I live 3 hours from this dealership. Found a dirt bike online. Called and made a deal with Chris Bronson over the phone. Beat my local dealer hands down. No funny business price didn t change when I got in the door. Had all the paperwork and bike ready when I arrived the same day. Awesome experience with him ! The parts dept guy very pleasant and helpful. Fernando was cool he showed me how to properly secure my bike in my truck and went over some maintenance tips with me. I wish this was my local dealer. Thanks you for the positive experience.

I have purchased 2 motorcycles in the last 2 months from CFP. One new and one used. My salesperson was old school Chuck Mathews, cool and easy to work with, The Manager Charles is a Gentleman and easy to deal with. Mansur the finance guy is straight and to the point, and Brian Fitzpatrick another sales person is awesome too.

I own an aftermarket mortorcycle shop and purchase parts here as well.I give these guys my business because they understand. I always get treated well because I come in with a good attitude.

People need to understand that this is a retail business,they provide a service and sell goods at a profit.I have lived in Kissimmee as long as this place has been around.It is consistent and solid

i have dealt with parts guys as well and they are quick to help and try very hard, the only reason that I havent tried service is that I own my own shop. But refer people there if I cant help them.

My son bought his first motorcycle here. They told him insurance was included in the price. When he didn't receive any insurance or loan information in 3 months; I told him to call. Found out they sent wrong address to bank and he is now 3 months late and he has no insurance......we called to get information from them and they said they would send it bey email. Never did! We had to track down loan information ourselves. Thanks for making my son's first experience a horrific one by now having a high interest rate from being late and no insurance.....

I recently had Central Florida Power Sports complete a recall notice on my Spyder. I had the pleasure of working with Chris Bronson and his knowledgeable staff in their service department. Despite the fact I had not been there in over a year, Chris Bronson and Charles Gehris recognized me and treated me like family. I appreciate this quality in people and will certainly return to this establishment due to their honesty, politeness, integrity and awesome attention to detail. I purchased a 2015 Can Am Spyder RT-S Special Series from Lane Adams and Charles Gehris. Lane was not pushy, extremely pleasant and Charles gave me a deal I couldn t refuse. In fact, both were quite the gentlemen throughout the entire process. I have purchased many high quality bikes and cars in the past but seldom treated with this degree of dignity and respect during what can easily become a very uncomfortable experience. All of our friends, who own Spyder's, would always recommend Central Florida Power Sports but we insisted on keeping our business in the local area - what a mistake that was! I have a couple of high-end two wheelers in the garage but certainly enjoy riding the new Spyder with the larger engine, upgraded six speed transmission and all of the awesome gadgets. I would like to thank Brian for his assistance during the initial negotiation he was very helpful. I wish to express a special thanks to Mansor for obtaining the terms we requested and making the final documentation a breeze. Chris Bronson and his service department installed our accessories on my bike and did it with a touch of class. I can t stress enough how strongly I feel about the great customer service we received. I purchased a new 2018 KTM Adventure 1090 R from CFP back at the beginning of November 2018. I had stopped in a week earlier to sit on a few bikes for comparison purposes. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the young lady working the reception desk who asked if I needed to speak to anyone to which I stated that I was only there to butt-test a few ADV bikes that day and that I wasn't looking to buy on that particular day. I don't know if she alerted anyone to that information but I was completely left alone to do my bidding WHICH WAS WONDERFUL! So many times that I've been to dealerships and have been consistently hounded by salesmen and associates to the point that I just leave.

The following week, after making my decision on which bike I wanted, I called around to a few KTM dealers within 100 miles of me here in Winter Haven to see who could give me the best price. I spoke with Chuck, aka Old School, and asked for a quote on a monday. Another dealer came back with a better OTD price in writing which I forwarded over to Chuck and CFP and I asked if they could match it or better. Chuck did his part and CFP matched the price and knocked off a couple hundred more, plus gave me a higher value for my trade in than the other dealers were offering. I picked up the 1090 R from them the following Saturday.

I feel I got the bike I wanted for the price I was hoping for OTD and also purchased from the KTM dealer which was the shortest drive from W. Haven. The buying experience with them was pretty smooth and painless and I'd definitely come back for another KTM and other OEMs. A new Yamaha MT10 or a Super Duke R 1290 might be in my future :)

I've also purchased parts from their parts counter as well as their online presence on ebay/amazon and their shipping and service is excellent.

