Thank you steve(maybe steven. No need to remember the name). He gave me worst experience ever. Also, he ruined my holiday weekend.

Quick introduce myself. I have over 10 years of driving experience. I have 3 bmw now (e92 m3 for track, f30 335 for daily, f10 5 series). Moreover, I took a BMW M performance driving class 3 times. I know what is normal or not.

I visited to have service for my 335i which has covered by warranty.

I told him I have several problems, also show him the video(I showed the exact same video to Mckenna BMW and Pacific BMW service advisor and they said it is not normal. also covered by warranty lol) But he keeps saying the same thing over again without explaining. (Probably he knows only two words. Your car is not covered by warranty, you need to pay to check up. This is normal .)

Actually, I don t care about he has car knowledge or not. Ignorance is not bad at all. He can go to school and learn. The most problem is his attitude. Very rude and unkind. I complained to other employees but all the people said that is his style. LOL.

I will ask BMW USA regarding staff training.
BMW should teach him how to deal with a customer.

My first time at Century West BMW s Service department. Great experience. Service advisors went out of their way to help cover a repair under warranty. Will definitely come back and make this my new permanent place for BMW Service.

I leased my first vehicle in 1994 from this dealer...

I leased my first vehicle in 1994 from this dealership. But I'm sorry to have turned in my latest lease vehicle to have little to no follow up from my sales person(s). I hate to personally attack anyone but I ended up in collection from BMW corporate because these guys don't know how the wear and tear insurance works. They operate separately. The "wear insurance" claim has to be filed properly by the dealership or the go after the leasee. Every letter/statement I got from BMW financial - they told me to ignore and that it would just take time to clear. They did not follow up to close my vehicle contract. They did not pay my last 2 payments as promised. I have lost my patience and faith in this business.... I only fear in 3 years I'll have to deal with this problem again.

I m sure Century West BMW employs many excellent Service Advisors, but I am fortunate to have Steve Smithson as mine. I have brought in my car to be serviced for several years now, and he has consistently provided prompt customer service. For this latest service need, I needed my key fobs checked and my oil pan gaskets and valve cover gaskets replaces. With the service department short staffed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, Steve kept me up to date with the progress of the maintenance work. I am pleased with the work done and I will continue to bring my vehicle to be serviced by Steve and Century West BMW.

Here we go again...never thought the day would com...

Here we go again...never thought the day would come, but it did! BMW field tech has determined that the broken axle on my 2013 BMW M6, should not be covered under warranty. Here is the story, and what I am going to do about it.

I would hope that all of us on this forum know what the car is capable of. I still remember the first time I drove the F12, I was at awe. The power band was amazing and you had no choice but to respect the car. I'm not going to waste time explaining what I personally think the car should be capable of doing or what the M division should stand by, but I believe something is seriously wrong with the way BMW and their dealerships deal with serious warranty situations.

With all the setting turned to Sport Plus (as they should be), I accelerated when the stoplight I was stationary at turned green. Yes, I may have accelerated using the full power output of the car, I have done so before and intend to continue doing so as long as the streets are safe enough to do so and I am not putting anyone at risk. Am I the only person who enjoys feeling the power of the M6, I sure hope not. To my dismay, the rear axle came apart*. The car is unable to move using its powertrain. The car has no performance tune and no suspension mods, I purchased this vehicle about three months ago through the BMW lease transfer program (I had the car inspected prior to taking over the lease, and I am certain the previous driver had absolutely nothing to do with this problem). I have been driving with this car for a few months now with no problems, and expected any problems that would arise to be covered under warranty as long as it wasn't my fault. That is what I am trying to find out, was this my fault? Hard to believe I could break the parts without hitting a pothole or doing an insane burnout for minutes on end.

I had the car towed to the nearest BMW dealership. Here is where it gets interesting. The first few conversations with my SA included carefully constructed sentences hinting to the fact that BMW was going to deny my warranty claim based on the premise that "abusive" driving was not covered under their warranty. After hearing this, I knew what to expect. After waiting for a a week for the field advisor to fly in from New Jersey, my SA called me and told me that they had analyzed the "shadow history," and that the party would not be covered under factory warranty due to "outside influence"
-Technician found R/R output shaft came apart under aggressive load. Inspected by BMW engineer, reviewed data and determined this is a non-warrantable repair caused by outside influence. Replace R/R output shaft: $3139.00 +tax
I asked what these "outside influences" where, but my SA did not have an answer, and neither did the floor manager. I called BMW warranty services in Ohio, and they pointed the finger back at the dealer. Sound familiar? The comical aspect of this story is that there was no accident involved, no pebble stuck anywhere (applause to the man who pursued his warranty claim and prevailed), and I wasn't driving on a track. I am very confused as to what they could possibly provide as an explanation to their warranty denial.

