Went to the parts department got wrong parts. The next day I went back to return the plugs for a refund. The same clerk that make the mistake was attending me and adding insult to injury he told me that he was going to charge me a re stocking fee because i had gave him the old par to find and that I made the mistake. You can only imagine my disgust right there and then, I told him that the part he gave me was not the correct one, and that I called immediately after wards when i found out, he grunted inspected the part like Sherlock Holmes and very reluctantly credit my with a refund.
Then he just gave me the receipt , no thank you, no sorry for the trouble or nothing. Last time they get my business.
I spender half a day resolving the issue then gas to get their aggravation with the situation for a shop that charges $90.00 per hour on service you would think they value time, they sure do value their time not their clients.
A year ago I had a similar experience so I don't buy there any more I decided to do so against my better judgement and it came back to bit me in the ass. I would recommend to stay away from this place, one look at their service shop in the back it looks like a mom and pop dirt garage where they just slap some mixed concrete together on the floor.
