UAMS library is awesome. friendly staffs. Always willing help the students. Especially the librarian is really awesome....not only she's helpful, she always keeps an eye on everyone who enters the library to ensure students' safety.

They're actually pretty good if you go there and see a doctor in person, or if you can get a human being on the phone to talk to you. They are NO GOOD at doing things when you aren't there. I have left several messages on their system--they have NEVER called me back. I made the mistake of getting one of their doctors to write a prescription for me--it takes them about a week to authorize refills, by which time I've of course run out of my medication, and occasionally do not bother to authorize the refill at all.
Great staff, & nice facilities. Same day appointments available. Very good PCP Dr's. Easy to get referrals & you can simply call in for most of your refills.
Came in 2months ago needing a referral for a specialist. Ive called multiple times and still haven t gotten an appointment. Not to mention I also received vaccines, walked out the door and haven't even been called back. No one told us this is a student clinic, with doctors present ONLY Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you have insurance or medicaid, go somewhere else that won t waste your time.
Doctors, nurses and receptionists are all rude and incompetent. They do not listen and act like you are an inconvenience to them.
Staff was friendly and the wait to see a doctor was short.
