After a State-wide search for a new Honda CBR600 I found the one I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the financing I wanted, and the trade-in credit I wanted at Central Florida Powersports. My salesman, Brian McGuire worked with me via e-mail, and phone calls to get me the deal I wanted, and because CFP is 285 miles from where I live made sure the purchase and pick-up went as smoothly as possible. Brian has been in contact on more than one occasion since the sale to ask how I'm enjoying the bike, and if I have any questions or concerns. The benefits of doing business with CFP have far out-weighed the travel time involved, AND I got to ride my new CBR more than five hours the very first day of ownership!

I have bought 2 motorcycles from this dealership. They have always given me excellent prices and good service. The parts dept could be more knowledgeable but overall, I have had very good experiences with them.

I recently bought a brand new 2015 R1 from central florida powersports and i could not be more satisfied, John was the sales person who attended me and he couldn't had been more helpful. I didnt feel pressure at all, he was very helpful all the way through the process which wasn't longer than two hours. The finance manager was a joy to work with, he was honest and upfront about the pricing and i didn't feel deceived when walking out the shop. By far one of the best shopping experiences I've had whilr buying a motorcycle. One thing i will say though is that the service manager seemed very uninterested when i was asking him questions about the maintenance of my bike, i wish he would have been at least a little bit more informative, but overall i highly recommend this shop to anyone trying to buy a bew or used motorcycle, they have a great selection of motorcycles.

Great experience. I was assisted by Marino and he was more than helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product and didnt stop trying to accommodate the product within our fianacial needs. The Manager was also very helpful he answered all my questions and I had alot. My husband and I are enjoying our KTM to the fullest. Thanks Marino!

So hard to find that personal relationship with powersports dealers that we have met in the past. Not the case with these guys. Jesus sold me hands down one of my dream bikes the 1090 ktm and he knew all the details, set up info that I could have asked for. Seriously great shop here. These guys are out in the dirt all the time everywhere. They know what it means to be all in on racing, riding or just going out for family weekends. Thanks Jesus and Jason for making the bike purchase an awesome experience. Parts department and everyone in this store, they are all fantastic to work with go through and talk with. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Awesome dealership to work with, went in to purchase my dream motorcycle, 2014 r1. They we're very friendly staff from the time I made the call till the the time I drove away with my brand new bike! :) we had some issues we did runic into on my part, but Mansor Thomas was more than helpful and really went above and beyond to have a satisfied customer. He was a real pleasure to work with. I had to sit around and probably annoy everybody in the whole shop while my bike was being assembled, lol.(so nerve racking!) really though everyone was great they offered me beverages while I wait but more importantly their time, just making small talk with me while I anxiously await the arrival of my bike. The first time i when there to bring my bike to get fix i paid 1.600.00 my bike never run the same i took my motorcycle again so day could check the promblem pretty much they told me that if I don't spend money again that will leave my bike apart and I will have to tow my bike out of there if I don't spend more money now I guess I will have to go and take them to a small claim court so I can get my money back and take my motorcycle to a different shop please send me power for they are a bunch of thief please check what you do with this people

We always enjoy a visit to CFPS, both to dream and shop. We are always met with friendly faces and no pressure. The race support Jason and crew provide at the FTR races is great and Fernando will go above and beyond to make sure your bike is running right. We highly recommend them.

I have now purchased 4 Seadoo Waverunners from them and could not be happier. Sevice and attention to detail were excellent. Charles is great to deal with and I will be back again!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from this dealership. In particular, they were extremely helpful in assisting me with navigating the cancelation of an existing extended warranty on my trade, and in acquiring the extended warranty on the used motorcycle I was purchasing. They acted with exemplary integrity in an area that many customers would have overlooked. As the saying goes: integrity is revealed by your actions when no one is looking. Purchased a pre owned KTM 350 xc-f today and the entire staff was nothing short of fantastic from start to finish. Definitely one of the easiest dealership transactions I have ever had.

Walked in for a simple accessory and the 2 dudes ( one sitting down the other walked past me ....,looked at me then...... went to talk to the dude sitting down lol) that work behind the desk just looked at me then looked away. Mind you I was the only person looking in that area....guess i was the wrong color to get help. Well now I'm going to drive 30min out of my way to cycle gear because there customer service is always on point. Btw this isn't the first time that's happened here. Silly me for thinking things might have improved. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that's gives good customer service no matter who you are!!!!!!!

About 6 months ago I was in the market for a 2017 Honda Grom and was looking around the different dealerships in Central and North Florida. I stumbled upon Central Florida Powersports and took a look at the google reviews and decided to go check the place out. I was greeted by salesperson Lane Adams and I told him what I was looking for and what I was looking to pay. He took me out to the lot where they had several Grom's and the color I was looking for. I can truly say that this was the easiest, least painful purchase I've ever made at any dealership. Lane was top notch and I was in and out in no time my new Grom.

Two weeks ago I decided to purchase a 2017 Yamaha Zuma 50F for my wife and I reached out to Lane. Once again, he came through for me and got me the deal I wanted. He was very attentive and straight forward. It was once again quick and painless. My wife is extremely happy with her new toy.

Was not what I was looking for was in the market for holding accessories

I called and got help immediatly from salesman Chuck "old school" about my inquiry for a new honda atv. They did not have exactly what i needed but chuck assured me i would be happy with a higher optioned honda foreman. I left a deposit over the phone and they got it brought in and put together. Chuck and the crew were very accomodating with my difficult work schedule and when i arrived to pick up my new foreman it was parked right in front with my name on it. Chuck is very knowledgable and i would highly recommend himself and the dealership overall as apposed to any other local dealerships. Thumbs up these guys are great and are here for you!

