service training, however, I don t think that will help his attitude. If you have an option of going elsewhere, I would!
I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had a horrible experience with both sales and service.
I will never go back to this dealership. The absolute WORST experience I've ever encountered.
Loren Glasscock gave me the best vehicle buying experience I ve had at any dealership. Gets to know you and wants to make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle you are purchasing. Is not pushy like most dealers 10/10
Kim was fantastic. She found us exactly what fit our family and got us a great deal. KC was great working with our Capital One Financing. All around fantastic purchasing experience.
Great place to buy a car..very understanding ppl. Treat you like family.
I ve brought my Jeep here twice now for repairs and have been pleased with the work they do. I never have to worry about hidden fees or extra work being done because everything is given to me in writing, and they text or call me with updates throughout the process.
I would like to voice my extreme displeasure with your service department. My wife was charged an INSANE amount of money to have 4 locking lug nuts removed and replaced with regular lugnuts. I got a flat tire Saturday. I had purchased my 2010 dodge caravan used and was unaware i had locking lugnuts and no key to unlock them. My roadside assistance allowed for my vehicle to be towed to the nearest dodge dealer which was you. My wife was quoted a price of 94 dollars to remove 4 locking lugs (1 on each rim) and 4 replacement lug nuts. We thought this was extremely high but we agreed since we didnt have much of a choice. That was Saturday afternoon. We were told we would receive a call on Monday once they were done and to give us a quote for possible new tires. We never received a call until I called at 430 to check on the status. The vehicle wasnt fixed until Tuesday. We were appalled to find that the cost was going to be 207 dollars which included 14 dollars per replacement lug nut! I believe you service department took advantage of my wife and took advantage of your situation. I have since done some research and the 207 dollars is triple what most places charge for similar service. The combined poor service and outrageous price killed any chance that I was going to buy tires from CHAMPION! You have lost my respect and business!
Friendly and knowledgeable, your vehicle is ready when you request it.
Had another great experience at Champion today! Phil was very helpful and saved me money today, which is much needed! Thanks for being honest and upfront! If everyone that had an awesome experience posted a review, this dealership would have a near 5 star rating! To guarantee you have the best experience possible I recommend that you ask for Josh in sales and Phil in service. Josh is a friendly and personable salesmen that will not rush or push a sale. Phil just received an award for being the best service advisor in the country, with the highest number of positive customer experience satisfaction surveys. If you ask for Josh and Phill, you are guaranteeing yourself a 5 star experience EVERY time! Tell them that Jared P sent you and you'll receive the VIP experience!
I had an issue with the radio on my 2015 ram 2500 . Apparently there were recalls on this that I was unaware of . The service department said they couldn't do anything with the radio because it wouldn't power up for the diagnostic test . They told me to buy a new radio for 2600.00 and that would fix it. Keep in mind it's not just a radio it controlls everything in the cab . I left not knowing what to do so I called corporate office and filed a claim for the radio, the people who helped me at corporate was excellent and said they would replace my radio for free ... I was so grateful for that. Today went to have it installed and the service department said it wasn't the radio it was a inline fuse that had corroded. I know you can get this part at your local auto parts store for about $10 . They wanted me to pay $265 to have this part replaced ,and they already had it apart and figured out the problem. That's just wrong to charge that kind of money for such a small part . I didn't pay the money they put it back together and my radio still doesn't work ... Beware first they wanted to charge me for a radio and the Rob me on the online fuse.
Perfect place to go if you want to be ripped off. A $45 tire rotation? And that's not mention the time they double charged me because they apparently can't figure out billing procedures. If there is a charge of $100 to get what's wrong with your car figured out and then you elect to do one of the two fixes they find that $100 should come off the repairs they do, which is exactly what they say happens when you ask. But like with everything else they try to sneak it back onto the bill.
And if you're a Chrysler employee good luck. You'll try and claim your parts discount which they'll say they no longer do/or honor but oh we'll give you 20% off. I let myself be ripped off 3 times. There won't be a fourth.
Staff is perfectly friendly though. Very kind and considerate as they lie or stumble through an evasion to your face.
I purchased a car from Champion one year ago, and even though I was in a rush to get a "new" vehicle, I went to a dealership (instead of private sellers) because I THOUGHT they would be honest with me and NOT give me a car that needed work done.
When I looked for a Jeep online, I contacted them asking to see a certain Jeep (with all of the specific vehicle info included). They contacted me saying that the vehicle will be at the Lansing location in the morning so I showed up and they proceeded to tell me that the vehicle had been sold. But on my way home, they called me because they realized that they were looking at the wrong vehicle, and I could come in the next morning to look at the Jeep I saw online. The next morning I came in and found out that the original Jeep I looked at was now sold!!! WHAT?!?!?
AND ALL OF THAT WAS BEFORE I BOUGHT A VEHICLE!!!
Foolishly, when they said they had similar Jeep that I could look at, I stayed (My then current vehicle was on its last legs, so I was a little desparate). They even provided a document that stated that this new Jeep (06 Commander) was in much better condition than others of that year.
