They were very unprofessional after waiting for 5 hours and making the deal , when we got to the financial department they were changing the number from the earlier agreed amount and interest rate. Prior to that they calculated the prize $ 1000 more than what it is in the website then admitted the error but will not make any changes with it. We were so hungry waiting for the final signing just to tell us that the interest rate went up to another 3%. No one advise us of any changes ... customer service is very bad.... people do not communicate well. As in one person is not aware the person is making commitment. Will not recommend this dealership.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shahin Sabzehroo sold me a certified preowned vehicle, still under its original warranty, that has broken down twice within a little over six months of my purchase. I should mention that both times, I was traveling at high speed on the freeway when the vehicle suddenly and completely shutdown, coming to a complete stop and endangering my life and those of others on the freeway. After having earned his commission, he's wiped his hands of any responsibility and has not helped in any way to resolve the issue.

Service department has not been much better. The first time the car brokedown, they blamed it on the fuel tank, despite the car flashing powertrain messages. The second time, they blamed it on the fuel pump, despite the car again flashing powertrain messages. They've also informed me that they cannot guarantee-- after two services-- that the car will not breakdown down on the freeway again, despite the obvious danger to my physical safety.

If you don't like paying a nice chunk of change to buy a useless death trap, I'd suggest avoiding this place and, in particular, Shahin.

Fabie Dashti is the best! As a first time BMW customer, Fabie was super friendly, extremely helpful and not the least bit pushy. He took care of me, answered every question and made me feel comfortable in my purchase. It was a great experience. Thanks Fabie! I'd recommend any of my friends looking for a car to ask for him at Century West BMW in a heartbeat. And they have a very nice facility with a great selection of cars there, so you'll find the car you want.

Scheduled a service appointment to fix lower active air shutter (stuck in open position). Krisztina was very helpful, listened to the problem, reminded that I have a complimentary oil change. Romelia, the Loaner Manager, provided an X5 when I asked if I could get a vehicle about the size of 5-series. 2020 X5 sDrive40i is an amazing SUV, it feels very dynamic on the road and makes you feel like you driving a sport car. I recommend you test drive one. Two days later my car was ready for pickup, and the problem was fixed, everything was covered by the manufacturer warranty. Very customer-oriented staff and great service! Thank you!

Update 07/30 - after I picked up my vehicle that was in for a check-up, I noticed that my originally installed mats were replaced with the older mats from a different model - these have a different color tint, the shape was different, they didn't fit properly on the floor in my car, and have a label with the part number that says its from 2012 BMW 550i or a similar model. Definitely not from my 2018 vehicle. I complained to the Service Manager and he said that they don't take mats out of the vehicle at car wash, and that these are my mats. I'm 100% confident that they are not what I had before I took my car to the dealership, but I have no proof. Then he said that he will check CCTV footage (I doubt this is going to happen, because he's too busy). Just keep this in mind when you leave your vehicle for service - take out all your belongings and make sure everything is original before you take your car back at any dealership. Unfortunately, dishonest employees are everywhere, and somebody just ruined my otherwise very positive experience about service department. Attached photo shows the mats on the left originally came with my vehicle and on the right is what they put in my vehicle during my last visit to the Service Department (most likely at the car wash they use across the street).

Update 08/31 - I haven't been contacted since then, and I didn't get my floor mats back. This is very disappointing.

One of the worst experiences of my life dealing with this car dealership. I was told after getting a service check up that the car is perfectly fine. Weeks after the inspection, multiple problems with the car. The representative that I dealt with was rude and inconsiderate.

I live out of state and bought a car from this dealer. Reviews were a bit concerning, but overall I figured a 4 star isn't bad on Google. While I like the car - the lack of ability by this dealer to execute on basic coordination should be a big concern. A few issues:

1. They had my money for 3 days before sending me paperwork. Paperwork didn't have the right numbers - basically, costing me more in taxes than it should have. Their resolution - we'll send you a check or send you winter mat's if you write a good review on Yelp. I guess I won't be getting winter mats, and I'm out the $45 difference in their bad numbers.

2. When they received my signed paperwork they took another 4 days to get the vehicle on a truck to ship to me. Note, they could have scheduled shipping the moment I wired them money or when they knew the paperwork was getting next day shipped back to them.

3. When I finally got the car, there was no title in the car as promised, nor did it have a temporary dealer tag. They must have figured out during the week that the title wasn't sent in the car, so they sent it next day on Thursday (Friday the truck arrived). But - they gave that document to UPS too late and now I have no title and no ability to register the car. Note, they had the title in hand for 8 days after receiving my money & signed paperwork.

I do not recommend this dealer at all.

To top all this off - the car has light scratches on it that were not disclosed. Run run run from this dealer.

Several days prior, I made an appointment for noon to have a scheduled oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early, my consultation was 20 minutes late, and at the end I was told to come back at 5:15 to pick up my car. When I returned at that time the oil change was not done and the car was where it had been parked when I left.

