Each day was productive. Furniture that needed moved was shuffled without damage or paint drippings. Agreed upon work was done to my specifications and quality demands. Result was very beautiful. E-Si-E and Nelson very professional painters. Cello did perfect work fixing ceiling drywall seam cracks and re-texturing to exact match of existing texture. Willie coordinated the use of Sherwin Williams ProBlock and other products to beautifully cover existing water stains on my white ceiling.

After Hurricane Michael, CertaPro was available immediately to provide a quote and a date for service at our request. We encountered a few glitches during the painting which they were quick to remedy. We highly recommend CertaPro and will use them in the future for our painting needs.

AMAZING work. I have never experienced such a group of professional paint staff as I did with them. I had my entire home repainted, including the ceiling. The painters were very friendly and checked in with me daily until the job was done. I received photos after each room was complete and they were prompt. A big thank you to Tony who oversaw the project and Jamie who was very clean and polite.

I recently built an addition to my house. This was a large job with multiple contractors for concrete slab, framing, roofing, insulation, sheetrock, electrical, finishing, windows and doors. Certa Pro was by far the best. Appointment scrupulously met on time, extremely detailed quote, work performed on time and to spec perfectly the first time. Definitely will do business with again.

CertaPro were professional. They should up on time and completed the project. There was also follow up to ensure we were satisfied with the job.

They are great painters and company until you have a problem. We had a $9000 job that we paid in full and later when water damage occurred from the pressure washing they refuse to fix and will not return calls. Now we have to go to small claims court!

The sales team provided a walk through at the time of the quote, ensuring they understood what you are looking for. Response time was great for setting up the project, good communication through phone and email. Unfortunately confusion on scheduling and work, had to reschedule due to missing painters and change in work because everything was not detailed in contract. Painters are hired out as small groups (do not have CertaPro vehicles). Sales person did come check during the day on work and walked through with painters. Painters were kind and organized, if there was a mistake they went back and fixed it once I showed them. Overall pleased with final product.

The CertaPro team did an outstanding job both painting our house exterior and staining our fence. It was extremely cost effective, and the team that came out was extremely professional and knocked the large job out in under a day. Being a property manager in Destin I use many vendors. Most are too high, don t show up, or do bad work. I have especially had a difficult time with painters. I recently saw a truck with CertPro on it and gave them a call. Tony called made an appointment, showed up early and had me an estimate that day. I contracted them and they called to let me know they could do the job sooner and did what I was told by others a week long job in two days. This saved me money I would have lost in rental income. The unit was nice and the painters were very professional and every piece of furniture was exactly where I left it. I will never call another painter and I would advise anyone to use only Certapro.

Curtis provided an extremely competitive bid. Henry and his team of painters were prompt, professional and very attentive to detail. Communication from sale to completion was superb. I will use them again.

They subcontract and the company that they used was terrible and not detailed oriented. When you look from afar the paint for our exterior house is not bad but as you get closer you can see the mess that they left it in. They did not clean up after themselves. They left a splattering of paint on the bushes, patio floor, our inside carpet and even on my expensive mirror where they washed their brushes in my bathroom sink. They did not put our door bell and house number back. A job that is supposed to be a week turned out to be almost a month. I was not sent pictures everyday as promised. I was not there during their job so I think they got very slack. Cal from certapro was very convincing and gave me promises that was not delivered. They did try to correct some of the mess when I complained but not everything was corrected. Overall I am not happy and will not use them again.

Cesar & his team were efficient, clean & easy to work with! We will be using them again for our next job, as we are very pleased with how easy & stress free it was to get our home painted.

Very pleased with CertaPro Painters from start to finish. My husband and I were looking to hire someone to paint the exterior of our home. I filled out a request for an estimate on the website and received a call that same day to setup an appointment for an in person quote. Cheryl was able to meet me a couple days later. She walked the property with me to understand what our needs were, she identified any potential areas of concern that would need to be repaired so there would be no surprises later on, and laid out what their process was. After receiving the quote I was able to ask questions directly with Cheryl to completely understand what was included/excluded. Cheryl and the head of the painting crew, Alejandro, then met me for another walkthrough so that everyone was on the same page prior to starting the project. Alejandro and his crew were here on time everyday and did a fantastic job. Alejandro also provided daily updates with progress (including pictures). I can't say enough of the job they did and the friendliness and professionalism from everyone I worked with at CertaPro. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I had Certapro repair and paint my patio deck. The crew contacted me and arrived at the time they said they would. The job was completed professionally and Augustin and his assistant did a great job. After a few weeks there were several areas that needed a touchup because of dripping water from the roof. I contacted Augustin directly and he followed up with a call and he came back to complete the touchup work. We had a good experience with Certapro and especially Augustin and his team. I definitely recommend Certapro, and especially Augustin, for painting needs around the house.

Professional firm with good communication skills. They emailed proposal with instructions before the job and communicated throughout. They were responsive to questions and returned to house to redo a small area that we requested. We would use them again.

