Aside from being knowledgable and courteous, he was very quick with his response time and kept his word every step of the way. He even went out of his way to call me and let me know that the unit was ready before promised and that I could come pick it up early. Worst experience ever!!!! Tried to purchase a Honda 4x4 rancher and they did a bait and switch. Tried to sell me a 4x2 model and said 3 times it was a 4x4. I asked them whatha ppened to front axle and shifter? Still tried to tell me it was a 4x4. Then Mancer and Charles said they were going to get the right model. They did and marked it up another 2 grand. I asked to speak with Jason the owner, a d I am still waiting to here from him? I purchased Honda 4x4 from RC Hill Powersports for $5200. The price I should have paid at Central Florida Powersports. Go Army!!! HOOAH!!!

I've just completed my MSF course, and had the pleasure of working with Corey to purchase my first bike. Considering I've never had a motorcycle above 2nd gear, I was pretty nervous about stepping up. Corey and team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
In fact, Corey went as far as grabbing his bike and riding with me around the neighborhood to make sure I was good to go. (disclaimer: no test rides, I had purchased the bike.)
I just purchased a bike from their sister store and had an issue with it driving it home from the dealership. I contacted this location in Kissimmee and they went above and beyond what was needed. I also purchased some great gear and a decent price all due to Kimberly! The staff also were very knowledgable about the bikes and how to tune it up. They even had a sales guy who raced bikes answering questions! One of the best experiences Ive had! I have to get my girl a bike in a month or so , I will definitely go back!

Brought my KX 250 for a tube and tire mount. Was quoted $100. Ended up buying a chain and chain roller though them, and brought my own chain slider. Brian in service decided to not bill me any extra for the extra parts installation labor wise, plus he did a carb tune up for free. Gave me tons of advice for my bike. First time in my life I felt a like a damn customer. Everyone there says high and makes you feel welcomed. No rip offs, no mark ups, just a good experience. Can't wait to go back and get some parts for my bike and have them work on it.
I gotta tell ya, Jesus treated me right when I was ready to buy a 2018 Honda Grom but when I went in to put down money on the next yellow grom and told him the other dealers outside of Kissimmee were at 3800, he came back with an offer of 4272 and said he didn't believe me? Really guys? I would give Jesus a 5 star rating but the manager a 1 star due to him not believing me. I ended up buying from Mckibbin Honda for 3800 and they never batted an eye at that price. I'm sorry Jesus as it's truly not your fault but I don't like when someone says that they don't believe me, I take my word very seriously!!!! Follow up: Someone contacted me over the weekend saying they would do 3800 on the bike if I came right then...strange how that worked out isn't it? You lost a sale because you were stuck saying you didn't believe me.
My wife and I were looking for a Suzuki Burgman 650 but after several days of looking at the 650, we ended up settling on a Suzuki Burgman 400. The Burgman 650 is a great bike, but the Burgman 400 was more stylish and the rear seat wasn't as wide. My wife couldn't get her entire foot on the foot rest because the seats were so wide on the Burgman 650. Central Florida PowerSport had a new 2015 and a used 2012 Burgman 650 but they didn't have any Burgman 400's. John Dugan did everything he could to find us a new 2014 or 2015 Suzuki Burgman 400 but couldn't get one in. We ended up purchasing our Burgman 400 from Deland MotorSports. We returned to Central Florida PowerSport to purchase a few accessories and plan to get future service done at Central Florida PowerSport. If you are looking for a bike, I recommend you ask for John Dugan. He is very knowledgeable and will work hard to earn your business.
Had a great and profession experience with Central Florida Power Sports. I just purchased a Can am Spyder F3 and I'm glad that I chose this dealer as its home. The sales representative I had was John Dugan. John is class act that has you and the dealership best interest in hand.. He is professional with a great natural way to do his job, which makes you comfortable and feel like a friend. The Sales Manager Charles Gehris added to this experience with the added benefit of doing all the right things to get the deal done. He made the deal happen and I thank him. * * * Customer service is a lost art in this establishment * * * Went to the parts department got wrong parts. The next day I went back to return the plugs for a refund. The same clerk that make the mistake was attending me and adding insult to injury he told me that he was going to charge me a re stocking fee because i had gave him the old par to find and that I made the mistake. You can only imagine my disgust right there and then, I told him that the part he gave me was not the correct one, and that I called immediately after wards when i found out, he grunted inspected the part like Sherlock Holmes and very reluctantly credit my with a refund. Then he just gave me the receipt , no thank you, no sorry for the trouble or nothing. Last time they get my business.
I spender half a day resolving the issue then gas to get their aggravation with the situation for a shop that charges $90.00 per hour on service you would think they value time, they sure do value their time not their clients.
A year ago I had a similar experience so I don't buy there any more I decided to do so against my better judgement and it came back to bit me in the ass. I would recommend to stay away from this place, one look at their service shop in the back it looks like a mom and pop dirt garage where they just slap some mixed concrete together on the floor.
As both a beginner rider and a woman, I can honestly say that Central Florida PowerSports has earned a life-long customer with me. Not only was I treated like an actual human being (instead of a three-headed alien), but Albert listened to my comments and was keenly aware of my body language, which helped narrow down options that were right for me. I love my new Van Van 200, and I'm looking forward to the drive to Kissimmee for the first service.