I ended up purchasing the vehicle (no extended warranty because "it's a dealer! They would be screw me over!" HA!) and quickly, I discovered issues!
Here's the list:
- 6 year old battery that had issues & quit within a few weeks
- Bad suspension
- Refurbished transmission (they told me this later)
- Missing transmission fluid tube plug (it was open to the elements until I discovered it months later)
- Who knows what else?!! My vehicle is now in the shop getting checked out, and on the test drive alone, they noticed a few other possible issues
I took the vehicle back into Champion after I discovered the issues above, and they told me that they would look over the entire vehicle and "see what we can do for you after the inspection". They found the issues listed and here's what they told me that they could do for me: NOTHING!!!! First, they told me, "You could have had the vehicle inspected by someone else before you bought it." ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? Then, they told me that because I didn't purchase the extended warranty, they couldn't do any repairs for free; I would have to pay for the repairs.
DO NOT BUY, TRADE, VISIT, CALL, OR THINK ABOUT GOING TO CHAMPION FOR ANYTHING!!!
***Champion Reps, don't bother replying to this review with "We're sorry that your experience didn't meet your expectations." From what you've told me and what I've read in other reviews, you're not sorry.
AGAIN, DO NOT BUY, TRADE, VISIT, CALL, OR THINK ABOUT GOING TO CHAMPION FOR ANYTHING!!!
The 2 are only because of salesman Randy and the two female customer service representatives that I spoke with. However the finance manager Josh that I was scheduled to meet with lacked any type of customer service skills. He never greeted me nor offered an explanation as to why as a prospective customer he was too busy to apologize for wasting my time or Randy for that matter. After about an hour and half he finally stopped by to tell me...either I can possibly get this compact car or well...that's it. While completing the application I made certain criteria very clear. However it appeared to me that Josh thought he could indirectly pressure me into anything...NO THANK YOU! I will not recommend Champion to any one!
Had wonderful fast service. Car came back cleaner after the maintence was done then when I bought it in. Friendly service. Excellent mechanics and other employees. Will return for all of my vehicle needs.
This car dealer was awesome and helpful. Tyler Willmer helped us and he was super friendly and helpful!! I give him 5 stars for how quickly he helped us find our family vehicle!! Bless you in everything you do Mr.Willmer!!
Shannon was Fantastic!!! Traded in my Jeep Cherokee 2.4L Latitude for a Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. The Champion Team there is Fantastic!!! Go and see Shannon, he will take care of all your needs or find the vehicle you want!!! Love my new Jeep!!!
They informed me of everything they were going to do, how much it would cost and got done 30 minutes early.
My experience was great . I was helped by Tyler Reiner. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and very professional. I will definitely send family and friends who are looking to purchase a vehicle his way. Very friendly and made the process of looking for a new vehicle a pleasure
I had such a great experience at Champion! I bought my first Jeep wrangler and was so impressed with Amber and Jamie. Thank you for all of your help! I will be recommending you to all!
Brad was amazing. He did everything correctly and even offered to pick us up at the restaurant where we were waiting for the car to be ready....freezing out and very windy! Thanks Brad.
Randy always delivers great service and a great deal
I worked with Aaron Bartig sales consultant. The process was pretty painless, I knew what I wanted and at the price I wanted and he was able to make it happen. Kudos. I would deal with Aaron again.
The gentleman who assisted me, I believe his name was Colin, was more than courteous and professional. He explained everything and listened very carefully to all my requests. He also went out of the way to personally pick me up at my residence when my car was finished, as the usual driver was on a run. I would recommend him as the one you should see when you have to have any service done.
Friendly service, did great by us in getting a vehicle financed and have followed up with excellent service
The staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. I cant thank them enough. They helped a 21 yo with no previous credit get a newer car for super low payments!!!
Had to go in to get a recall part replaced. They were on time and took less than the time they anticipated. Comfortable lobby and friendly staff.
Phil in the service department is wonderful from start to finish. I stopped in with quite a few things I wanted done to my vehicle ahead of winter and he was exceptionally knowledgeable about the services and products necessary to optimize my vehicles performance and ensure it is maintained per manufacturer recommendations/specifications. He was extremely vigilant in ensuring a timely turn around time and my vehicle was done sooner than anticipated. He actually stayed late on a Friday evening to meet me personally, so we could go over all services performed and close out the interaction with questions, comments and/or concerns. Actual cost came in below estimate. He s a straight shooter and ultimately wants what s best for you and your vehicle. I would highly recommend working with Phil on whatever you may need or want done to your Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram or even other vehicle makes/models!
I was very satisfied with the customer service i received from my Service Advisor Bryan Scribner. He explained things in detail and was very professional.
Really happy with the purchase and the sales experience. Not at all happy with the quality of the detailing on the vehicle
I worked with Sorin Tanasa this past month on a Jeep Extended Warranty issue. The service department was in a tough position as the part needed, was on back order. It was very frustrating waiting 32 days for a part. Sorin always kept me in the loop on the status. He was an advocate for me in trying to secure the part needed. Being a service advisor is a tough position, as people are not coming in to say what a great job your doing, they are coming into get things fixed. The service advisor more times then not, takes the brunt of it, when things don't go smoothly. Sorin handled my issue extremely well and recommend you go see him if you re Jeep needs service.