I had them paint my house in Seagrove Beach. Caesar and his team did an INCREDIBLE job. Very thorough, professional, caring and respectful. The paint job is one of the best I've ever seen. Two neighbors have since come by to tell me how nice the house looks and what a beautiful paint job the painters did. The communication between CertaPro and me was pretty constant and though I had no problems, I knew that if there was one they would've been on it. After contacting CertaPro online, I received two emails followed by a phone call from the Sales Associate, all within five minutes! The Sales Associate, Cheryl, provided the most professional and detailed estimate for the requested work with a total price almost half of two other quotes I had received. I usually do not go for the lowest bid but selected CertaPro based upon the impression Cheryl made on me and her "best I have ever experienced" communication skills. The Site Supervisor, Alex, is an extremely likeable, respectful and energetic individual who I found to be a good, honest, hard-working individual who really had my wishes at the top of his list, and he is very good at what he does. The three painters who painted almost my entire house in three days worked non-stop, ALL DAY, with the exception of a short lunch. The work was OUTSTANDING and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I will use CertaPro for all of my future painting projects with the knowledge that they will give me their best and at a substantial savings in cost without sacrificing quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had my popcorn ceilings removed and the whole process went smoother than I expected. It's a messy project but I'm so glad we went with CertaPro painters, they did a wonderful job cleaning up, I would definitely recommend.

This is an honest review of my business with certain pro:
It was a rollercoaster, at the fault of both parties, mine and theirs. Read the whole thing.
Every home improvement company is busy with repairs after hurricane Michael, there's no doubt about that. They we're able to start about a week after committing to the proposal which was awesome. But as the person paying ya gotta be understanding unless you have the time to do it yourself. I was home during the repairs which probably fabricated some issues, as if your gone you would just see the end product and not the process.

I hope CertaPro uses this as a constructive critique. It's not meant to be negative.

Issues/processes explained:
There was a delay the first day, materials we're not here and the painters showed up. There was a feeling of "what the hell is going on" as I never met with the site supervisor nor did I get any notification. Things seemed to be a little unorganized.
After calling the office they gave me their full attention (despite other reviews), they explained what "should" have happened, and level heads always prevail as the next day things went a bit better.
----there were weather delay issues----
I also needed siding repairs, none of the workers really knew what we needed, and left to get supplies, I wouldn't have known they weren't comming back that day unless I called the office. Again after info flows back and forth, they were here the next day to do the work. The individuals who did the panel repair were good. Wasn't prepared to for electrical, water, or gas to be disconnected but once again go with the flow (if power/water/gas need to be disco'd the client should be advised. Gas lines cannot legally be disco'd reco'd by any party other than the gas company). By end of day things we're looking up, as almost all paneling and paint was nearly finished.
At the end of the job when I saw the finished product, I was glad to see it done.
A 2-3 day job took about a week, not bad given the situation Panama City is in.

Pros:
*when work was being done, it wasn't rushed.
*The end result was as expected
*Answers/explanation to questions were given
*Any issues you can call the office and talk to someone or at least get a call back if you leave a message

Cons:
*I never knew when/if the workers would show daily
*You shouldn't have to call the main office as there should be no issues. The office staff has better things to do.
*Lack of information flow from site supervisor, or main office (unless you call)
*Didn't mind the use of my water hose but at least put it back the way you found it
*Litter around the property after the crew left (i.e. empty caulk tubes, rubber gloves, cloth/rags) which I didn't mind picking up but I shouldn't have to.
*Small landscaping/stones left knocked over or disturbed.
Everything listed in the cons was not necessarily a big deal for me, it just added unnecessary stress. If you looked at this in a different light a different person may not be able to go out and take care the things I took care of.

All in all, info should be given not asked for. An actual plan should be supplied to the buyer AND make sure workers follow it so it doesn't FEEL unorganized. I understand/hope there is a plan, and maybe I don't need to know it, but I asked and they answered...it was a rough start.
Finally and most importantly pg 4 in the proposal clearly states that after doing a look-over of the job was I satisfied?
THAT IS A SIMPLE YES OR NO QUESTION. At the end of that day the answer that question is YES... with the explanation above.

If you want high quality, honesty, and reasonable prices, CertaPro is the way to go. They painted my parents house- when they did they careful moved the furniture and took care of everything. The finished job was exactly what they wanted, and it was within the timeline and price they quoted.

They recently painted our entire townhouse complex. Terrible job, messy, paint everywhere (windows and door thresholds) from lack of taping anything off correctly. Got paint overspray all over our grill and patio furniture. Very unprofessional staff...

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Calvin Smith of Certa Pro Painters is a fraud! He steals your money!! He advertises with Home Advisor which is where I got Certa Pro Painters. He will not be able to advertise with them anymore. Calvin Smith, the owner thinks I forgot all about him-NO WAY! He does not hire professional painters nor do a background check on ANY of his "employees." Would you want someone like that at your house? He hires people off the street, hands them a paintbrush and told to paint. I went through two crews with this con artist of a company. My painting project was for the exterior of my home and my master bathroom. What should should have been a 4-5 day job, took months and IT'S STILL not right and Calvin Smith knows it. It's a horrible and unacceptable job. To this day, I have peeling, chipped and streaky paint all over my house and both my front and back doors do not open and close properly ever since they attempted to paint them. Calvin Smith will give you all kinds of promises and steals your money. Fortunately, I found a fabulous painter to do my master bathroom. Their estimate was even more than Certa Pro Painters but it didn't matter, they did a fantastic and impeccable job. We will pursue Calvin Smith at Certa Pro Painters for theft and fraud. DO NOT HIRE CERTA PRO PAINTERS. THEY ARE SWINDLERS. Do not let the bidder, Tony Adkins fool you, either. He puts on a charm and does nothing but lie to you.

The team at CertaPro Painters did a great job listening to what we wanted and addressed our areas of concern. I had had them complete a smaller job a few years ago on my exterior and they didn t disappoint this time around either. Since I wasn t there while the work was being completed, the team would send daily updates with pictures of their progress. The price was also very reasonable given the scope of work ( whole house interior repaint with a color change). All in all we were very pleased again that we had picked CertaPro for our painting needs.
