Worked with John Dugan who is fairly new to the store. He listened to what I wanted and there was never a feeling of distrust. I was looking for a Black or Silver 2015 Honda Goldwing and all that was in stock was a Two-tone. After speaking with his boss and price was given and it a "Out The Door" price. I was skeptical since I knew the MSRP starting point. No one and I mean no one including the largest Honda Dealer in America could match the OTD price. Needless to say as of 10am I drove away with my "bucket list" Goldwing. I live over 100 miles away from CFPS and past many other dealers on the way up and past them driving my new bike home. My experience was outstanding and I have been in Law Enforcement for nearly 30 years and highly recommend giving this business a look before you buy elsewhere. BTW the Finance guy Mansor Thomas was fantastic to get the important stuff done and left no doubt all was in order before I left. Thank you for your time and I will recommend your store in the future.

Had a good experience during my 5000 mile maintenance service visit for my 2014 Yamaha FZ-09 today. The service team handled the request like pro's in their brand new service building while they were still in the midst of wrapping up the final touches. Service Manager Chris oversaw the experience and everything was great. I dropped it off and was called when service was completed. I paid exactly what I was originally told, and they even washed the bike for me before returning it. Couldn't be more pleased with the way they do business. Will bring it back for my next service visit.

Great staff selection of helmets is decent. Unless you have a warranty repair WAY to expensive.

Thanks to Albert in Sales, Mansor in Finance, and Eric in Parts I am now the proud owner of a new 2015 Honda F6B, 2 helmets and rain gear. It was a great experience; no pressure and a friendly, helpful group of people.

Excellent service & Honest people - purchased 2 motorcycles & a scooter from Chuck the sales rep. He was honest, fair, respectful, knowledgeable & easy to work with. Best purchasing experience so far. The entire staff was respectful and fantastic. I went back and traded my 2 Honda Groms in for a 2013 Spyder ST Limited. This was the best purchase we have made yet. I GOT A GREAT DEAL and could sell the the bike for what I paid for it if I wanted to. 6 months later I went back to the service department to get an ground effects led light kit installed on my 2013 Can AM ST Limited and they did a FANTASTIC job. That was a year ago and the lights still look great! Yesterday, May 25th 2018, the service department programmed a key for me while I waited. Service and sales are superior. Highly recommend!

CFPS was a wonderful place to purchase our SeaDoo. Albert was professional, respectful, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend CFPS to any of our friends looking for products that they provide.

My wife and I purchased a used 2011 Kawasaki on 7/1, the salesman, Hugh Powell and the sales manager, Charles Gehrls we very knowledgeable and professional. We had a couple of minor issues with the jet ski. I Email them and they said bring it in. I brought it in and the service adviser, Garrett Morrison and the service tech, Matthew were exceptional. Everyone, including the GM, Jason Ennis were involved in making sure everything was handled. I have NEVER had such an awesome experience with a dealership. I would recommend them on every level!!!

Excellent Service, I have brought my bike here many times for service and everyone was a pleasure to work with. ended up purchasing another bike from them. Salesman are not pushy like the other dealerships. Went to a few in the area and the salesman were very harassing. They worked with my situation and provided great customer service in the process.

I recently bought a 40th anniversary Goldwing, my second new Goldwing from Central Florida PowerSports. Both times I dealt with a salesman and the sales manager, Charles. While the experience was pleasant both times, I did run into a few bugaboos on this delivery. The reason that I rated the dealership with five stars was because even with the few hitches that happened, the personnel were really interested in my personal satisfaction. As I was getting some equipment from my 2012 transferred to my new 2015, the service department was involved. I would like to give specific praise to Chris Bronson. He went out of his way to make sure that I left the dealership a happy customer and he accomplished his goal. At every turn Chris was extremely accommodating and cognizant of my ultimate satisfaction with my experience with the dealership. He went beyond the extra mile at every opportunity. The employee Charles hooked us up when we needed to buy 2 machines a Crf 125f and a Atv but we were financing them and he worked hard to get them approved told us they could fit also offered us water, and let my grandma sit on a couch in a room instead of the chairs. Great service.

Great place for motorcycles and Can Am Spyders! Love the staff! They were friendly, very helpfull and obliging. Corey and Gregg personally took care of us and we were able to buy our first Can Am Spyder Roadster. Also bought a great helmet from a very knowledgeable staff member. Thank you guys! Brought my Mt09 2019 a few days ago for tires and the first service. First of all super pricey and the bike after that is performing worst than ever that's without mention the squeaking noise coming from the front pad and not only that now the bike is raising the temp for no reason. Who ever is dealing with your service department is an incompetent. I hope this message reach someone and gets addresses the right way. Waste of time and money is ridiculous.

I went here with my friend to help a friend get his first bike. good selection. but the salesman we talked to was very rude and cut me off while talking to my friend. treated me like i was stupied. if you go here do not talk to greg. very rude and didnt care about customers input. just there to sell. also the bikes they sell dont have any fluid or batterys so you cant even see them run befor you buy. i will not come back here

After being on the phone back and forth between multiple dealerships (at least 10), I ended up purchasing a bike from these guys today. Great customer service, from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

Sales Department are a bunch of crooks. Wanted to charge over $1700 for something that only cost $75. Won't be going back again.