When my lease was out I turned my car in and as before walked out of the building thinking everthing was done, processed properly. Was I wrong.!!!!! months later I receive letters from BMW financial stating that if I want to keep the car I need to send them a cashiers check. I contact the Century West and guess what....

the had my car parked in their parking lot for 3 months and were not aware of it. Anyhow WRONG AGAIN.... after 2 months I receive another letter from BMW financial this time AGAIN they're asking for money for the 3 months that CENTURY WEST had the car in their position. No one in that dealership knows that's going on. They claim the employee who processed the papers no longer works their and I'm basically out of luck.
they have the worst customer service. they are out to get the clients. My recomendation to everyone "buyer be aware" they will take you to cleaners.

Choose any other BMW dealer. This one is dishonest.

Came here last night to work with Zack. They had a special deal advertised to lease a single specific red i3 the only one in town. I called and talked to Zack to ask him to hold it for me and confirm the deals on the listing. However, I also mentioned I MAY be interested in buying a used one (HUGE mistake); But I was set on leasing.

I drove over an hour, and when I got there it became clear that he was going to do anything he could to get me to buy instead of lease.

He took away all of the deals we talked about on the phone for the lease the same ones advertised on their site.

I was baited and switched to come into the dealership, promised deals on a lease so that when I walked in, they could push me to buy a used car (they make more money on used.)

I could tell that he assumed I wasn t educated enough to understand the obvious tricks he was trying to pull, but I know more than anyone really should about electric cars I work in the industry.

They lost my business. Broke my heart a little to, because it was my dream car the only red I3 in all of LA.

I expect more for a luxury dealership.

Never go to service to that dealer you will get your car back damaged and they will ask for diagnostic fee , I just hope someone from upper management reads this and contact me so I can tell him in detail how his service department screwed my car and when I asked for the general manager they said he is out of the country

It s it s unacceptable to not review this process with the customer specially If there s fees they will be involved later from BMW financial s. Initial inquiry and buying process so far has been a smooth experience. Mark Nishimura is my sales representative who has been helpful and provided information to some of the questions about the vehicle. UPDATE: I'm an out of state buyer which recently bought a CPO from Century West BMW after monitoring/searching online for many months CW BMW has the best price and car inventory of CPO that I found in the Southern California area. Dealt with Mark Nishimura and Quyen Le which made the buying experience extremely smooth. Communication with both of them through phone calls and emails and promptly got responses to my inquiry/request for information. When I arrived at the dealership the car was prep/ready for me to pick up and drive for a long road trip back to Las Vegas. Additionally the true test drive...the long drive back home from L.A. to Las Vegas the car was awesome and drove like a champ! very happy with the purchase.

Great experience with everything from the second i arrive till i left ive been to ither bmw dealerships and 100% sure this is the best of all I recommend if you are in the valley area make that 5 to 10 more min difference ride than Center Bmw their quality of service is a thousand times better or anywhere else you are make that trip you wont regret it

I purchased a CPO car from this dealership on Jun 6, 2020. The sales manager was very nice and helpful until i signed the contract after that i've never heard anything from him again for all my inquiries or concerns.
Note : They didnt disclose anything about my car conditions; scratches, interior damages, engine and etc. They showed me the service history record and certification qualification sheet but apparently it didnt really examined everything because I've have problem with my transmission last week. I understand this is a used car but i wouldnt expect to have a problem less than 1 month after this car got 'verified' to be a CPO car. Regarding the regular wear and tear they told me they will fix everything before they delivered my car but that's not the case. I've been following up with them for almost a month still no news up till now.

Century West BMW is the place to go if you want the best experience and exceptional Service! Our sales Manager was Drew Megna he was awesome so friendly and professional!!! I know what you all are saying well yea it's his job to be friendly but I genuinely felt like he cared and really wanted to help. We went to few car dealers and no one was close to the customer service this guy had. Our Finance Director Tony Silletti made paper work a fun and easy process very professional and easy going this Guy knows his BMW and like he said "BMW is not just buying a car it's a culture". Thank you both for such a great experience we definitely be coming back .

Fred Binder did a fantastic job getting me into a ...

Fred Binder did a fantastic job getting me into a loaner car and addressing the issues my car was having. My BMW 1M seemed to be misfiring and I also had a window that would not go all the way up after rolling down. Fred had his technician diagnose the problem with the engine and replace all six ignition coils and clean all six cylinder heads of carbon build up. He also had the window motor replaced. He said the car would probably get better gas mileage and by a little quicker and it was. I am very satisfied with Century West service department and especially the professionalism and support that Fred Binder brought to the situation of my repair. Thanks.

I'm paying much more over price on my lease.I really fell ripped off and totally hate my car I'm stock with this care for 1 more year. It was Thursday lunchtime had to running a quick errand to the bank and on the way back to work stopped at Century West BMW, 5 minutes away from work ... just for a quick look at a red BMW I saw online...I spotted a Sales person... super nice... Mr. Botan Hawlery... show me the red car... not what I wanted....he asked what are you looking for... my response was... just looking ... we looked at a few more cars.... he suggested something he thought I might like... I love it... it's now my BMW... it's like it was waiting for me.... he said it waiting for you... I am a believer what's for you... is for you...

