When we first came everyone welcomed us and lead us into the guest room. They offered is coffee and water and I could tell that they were trying to make us comfortable. Our guide Grace was really helpful and lead us through all our questions. She was very friendly and explained all the steps and procedures needed in buying o be car. I would definitely recommend Century West to anyone that is willing to buy a new BMW.