I will go see the floor manager tomorrow morning, and I will ask once more to see any type of proof he may have been given or may have to offer. So far, the dealership has been very hesitant to reveal any information about what the field advisor has said, and they refuse to comment on a simple question such as, "do you think this vehicle is made to accelerate at a high rate of speed." Their response to such a simple answer reveals to me that something is not honest about this whole situation, and that is very disappointing considering the fact that this is the BMW M6 we are talking about...they just released the M6 GT3 for crying out loud, do they expect to bolster support for their outstanding performance and "sheer driving pleasure" through denying warranty claims on a M6 with 30,000 miles?

I had the pleasure of working with Donald Engle. He truly made sure that I had the best experience at Century West BMW. He made sure I was taken care of and all my needs were met. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got the exact car I wanted within the price range I was able to afford. I was at the dealership for over five hours, he was so helpful, answered all my questions, showed me every car I wanted and also searched high and low for the color of car I wanted and model. I 100% will recommend him to any family and friends looking for their next dream car! Donald has amazing customer service and he actually truly cares about his clients. I am beyond pleased with my car and he made the process a really smooth one. Thanks Donald! I will only work with him from here on out whenever I need my next whip!

Purchased my BMW 328i here. I have to say my sales rep was quite easy to work with. Not pushy at all and we got the car we wanted at a fair price. The waiting area is pretty sweet with a big screen tv and free coffee. One time for service, there was free food available. Love coming back in for service.

My favorite most positive experience with a dealership I ve ever had EVER! Zac is the man. He s so kind and patient, my partner and I stopped by as a walk in and he was able to assist us in finding our beautiful M6. From the beginning Zac was very straightforward about the vehicles, knowledgeable yet not pushy at all. This made our experience very comfortable, we felt totally at ease while shopping around. Of course we were extremely picky and took forever to make a decision but Zac was so nice every step of the way from test driving and ensuring we choose the exact car we wanted to walking us through the financial department ensuring that we received the best deal possible. Yesterday I and my wife had the best car purchasing experience in our live at Century West BMW! Thanks to Don Engle who I highly recommend to anyone else! It is our first BMW and the whole process was exceptional. He patiently answered on all our questions and spent the whole morning with us, explained all features of the car, provided many different options and helped us find the model and the build exactly which we ve been looking for. This is the best BMW service center I have ever visited. So good that I am permanently making it my main service center for my BMW M4 and my permanent dealership for buying all my BMW automobiles instead of Center Van Nuys BMW. Gilbert has been the best BMW service adviser that I have ever had, outstanding work; really goes by the BMW standard of excellent quality and service. Gilbert gave me a last minute loaner which was an X3, which is making me really want to buy an X5 and the air conditioner in my M4 was fixed very very fast. Faster than the insurance could respond to the department. I'll end with this: I've never had such great amazing BMW service and Gilbert has changed my mind about how great of quality you can get at a BMW dealership and BMW service center. I highly recommend this to someone who is trying to get the most out of their BMW owner experience.

First time getting my 2018 X5 serviced here. Scheduling was easy with <24 hours notice. I was greeted immediately and introduced shortly thereafter to Krisztina Marx who took excellent care of me. I was.provided an Uber home and she contacted me exactly when she said she would about the status of my car. She also shared some valuable product knowledge about the car charging settings during a review of the services performed. I will certainly come back here again for service.

Never once did I feel pressure to do anything. She was available by text, phone and email sending me different options. Salesman was okay but he should really understand who his customer is. Some of his comments and tactics were unnecessary. We were at the dealer for 4.5 hours which is way too long. Millennials will not have that kind of patience.