I want to say. Greg and Daniel has really good customer skill. The best customer service I ve ever seen. If it was for you guys I wouldn t be able to get an Honda 650! Within 24 hours I started having problems and I got it towed to there shop and now they are working on it and taking care of my bike. I highly recommend them. I drove an hour and a half to their store, because they're one of very few Simpson helmet dealers in the Central Florida area, after calling and verifying they stock all sizes, colors and models of a specific model. Upon arriving and speaking with the salesperson I was informed they do not stock all of the colors. Thanks for wasting my time.

They communicate when they want to and say they want to work with you but don t had me waiting days and did nothing for me, applying for a bike they didn t have so with my credit daniel told me to go for a used one of his choice and still did not work with me wasted my time...
I needed a part for my KTM MSRP on the part is $96 and most other retailers sell them for $65-85, when I went to pickup the part they wanted $115, I asked why and they tried to say that MSRP was $110. No sorry, i m not an idiot 6 other ktm dealers all told me the correct MSRP of $96 , after having to haggle with them they finally gave me the part for $103 before tax, still a significant increase over MSRP. I m not cheap, but when you nickel and dime people by jacking up MSRPs they know better than to buy higher ticket items from you.
I had an amazing experience with Mike Miessler in the service department, there is nothing more bothersome than having to bring your bike in for repairs. I was pretty bother by the situation, but Mike made it extremely calming for me, by keeping me informed, calling me without request letting me know what step of the way they were at all times. I feel very comfortable and confident to send my friends and family to see him for great service, and honest work. Thank you Mike.

Everyone is your friend when you're about to drop $20k, but after, awfully service center, they deliver but no pride on their finish results... Bought a brand new Sea-Doo and they treat it like is use. I recommend my friends to go somewhere else.

I have never had a sales person spend quality time going over any one of the toys we had bought like chuck did. The whole experience was great. I highly recommend cfps. Friendly people , great service. I was staying in Reunion for bike week , I called the service department , spoke with Travis , and he sent a driver with a tralier to pick my bike up on a SATURDAY afternoon , they did the service I needed done and had me back on the road that evening.

Came here looking to buy my first bike. I can't recommend this place enough. Ask for John Dugan for top tier customer service. Every other dealer made me feel like I was just a potential sale. John went out of his way to work out the best deal for me and didn't try to up sell me more bike than I could handle. He also steered me in the right direction in terms of which bike would be perfect for me. I went in knowing very little and left with a bike that I won't end up getting bored with for a long time. Bought a bike a few months ago. Brande nwe 2009 GSXR 750. Really appreciate all the effort in getting me in a perfect bike. The reason I am writing this review, however, is I just spoke to probably the best service repair guy ever. His name was Ed and just spent a ton of time with me about upkeep and maintenance when all I was asking originally was a simple question. Ed seemed very excited to help and to inform me and gave me vast knowledge that he has.
too many times a employees do not recieve recognition for the outstanding customer service provided to their customers. I would like to extend my gratitude to both Travis and Chris in the service dept at Central Florida Power Sports. I recently had a unfortunate breakdown with my PWC. They both understood my needs, offered a solution and embraced the repair as if it was their own. In my opinion went way out of there way to make sure that I was well taken care of. Very rude employees. It was 5:30pm and they do not close til 6pm. At 5:30pm the store was full with customers including myself and my son. They proceeded to start pushing in all of the bikes with no consideration we were still shopping being we still had 30 minutes. They rubbed a bikes kick stand against my leg instead of saying excuse me. They pushed in all of the bikes making it to where we could not move around the store and continue to shop. I spent well over $100 and wanted to purchase more. Let s not forget to mention know one could assist us checking out because they were all too worrried about pushing bikes in to leave. I will not be back due to the lack of customer service.

