Bad service from the legal and credit recovery sector. You speak on whatsapp it seems that the person who handles is a robot, they do not answer what we asked and I went to give a feedback of the terrible service to the boy of the legal Jonathan, he just just agreed. I think you should review the values of the company that you have on the site, as the employees certainly do not know. I don't recommend anyone to be a customer of this company.

Lousy service, I have a question in 2015 I tried to contact them and they barely wanted to hear my proposals and conditions, they just gave me an absurd proposal charging the same amounts of almost 3 years ago, there was almost no discount and as I already worked in collection companies I know this is absurd, because the longer the debt is, the greater the discount, I found it absurd, acquaintances had already given me terrible references from the service and company and I only found out with the contact made !!! !!

This office was responsible for the collection of 3 installments of the college (I had dengue in April 2019) due to the illness affected, I was unable to work and as I am autonomous I could not honor my commitments, it happens that after 1 year there was no communication, I had to get in touch with them even though it is located in an adverse state of my SP, I tried to negotiate msm not being in conditions (as everyone knows of the current scenario in which we are) I was super poorly attended, they told me that there was no negotiation that was such a value and ready (like if you want, otherwise ...) I felt injured and disrespected. POOR PROFESSIONALS. ZERO EMPATHY, ZERO RESPECT.
