Was advised that my coolant was leaking and return the car when there s a loaner car available. Made an appointment two weeks in advance took my car in waited for almost an hour to find out there s no loaner car even though the appointment was set up two weeks in advanced. Adviser Rien did not even apologize and just said I don t know what to say.
