The sales team provided a walk through at the time of the quote, ensuring they understood what you are looking for. Response time was great for setting up the project, good communication through phone and email. Unfortunately confusion on scheduling and work, had to reschedule due to missing painters and change in work because everything was not detailed in contract. Painters are hired out as small groups (do not have CertaPro vehicles). Sales person did come check during the day on work and walked through with painters. Painters were kind and organized, if there was a mistake they went back and fixed it once I showed them. Overall pleased with final product.