Albert and Fernando made me very comfortable to buying my motorcycle. Albert was super attentive even with the barriers of language differences and Fernando with all the tips, details and tricks of how to use and how to keep the motorcycle in full perfomance. I just have to thank and congratulate the entire sales team at Central Florida Powersports. Thanks guys !!

Employees are sometimes lost in the characteristics of each motorcycle but they have a good disposition and they solve you

Due to our work schedules my better half and I had to visit Central Florida Powersports separately. He worked with Greg I worked with Lane both treated us with respect and honesty. The purchase of our new toy was made as seamlessly as possible and they worked with us and our conflicting schedules to get all the paperwork signed. We will definitely be coming back here in the future.

This was my first time buying from this dealership. I contacted Jason Ennis. He was very patient and easy to work with. He put alot of extra work into making the sale. Because of him I will be buying from this dealer again. This place is full of great people.

Update:
I spoke to the owner, Jason, about my experience and he was very nice. He told me he would give me a discount on any gear I purchased going forward. I went in the next day and bought a helmet, and was given a 5% discount.That night, the original sales guy called me and apologized for anything, and said I would get a discount of 10% on any gear for the inconvenience.

After the call, I researched the helmet I bought for $204 and bought it brand new on Amazon for $156 with free shipping. My girlfriend returned the un-worn helmet the following day because I was at work, and said they hassled her about:

1) If I truly didn't wear it (still had the film over the visor)
2) Why she wouldn't want to buy another one
3) That she didn't have the same credit card (she did, same numbers, same account)

Not only did I have a bad experience, but now my girlfriend has had a very similar one. I hate to write this update because the owner was really nice and helpful over the phone, and I have a feeling if Jason was behind the counter the transaction would have very differently. I understand making sure the helmet wasn't worn, but don't act annoyed and hassle someone who is just trying to return an item the day after a purchase.

I recently received my endorsement at the Orange Osceola Safety Institute, and my instructor recommended checking out this place when I asked where I should go to purchase my first bike. I was helped out my Chris G, who wasn't didn't seem very friendly and was short when answering questions. I felt like he was bothered that I didn't have a good idea of what I wanted as I have very little experience with motorcycles.

I left and went down the road to Kissimmee Motorsports. Even though I didn't drive off with a bike, Jamie was super nice and helpful, and will definitely be the place I go back to this week to purchase.

This place has great reviews, so maybe it was a one off experience but still disappointing.

I will ask my friends to never go their they do not stand behind there use motorcycle I will never buy anything from this dealer and I ask my friends not and tell them not shop with them

With much hesitation I went to CFPS to look at a motorcyle for my husband for our anniversay. To my great surprise we were left alone to look around. When we had questions Brian had the answers. He helped fit my husband with the perfect ride. The overall experience made such an impression on us. I liked my husbands ride so much we returned to buy one for me. Again Brian helped fit me with the perfect bike. After a couple hundred miles we returned for service. Chris and the staff were a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. We will surely be back.....

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I bought a dirt bike from central florida powersports. I drove 3 hours to get it. I got the bike home and couldn't even ride it. It was leaking oil so I called them and they wouldn't help me. The sales man gave me an attitude. I had to take my bike to be fixed before even riding it. Then they told me they would send me a ktm hat for the problems I had and I never received anything! They don't stand by their word. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

I recently purchased a Honda Pioneer 1000-5 off road vehicle. Maurice, my sales person, was very knowledgeable and helpful with add-on accessories. The accessories were installed and ready on time. Mansor Thomas was very helpful in closing the business paperwork and answering all of my warranty questions. Maurice was helpful in demonstrating all the operating features at pick up and loaded and strapped the UTV on the trailer. With a good inventory of products, helpful with no pressure sales people and great customer service, I highly recommend Central Florida Power Sports.

I had the opportunity to work with Jason Ennis on the purchase of a '12 Tenere and the whole experience was 100% solid. These guys are straight shooters and do exactly what they say they will. They got me in and out very quick and all the folks are quality people. I'd recommend them 100% and will make an effort to patronize them in the future.

3/25/14 Update

I had the opportunity to do business again with Jason and his crew and the experience was just as solid as last time. Something unique about this dealership is the consistency of their staff. All the same folks were there from finance, to parts, to service, to finance etc. This is pretty unique in powersports generally and definitely in Florida.

This trip I was trading my zx14 for a goldwing and I got a fair trade and a great price on the wing. What's more is that the process was very smooth and they had the bike from the great on the road in a couple of hours. I'd recommend CFP 100% and will definitely seek them out for my next ride and service.

Great service!!! 2 teenagers with bad credit / no credit, only $1400 down and they had us financed within 3 days. Everyone was very friendly and are willing to help with anything. No complaints at all, this is the place to go!