Upon entering this impressive dealership, one is enveloped in an air of elegance and class, fitting for the automobiles on the showroom floor. The staff is friendly and always ecstatic to help customers. Food and drinks are offered in abundance to anyone waiting on sales or service.

My sales representative, Donald Engle, was waiting at the door for me for our scheduled test drive. He was very generous in offering amenities such as food or coffee. During negotiations, he went the extra miles that most salesmen wouldn t dare venture to meet my needs as a buyer. He made it his personal mission to accommodate me and my vehicle needs.

The sales managers and Geniuses were also very helpful when it came to explaining details and features that were foreign to me as a first time BMW buyer. I felt very confident in my purchase as I drove off the lot, feeling no pressure at any time.

Overall, I d recommend this dealership to anyone looking into a world class driving experience, yet down to earth and welcoming service.

I have nothing but rave reviews about this place.

The website: so much inventory, so many options to choose from. And yet, I managed to find the most perfect car for me, like overnight!

The salesman: Neil Perlmutter is the best. He made my whole car buying experience so quick, efficient and hassle-free. The whole thing took shorter than an average movie. I took a longer time buying a pair of boots than buying my first BMW. I told him which car I wanted from the inventory, he brought the car out, we test drove it, he started the paperwork, took me upstairs to the finance guy and then we were done. I chose not to trade in my old car and I was by myself so he let me drive my new car home and let me park my old car at their lot and told me that I can just pick it up whenever I get the chance. I mean, talk about going an extra mile. When I reached home, I somehow managed to accidentally leave the key in the trunk. I called BMW Assist and I wasn't in the system yet so they could not remotely open the car for me. It was 11 o'clock at night and I didn't know what else to do so I texted Neil. He texted me back right away and walked me through the process of getting roadside assistance. The following morning he texted me to check if everything was ok and he took care of my BMW Assist paperwork right away. I would 10/10 highly recommend him to all of my friends and family! He is the guy you would wanna buy your car from. So look no further. Just take my word for it and go find him.

The finance guy Jarod, the BMW genius Brandon, the valet guy and the receptionist (I forgot to catch their names), the big boss (I also forgot catch his name)---these people were all so nice and so good at what they do.

The delearship--huge, nice interiors, clean bathrooms, good coffee, and best of all, just a mile away from the 101 freeway.

If I ever have to buy another car again, I will come back here in a heartbeat. In fact I'm planning to get my car serviced here when it's time. I would drive 50 miles to LA, even if I literally live 2 miles away from BMW Irvine.

Thank you so very much, Century West BMW for an experience that's nothing short of amazing. I would give you more then 5 stars if there was an option to.

This was my second purchase from Century West BMW in the past 90 days. Friendly and knowledgeable staff all around, from sales advisor to the finance advisor. I had already searched their inventory, chose the car I wanted to see. The whole process took less than two hours and I left driving my new car. This is dealership I would recommend to my friends and family.

Rekan the service advisor was awesome! He knows his cars and the maintenance that comes with them, he explains what should be done without being pushy trying to up sell you on things you don't need at that moment. He also took the time to really find out what my problem was instead of just trying to band-aid it.

My salesman Don Engle got me a fantastic deal on a beautiful, loaded 428i on New Year's Eve. He had a bad cold that night, and had left the dealership to go home when I called. He turned around and headed back to make it happen. The experience was quick, pleasant, with no B.S. As great a car buying experience as you could ask for. Thanks Don! (And Jarod in the finance department was equally great to deal with.)

2019 Update: I drove my car for 3 years and when the lease was up, went straight back to Don and Century West to see what they might have in the way of a 330e Hybrid. Answer? BMW hasn't got the new ones in the US. But they do have the 530e, and with a little test driving, persuasion, reassurance and back-and-forthing, I surprised myself by driving off in a brand new, beautiful car. Thank you, Don, for once again finding a way to put me in stunning hunk of machinery that I'm sure I'll love driving for another 3 years. See you in 2022.

I went in for an oil change and needed to fix a piece that was missing on my front bumper. I was told that the piece would come in matte black and I would have to get in painted. I said no problem when I got the car back it was grey. I asked my service guy Brian why it wasn t black and he said It was his mistake he thought it came black but he was wrong and if I didn t want he would give me my money back. I asked if there was any other solution and he said no and told me he had be doing the job 18yrs and there was nothing he could do. I asked to speak to the manager and yes apparently there was something they could do. They could paint it for me! I gave 3 stars because the problem was resolved but I wanted to give no stars for the way the situation was initially handled.

I got a flat tire driving from SF to LA so i went there to buy a new tire as i do have tire manufacturer's warranty so i want to the guy and asked me if he can help me to change the tire ASAP as i know they are busy and his answer was (Don't put rush on me i do have customer ) so he was not friendly anyway i called 3 days after and left him a voice mail however no reply as i want to ask them if the send the tire to the tire manufacturer's company so i can get the money from the tire manufacturer's company and now i am paid $270 to replace the tire and can't get the money from the tire manufacturer's warranty as no one back to me and i dont know where is the tire right now , NO MORE BMW