I HIGHLY recommend them here at Central florida PowerSports. Lane is the Salesman I talked to and he was awesome he answered all of my questions and made the process a breeze. I had originally called in on one of the used units on it and told him what I was looking at and what I had been thru at a different ATV store and how they had treated me and he was just amazing. He let me know about the machine I was looking for and told me that the best thing would be to go for a newer model since I was looking for something to not have to work on for a bit and was straight forward about that they had done to the Original ATV I had called in on and the hours and miles on it. That was refreshing to have someone listen and not just try to sell you what you were looking at but go hey I have heard whats gone on and what your looking for why not look at these instead. So he showed me the 2017 Can am Outlander 570 DPS and the 2017 Can Am XMR 570. Since I do a lot of trail riding I went with the DPS and boy am I happy. I then went over to the financing department and before I had tried to get financed thru another dealer took them 1 week to get back to me HERE though at Central Power sports they had me the answer same day! I was in shock and excited.So in all I walked in with half hopes from everything that had happened at a different dealer thinking OK lets looks at this and see what I can do but I won't hear from them for a week or so and what I was got AMAZING customer service and an answer same day on if I was APPROVED and I was !! SO that day I took home my 2017 Can AM Outlander 570 DPS and order the Rancher protection kit for it. SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN A 5 STAR RATING I WOULD. I am 2 hours away from their store but will defiantly come back if I need anything and thinking of which I will call right now on a price for a oil kit. Lane and everyone else thank you so very much!

Just want to say how AWESOME Central Florida PowerSports is. Sales does their job when they sell you a vehicle but it's service that keeps those customers coming back. I can honestly say that the entire service department has gone above and beyond and I wouldn't even think of going any place else. So excited to see a new increased service area that is taking place at CFPS. With the new expanded service area we are assured to see an expanded sales area, which is exciting.

They have a 1800 vtx 2004 on there website used i went to go buy and found out its not there sold? or it never was there? they didnt tell me so call to make sure before you make the trip to see if the bike you want is there me even finding out today its not available i looked again late at night and its still active on there website so call to make sure first save you a trip! Beware of service. Brought the bike there for a well-known problem covered under warranty they called me later and told me that it needed brakes. When the problem is the bearings in the rear. I told them they need to be changed and said Yamaha will cover. they then said they called Yamaha and won t cover it (lie) so I called Yamaha and they said they would cover the rear bearings. So I pulled the bike out of there. And they then tried to charge me diagnostic fee for them diagnosing the wrong issue after I told them what the issue was and lied about it not getting covered. After arguing with the unprofessional service manager they gave me my dis-assembled bike back.

This was my first time coming here with my son. Fernando Montalvo, in parts, was awesome, funny, and very helpful. He helped us with the correct gear and helped size my son up properly. I'm glad he was there to help because I definitely did not know what I was doing.. Lol.

Always got great help there. Alot of things to choice from either gear or bikes to watercraft. I get some of my parts from there. Price are a little high on some items. But over all not bad.

Last Wednesday after visiting and calling dealers around central Florida an Tampa I went to PowerSports of Kissimmee to check some Sea Doos. I have to say I was impressed with the big selection of PWC they haveready for delivery. They have all the models in stock and if you don't see it there, ask them they have lot of them in the back. Jesus from sales department game the welcome and on the inventory the model I was looking. This guy is well oriented, professional, answered all my questions, and the best of all he was patience and gave me some privacy to discuss things with my family. Also even when there were closing he stayed until I closed the deal. Charles the manager was the guy who took care of the negotiation and gave me the best deal and interest rate around FL. Also he came to me several times to check and see If everything was ok and that counts. I recommend to put PowerSports of Kissimmee not only 100%, but a 1000%. Put it as a #1 option on your list at the time to buy a Sea Doo, ATV or Motorcycle. They know business and they treat you like a family. Definitely I would by from them again. Thanks

I finally made the decision to buy a new KTM 500 EXC. Since I live in a town that does not have a local KTM dealer, I would have to travel some distance no matter where I purchased the bike. After calling 5 of the closest dealers to me, LANE ADAMS at Central Florida Powersports worked with me and gave me an excellent price. Not only was the price $500 - $1000 lower than some other dealers, he actually had a bike in stock. The price was so good, I thought there must be some "hidden fees" or some other gotcha. Nope.. I made the three hour drive, paid Lane the agreed price, and was taking my new KTM home within an hour of my arrival. His service during the sale and delivery process was top notch too. Bottom line, a totally professional experience. Glad I made the trip!

Hello, I am a recent customer at Central Florida Powesports. My experience here was beyond amazing! I was in the market for my first dirt bike and had no luck in the tampa area finding the one I wanted. (2018 yamaha yz250fx) I decided to call Central Florida Powersports and talked with Chris and he indeed had one yz250fx left. Made a small deposit for him to hold the bike/prep it and agreed to come pick it up the next day. Chris, a long with another salesman, Gregory, made this the easiest recreational buying experience. For being a super busy Friday at the shop, they answered every question my father and I had with great professionalism. This shop was about 2 hours from me, but, I will deff ge calling/going back for anything I need! Bought my Spyder there. Got a decent deal. Maintenance is expensive. Mechanics seem to know what they are doing.