Had a wonderful experience, they were able help me get into an awesome and reliable car, (even though I don't have the best credit). Sales staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Phil in the service department was amazing to deal with. He listened to all of our concerns and took us seriously. He is the reason we continue to go to Champion Chrysler. Thank you so much!
I recently bought a 2015 Dodge Dart. It has not even been 2 months and already, the check engine light is on! I took the car to belle tire and they said there was an issue with the car that only the dealership had the tools to fix. I am extremely frustrated because I am a college student and do not have the funds for thousands of dollars of repairs for a car that I just bought! I thought I was going to an honest dealership but I honestly feel that I was scammed and sold a lemon.
I had an awesome experience at Champion! This was my first time buying a new car and Kim made it so simple. She answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect Jeep! Thank you, Kim and the rest of the staff!
Went in to find out my options, worked with Josh M. He was extremely helpful and funny. Great person to work with will definitely be telling all my friends to go see him when looking for a cars!!
Took 3 weeks to get the truck started! Then, the problem was not even fixed and they took 10 more days to change a $15 resistor for the headlights. Never use their service department!
Want to be overcharged and attempted to be scammed? Welcome to champion chrysler! I went 2 times before for service and recieved a good rate and quality fix. After i left the second time they left a note in my car asking to buy it. When i came in the 3rd time they asked if i wanted to keep it, and for how long. None of their business frankly. This time they gave me a bill of 2500+ for repairs and told me all sorts of things needed fixing. Immediate fixing. Hmmm, sounded odd. So i took it to 2 other shops as well as a friend who came to town that all quoted me around 800 and the immediate repairs were not even real. Guess where i took it?
Needless to say, be wary of this place. They want your money and nothing else and will lie their way to get it. Never going here again.
Difficult sales people. Use many of the "used cars sales" tricks to make you feel pressured into something.
The worst service experience I have had in 36 years, Management has working knowledge of the poor service customers have received but treat it as business as usual.
excellent i'll recommend champion any day. Jason Johnson is the most honest and reliable salesman I have ever come across.
Though the replacement alternator was not readily available, service to determine that mine needed to be replaced was relatively quick, and service personnel (Phillip) were nice.
I should have posted this months ago when I actually visited. I needed a shower after going here to find a new car, the sleaze was so thick. After talking the salesman (who was actually nice) for about 10 minutes, the sales manager immediately came out, sat a chair down right next to me a pushed to do whatever it took to get me to buy a car right then. He also undercut the trade-in value of my wife's vehicle by $4000. He apparently thought I was born yesterday. Would give -5 stars if possible. Their TV commercials are also terrible with the same blonde lady in every one with terrible acting. At least One-Take-Terry Hanks is honest and fun in his ads.
My experience with Champion CDJR of Lansing was exceptional. Amber and Jaime were very kind and courteous. I walked in knowing what I wanted and what I wanted to pay and they made sure they made it happen. I'm 55 and have never experienced such great customer service. They work very well together.
Jacob my sales consultant very professional and took care of everything. Jacob was able to secure financing as well as place me in a pre-owned vehicle of my choice. I recommend Champion to anyone looking for a new or slightly used automobile.
They were respectful and answered all my questions. they were done when they said they would be.
Tyler Renner was extremely helpful and courteous. Some of the best service I've received in a while.
My sales rep Jess J was very knowledgeable and gave me all the info I needed to make the right buying decision. She is very personable and handled herself in a very professional manner.
Advised immediately what the problem was and being it was not a quick fix was taken home and advised when van was ready and was picked up timely to retrieve fixed vehicle.
Just had the best auto repair experience ever! Phil Wright Is the ultimate professional! He went above and beyond in overseeing the diagnosing and taking care of my Jeep Liberty. I came in pretty upset to learn that the PCM in my Jeep had died and the skim module needed to be replaced at the same time that I am buying a house. Phil discovered the warranty on my PCM had expired by 3 months but was still 20K well under range of the warranty mileage and got the company to honor my warranty. I was without my Jeep for a few days longer than I'd originally expected, but it was all for the best. Phil did an excellent job in making sure that every detail of my Jeep was handled properly and that my Jeep was ready for the coming winter. I will certainly recommend his service to everyone. Thank you Phil!
Terrible service. Had to take jeep back 3x within 2 days and issue was not resolved. They have had jeep for over a week and never called to update us. Brian, the service rep, never returned calls nor did he ever call us to let anything about our jeep. He told us to take our business to the competition. Unbelievable.
Aaron and Jammie were amazing! Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I checked with two other dealerships and Champion gave me the best deal with zero run around. Perfect experience!
There service department sucks and doesn't stand by there word. You set up an appointment and still dont get to your vehicle for 2 more days
