They subcontract and the company that they used was terrible and not detailed oriented. When you look from afar the paint for our exterior house is not bad but as you get closer you can see the mess that they left it in. They did not clean up after themselves. They left a splattering of paint on the bushes, patio floor, our inside carpet and even on my expensive mirror where they washed their brushes in my bathroom sink. They did not put our door bell and house number back. A job that is supposed to be a week turned out to be almost a month. I was not sent pictures everyday as promised. I was not there during their job so I think they got very slack. Cal from certapro was very convincing and gave me promises that was not delivered. They did try to correct some of the mess when I complained but not everything was corrected. Overall I am not happy and will not use them again.