The attention and professionalism in this place is worth the long drive from Miami. You don't feel at all the Vampire desire of wanting to suck your money dry out of your body like in some dealers of Dade & Broward Counties. Charles, Bryan, Masor and Hugh will make sure you get top moneys for your trade ins and will work the best prices and monthly comfy payments for the ride of your dreams. I wish they could open a store down here in Miami so I don't need to suffer anymore with the vampires dealers down here.

I purchased a 2016 Honda PCX150 scooter from Central Florida PowerSports in December of 2015 and it was delivered the day after Christmas. Although this dealership in 2 hours away from our home they beat the best price I could get locally and delivered the scooter to our home on time. My salesman was John Dugan and I really enjoyed working with him and the rest of the team from the start of the process, when I was really just browsing, to finalizing the purchase and delivery. John has a low pressure approach (which is an asset), was knowledgeable, and very responsive.

John took some well-deserved time off around the holidays and the rest of the team at Central Florida PowerSports stepped in, took over, and worked through the remaining details of the transaction including payment, the title/registration paperwork, and finally delivery. John followed up with me when he was back to make sure everything went well and I was happy with the scooter which I am. The PCX150 is a very comfortable, efficient, and capable scooter for its size. I highly recommend both Central Florida PowerSports as a dealership and John Dugan as a salesman. It is worth a stop if you're considering a purchase.

A very bad experience, Shawn told me my wife have the approval for a Duke 390 and is only $1000 down payment i drive almost 1hr to the dealer with my two kids to sing and everything and when we get there Shawn told me the bank just approved $3,500 so he need the rest of the money we talking of (3,500) more!!! for down payment... fishhh.. very mad i know no everybody is like him but be careful guys cause you guys have good reviews and sale person like that is not good. I m working for 7 yrs in sales in PR and i was always clear with my clients.

I dealt with these guys quite a few years ago, but I'm in the market again and was browsing their webpage. I was also glancing over some of these Google reviews and figured I'd add to it.

I noted that quite a number of people have commented that; "the deal that they were told on the phone was the deal they got when they arrived". I will certainly second that. I live a few hours away and even though there were quite a few dealers near me in South Florida, I made a deal on a SeaDoo RXPX over the phone, and made the journey. These guys were about business and they earned it. No BS, no bait and switch and the price was very reasonable. Nice guys to deal with and I honestly had fun doing the deal.

I would wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

So I decided to go to Central Florida Powersports for the 2nd time to purchase a vehicle. The first time I went I purchased a Spyder f3s. So I kept it but not really knowing what I wanted I took it. After this Spyder, I came in 2 days ago and I said okay I want to trade her in for a Supermoto. Given the fact that I was upside down Charles, Chris, and Mansor were able to help me again! These guys are very dedicated at what they do. I really hope when you read this review you make your decision and say I am going to give these guys a chance because if it were up to me I would go to them every single time that I go to purchase a bike/jetski anything!!! A friend recommended Central Florida powersports to me. we went over and meet Jason he gave us a good deal on a KTM 500, went back Saturday to pick it up and saw a used Yamaha TW200 sitting on the lot made an offer on it to Daniel my salesperson and took it home too. Unfortunately I didn't find one that worked but they gave me the info I need for looking at a different style for my bike that is bike specific that they didnt have in stock. Also I did find a pair of gloves that work for me.

Came in one day to get a tail light installed on my motorcycle. I had got the old one off just had the oem fender still on which i couldn t get off. Because i didn t have the right tools. So i trusted them gave them the remainder hardware after about 2 and half hours they get it on and when i get it back and check out under my seat the guy never even put one bolt i had taken off back on. Barely any bolts on under the seat and under the rear. Ridiculous i waited 2 and half hours for a tail light install with barely any bolts and got charge 200 bucks. Biggest waste of time

On my way to work my shifter came off made here and the service department took care of me got it back together and I was out in no time ...... Thank you so much !!!!

Terrible experience. They had my boat in repair for 6 months! Aside from all of the technical complications I had, they totally mistreated and trashed my newly upholstered boat. They did not use the boat cover I provided them and let my brand new boat get trashed and ruined. If there was zero stars they would get a zero. Very disappointing on their lack of care and professionalism of the mechanics to shut cabins like you would shut a car door. Their lack of consideration for my boat is now costing me around 2k in repairs and cleaning fees.