My first interaction with CFPS was when I purchased a 2011 Spyder Roadster from them. That was an exceptional experience from the time I made contact with them till the time I picked up the Spyder. My next experience with CFPS was in January 2014 when I traded my 2011 Spyder in for a 2014 Spyder RT S. Once again outstanding experience with the sales department. This time I also had some interaction with the service department and must say it was also exceptional. I mean the place has to be doing something exceptional for me to drive 500+ miles just to do business with them. Well it did not end there, recently a friend of mine was in the market for a new motorcycle. He road many bikes as was about to close a deal with a dealership that was close to here (Pensacola, FL) but in another state. That is when my Spyder Sense tuned in and I call Charles at CFPS and asked if he could help my friend get the bike he was wanting. I have to say CFPS hit this one out of the park and it is still going. Not only did that help my friend find the bike that he wanted but I am happy to say that he picked up his new 2014 Pearl Blue Goldwing from CFPS on 9/8/2014. CFPS in indeed a dealership that goes above and beyond exceptional sales and service when it comes to getting someone on a motorcycle. My hat is off to then entire staff at CFPS and to Charles Gehrls I send a heartfelt THANKS not only what you have done for me in the past but also for what you did for my friend. Customer service sucked. Don't assume anything about your customers. Whether we are buying today, next week or next month...you should want the sale. We have never been treated that way at a Harley, Indian or our own Power sports dealer.
I initially called and spoke with the service department to inquire about making some repairs on my 2013 can am renegade 1000 xxc so that I can sell it. Well since I was already on the phone with them I decided to ask for sales and see if they would do consignment for me. The sales guy Brian said that that was an option but first wanted to see about buying it from me themselves and to send pictures etc. I did so and soon after received a call from Brian of which left a sour taste in my mouth about this business which is unfortunate because I only called them from plant city based on reviews that I had just read prior to speaking with Brian. The salesman not only gave me a low ball offer of $4,000 for my machine that has less then 65 hours on it and a bent grab bar, he was not personable in any way nor did he give me the impression that he was content with his life. He was very short and rude with me, he immediately made their offer and when I declined the offer instead of him trying to keep my business in any way he very quietly said, "ok thank you" and hung up! What happened to service? Or consignment? "Negative people are like a ball of tar", everyone that they come across gets a little on them". I will save the drive for a different shop.

I brought my 2014 Honda CB1100 motorcycle in for service on Friday, Feb 19, 2016. While I had not purchased my motorcycle at your dealership, I saw that your dealership holds excellent ratings online, and hoped that my warranty with the vehicle would cover the issue. A few hours later, I received a call from Chris that the bike had been dropped in the gravel parking lot outside of the service area. While this was unfortunate, he was forthcoming with the details of what happened and explained that they would make it their priority to fix the damage done.
I touched base with Chris the next day, Feb 20, to find out more information. Chris explained that not only would the parts that were damaged would be replaced, but also that any damage on the dropped side would be replaced, repaired, and made new. He was detailed, informed, and also explained that the Service Dept. was still working on the original service issue.
One week later, on Friday, Feb 26, Hans called me to let me know the bike was finished and available for pickup. He detailed the list of replaced parts, covering those that were damaged in the fall and parts that had seen previous damage before the incident, and also let me know that the original service issue was completely resolved (replacement of the ECM). I returned to the dealership the next day, retrieved the bike, reviewed the results, and was not only completely satisfied with the work, but also impressed and won over with the professionalism of the staff and the resolve to ensure a first class customer service experience.
I want to end this note with my gratitude towards Central Florida Powersports for their fantastic work, dedication, and expertise in total customer care and satisfaction. Specifically, Chris and Hans are knowledgeable, talented employees, and the dealership is fortunate to have such excellent individuals, that I know represent a department of dedicated people.
I have owned Kawasaki bikes for many years, and am now a loyal Honda devotee. Thank you for everything.