These guys are great! Flat-rate towing for motorcycles to the shop was a no brainier when I was deciding on repair shops. The staff and mechanics are super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends even if its out of the way!

We just bought our 4th Spyder from Central Florida and were blown away by the deal we got from Chuck Mathews. Mansur got us an extended warranty and handled our paperwork like a true professional, and today I was in the service dept for a minor item and Jeff went above and beyond in helping me. They even washed the Spyder and topped my tank; never been treated so well at any kind of dealership. Central Florida PowerSports is an awesome dealership. I live an hour away, and Hugh was able to give me an "out the door" price on my new KTM RC390 over the phone. When I got there, Hugh described the bike in detail, plus was able to help me compare it to other similar make/models. When I purchased the bike, Mansor made the process very painless and smooth. I appreciate the efforts of Hugh and Mansor, as well as all of the staff at Central Florida PowerSports in making the purchase of my new bike a great experience.

Here to buy a Honda goldwing with the dual clutch transmission, and it was a horrible experience! I could not test ride the bike, even though I called the dealership ahead of time and they said I could. Then, we couldn't agree on a walk out price, so I walked out without buying the bike. I ended up going to Imotorsports, and buying an Indian roadmaster.

Excellent attention, Fernando Casagrande 100% recommended in mechanics, has enough experience and is super responsible!

Bought my first bike from them, Corey took really good care of me, super down to earth guy, I highly recommend this place to anyone interested in buying a bike, the only reason I gave 4/5 stars was the helmet selection, I had a hard time finding something in my size, style, and price range

Central Florida Powersports is a breath of fresh air in a world where service often appears to be a thing of the past. This is a very diligent and professional organization that goes the extra mile quickly and efficiently. We purchased a new jetski while having our old one serviced. Sales, service and parts this is a one stop shop! Albert, Jesse and Mansor were all fantastic. We will be using them again in the future and you should too!

My name is James, I am a proud veteran that has have been an avid motorcycle rider for over 50 years. This is my experience with CENTRAL FLORIDA POWERSPORTS. PLEASE NOTE I am not taking issue with the sold as is part. I AM TAKING ISSUE WITH THE BLANTANT MISREPRESENTATION OF THE TRIKE.
I was in the market to purchase a trike. I found a model that fit my budget and fell in love with it. The trike was a 2001 Harley Davidson Electra-Glide. I let them know that I am a serious buyer and ready to purchase today. The salesperson was Jesus R. Everyone was very friendly to me as they knew I was a prepared buyer not needing financing and ready to purchase out right. Here are some of the informational bullet points made to me by the salesman. Of which formed my decision to go forward on the purchase.
The trike was fully inspected, and road tested by a CERTIFIED HARLEY DAVIDSON MECHANIC
The trike was stated to me as their advertisement states Very well taken care of and ready to ride
I purchased my new to me Harley on 08/28/19. I couldn t wait to take it on a cross country trip where the wife and I were planning to take some much-needed RR. The staff wished me a wonderful night and invited me to tell all my friends about the great experience I was having. I really was on cloud 9 with my ready to ride trike. Here are the following bullet points of my experience going home.
Within 10-15 miles I noticed stiff and hard shifting of the transmission
Drove it home and gave it a lot of thought. Do I return the trike to CENTRAL FLORIDA POWERSPORTS? They did state it was READY TO RIDE (PLEASE SEE PICTURE OF THIER AD) or do I take it to The Motorcycle Clinic. They have been working on all my Harley Davidson s for over a decade and they have been in business for over 46 years I wanted an honest breakdown of what was happening to my trike and this was a no brainer for me. The Motorcycle Clinic was my clear choice.
09/06/19 dropped off my bike to Clinic
Advised the sales manager Mansor of my decision and as to why I made the choice of not bringing the trike back to them. I have lost all confidence of Central Florida Powersports.
09/20/19 The Motorcycle Clinic called me for an update. They found metal shavings on the transmission dip stick.
They found the trike transmission had a tooth broken off causing damage to other gears and components
Transmission rebuild is needed (in only 10-15 miles of riding)
The Motorcycle Clinic completed a courtesy safety check before my trip
It was found that the trike had both shocks blown out requiring replacement, both my cv joint boots have blown out having grease all over rear end area requiring replacement
Total in repairs are $5,742.49! (For a Ready to Ride Trike)

I met with Mansor (sales manager) before finding out about the rear end problems. I shared with him my initial estimate of approx. $4067.49. He only offered 500.00. This was laughable. I will be sharing my experience to every review outlet I can find to let people know the business practices they have at Central Florida Power Sports.

The president of Central Florida Powersports is named, Jamison R Daniels. I have not heard anything from him either. I did send an e-mail to Jason which is V.P. asking to review my experience with Mr. Daniels.

Went in for an Oil Filter, but left after having sitting on my next last bike... A Goldwing... LOL

These guys are awesome! The service was more than worth the fifty mile trip from Palm Bay, FL.