Our guide Grace was really helpful and lead us through all our questions. She was very friendly and explained all the steps and procedures needed in buying o be car. I was 100% satisfied with my experience at century west bmw. They are very attentive , as soon as i walked through the doors of the dealership i was greeted by Don Engle. He assited me in finding a great deal on a new 3 series. I would highly recommend speaking to Don , he gave me a no non sense offer from the start, nothing like what ive experienced with other car salesman in the past that try and pull one on you. It felt like everyone at century west was there to help me as much as possible.

I was shopping for my next 7 series nationwide for 3 weeks during which I have talked and met with so many sales reps and dealerships. Yesterday I spoke to Leonard at century BMW, very wise respectful extremely knowledgeable so Honest and most importantly he was never pushing me to purchase my car. He wanted me just to test the car and chat what do I need from my car and I went to his dealership and was impressed how much everyone was so friendly and are offering help. From the second I entered this dealership where they treat you like a king, Leonard knows everything about 7 series, finance department were so quick and efficient,

I leased a car twice and both times they ripped me...

I leased a car twice and both times they ripped me off on the lease rate. The even gave me a document showing the lower lease rate but actually charged me the higher rate. Naive me, I didn't check. The second time, they tried to pull the same stunt but I calcualted that they had used the higher rate. It took 6 weeks (while my car was being delivered from Germany) to get them to send me a lease amount that reflected the right rate. Frankly, I would trust them as far as I could throw them!!

He spent a lot of time with me, and went to great lengths to find the car with the feature and color specifications I requested. He s generous with his colleagues, too. I fear one day that I ll take my car in for some minor service, pay for that service, then go out to the garage, grow old and die waiting for the car-retrieving guys to actually retrieve my car.

On Tuesday afternoon (3:30) I went to pick up my car, allowing myself a half hour to do so, since I had to meet someone later at a coffee shop in Studio City. After I paid my bill and ONLY after I paid my bill, which is, I guess your policy, even though calling the car up sooner would save customers time the cashier called up the car and I went out to the garage and gave the service guy my receipt so he could run off and find my car (I assumed). Ten minutes later, I was still waiting. After fifteen minutes, I got up to ask one of the other guys if they could get my car. Then I sat down to wait again. Another ten minutes went by, so I got up and went into the cashier to see if she could call someone to go get my car. She did, and said they found the car and they re just going to wash it and bring it around. I was already late for my meeting, but told her to not have them wash it so I could get out of there. (Which, btw, seems odd to wash it while the customer is waiting, AFTER the car has been there for three days, but I m not a BMW car-retriever guy, so ) Anyway, I went back out to the seats, sat and waited another ten minutes. THAT S when the retriever-guy finally brought my car out and offered to wash and wax it for free anytime I wanna bring the car in. I said I would as soon as my schedule allows me a millennium to do so.

THIS is why I hate bringing my car into you guys. Though Doug, my main service guy is great, my next go-round might be a Tesla.

This is my first BMW in my life. I worked with Steve Smithson when I had my vehicle the first regular maintenance. Although it is these difficult times during COVID-19 pandemic when I do my vehicle maintenance, I am really sure Steve still works as a super professional service consultant and is pretty courteous to everyone. I am literally impressed by their service and commitment. I would say Century West BMW always provides the best of the best maintenance for any BMW vehicles and take care of any question about which customers have concerned. Also, I would like to say "thank you" to the Manager, "Mark", who was pretty decent to me and did me a tremendous favor when I looked for and purchased my BMW. Besides, Jack and Brandon supported me a lot as well. I can tell that my second BMW which must be from "Century West BMW" in the near future.

This was our first experience at Century West. Don in sales was awesome! The first time we went there he spent a lot of time trying to make us a great deal. We couldn't complete it due to a prior engagement we had to meet and didn't have time. We went back a second time and he gave us an even better deal. He took the time with us that we needed. He never rushed us and was patient. The second time we went and completed the transaction everyone was just as nice as the first time and great to work with. Brandon, the BMW genius, took us through some of the new features in the M3 (we're Bmw enthusiasts so are quite familiar with the car and how everything works). Jarod in finance was awesome!! He's one of the best finance guys I've ever dealt with at a dealership (and we've bought a lot of cars at different dealerships over the years). He was honest about stuff and never tried to sell/push the different warranty packages. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain what each item was. We also had the Ghost Shield installed and they made sure the car was clean and detailed perfectly when we took delivery. We even asked them to wash it again when we got there to take delivery. They did so without hesitation. Five out of five stars for the entire team in sales/finance.
