After contacting CertaPro online, I received two emails followed by a phone call from the Sales Associate, all within five minutes! The Sales Associate, Cheryl, provided the most professional and detailed estimate for the requested work with a total price almost half of two other quotes I had received. I usually do not go for the lowest bid but selected CertaPro based upon the impression Cheryl made on me and her "best I have ever experienced" communication skills. The Site Supervisor, Alex, is an extremely likeable, respectful and energetic individual who I found to be a good, honest, hard-working individual who really had my wishes at the top of his list, and he is very good at what he does. The three painters who painted almost my entire house in three days worked non-stop, ALL DAY, with the exception of a short lunch. The work was OUTSTANDING and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. I will use CertaPro for all of my future painting projects with the knowledge that they will give me their best and at a substantial savings in cost without sacrificing quality. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