I had to go back to CFPS today to deal with an oil leak on my '14 Can-am Spyder RT-S. The leak started soon after my first service, so I was certain that it was related to that. It turns out that the drain plug had not been tightened properly during the first oil change. Duh!

The majority of other service shops would just say "sorry", if anything, and leave it at that. But CFPS gave me a gift card for my trouble. I was VERY surprised! THAT is how you take a bad situation and turn it around.

I told Jason I would post a review, and I'm happy to share the story with everyone.

This is for service side , Third time having warranty work on spyder in 10 month span , was there for total of 2 months in that time. last straw was getting call that work had been completed and they didn't reconnect brake cable and spring !!!! Took them about 40 min to figure it out , but was completed and ready for pick up

They gave me great customer service and I bought a great bike at a great price. I would definitely consider doing business again at Central Florida Powersports.

Brought my bike up to Central Florida Powersports for a recall, ended up having to get a new throttle body as well. (Garret) in services was extremely helpful and was able to work with me to get my issue resolved as quickly and easily as possible. Also they worked with me a little on the price to make it a bit more affordable. Definitely would go back and encourage others to do business with them also.

I've never had problems with powersports but today I went to purchase just oil and a filter and as the person was dealing with me a phone call came in and he was on the phone with the person for like 15-20mins, instead of putting the person on hold and finish the sale with me for just the oil and filter and I could be on my way, no instead he just kept talking to the person and left me there waiting for 15-20 mins. I mean it's just common sense and than as I'm walking out there were two employees by the door and as I walked right by them not even a goodbye or a "have a good day" and that I don't really care, it was more with the person at the counter.

This folks are pro brand,not pro customer,came to find out they could have done better to save me some money instead went all out charging me to make their money and the for the brand as well,not worth it to make an investment of such amount and not even to be able to get warranty granted

I'm very happy to get my bike yesterday, it rides like new again. Hans and mechanics at CFP did a great job and I feel 100% confident in the reliability of my bike again. Thanks guys...

Just shopped at Central Florida PowerSports. The experience was terrific. The salesman (Chuck Matthews) was informative and knowledgeable without being pushy. He was so accommodating that he even delivered it himself the same day. The finance manager (Mansor Thomas) was equally as accommodating. Very polite, very thorough, and fast. These guy's didn't waste our time and made our purchase an enjoyable one. This is our 5th purchase from Central Florida PowerSports and believe me, we wouldn't have gone back had there been any issues. Try them, I think you will be thankful you did. Great job guy's!!

I personally never given a review before but felt like I was pre judge and I got no help from the moment I walked in the door. I m new into the bike world and would love to purchase my first bike and honestly got no help whatsoever. Everyone that was there just looked at me and looked away.

Every time we shop online and then come to their store they do not have the available machines from their website....multiple attempts...DONE shopping here.

One of the most Positive retail experiences I have encountered. After (accidently) finding out about CFPS while surfing the net for motorcycle accessories, John in sales took it upon himself to personally make me feel like I was the only customer he had to deal with. His friendly way of being a professional got my attention in a short amount of time. Several calls & items purchased later, it was obvious to me I was one of the family. When I ask about having some items installed on my other bike (Can-Am Sypder) I learned CFPS is one of the Can-Am's most trained service outlets. I rode the RT from Jacksonville to Kissimmee to have some items installed. Which, by the way, I was told by several other service organizations that it was not possible to do what I wanted done. Appt made, and I arrived of a Friday Morning. Service (Steve & Pablo) checked me in BEFORE THEY OPENED, and directed me to a wonderful breakfast spot. No way to make a long story short, because these guys DESERVE THE LONG STORY! Even the guys that were not directly involved with my service issue (one sales guy and one store clerk) treated me as if they thought I was a mystery shopper! If I need anything else - either to buy or worked on - I will be on my way back to their shop. Thank You Jason (owner) for not only taking time to speak with me, but also for providing a "feel-good" environment. You have created a loyal customer!

I went here a week before I was ready to buy my 2019 Spyder f3s. A salesman named Corey came & spoke to me & I remembered he was the same guy I spoke to like 8 months before. I was happy to see him there because he answered all my questions about the Spyder. He was knowledgeable, polite & friendly. Its always good to get service with a smile. When i was ready to make my purchase, they had the exact Spyder & color i wanted. Corey aimed to please. He got my Spyder put together quickly and ready for me as soon as possible. I was so happy to finally see my dream motorcycle right before my eyes. He explained to me the things i needed to know about owning this beautiful machine. I bought a 800 Vulcan as my first bike yesterday and this place was great to me. It was raining outside by the time we got done with paperwork and i dident have a helment or the funds to buy one and i live about 46 miles from the shop. They gave me a helment brand new off the shelf. Being as i just paid for the bike out right, i was pretty broke. Lol awsome place!

The Parts department, especially Manager John Scott, provided me with awesome service when shopping for an action camera. Thank you!

I honestly rarely take the time to write these reviews but with service this exceptional people should know about it. This is my 2nd can am purchased from them this year. I live in Lake Mary and have options 10 minutes from my house. I choose and will continue to choose to drive the 50 miles to Central Florida PowerSports because of the great service they provide. Not only did they have the best price on the Can Am I was looking for but from test drive to riding off with my new vehicle they made this simple and expedited the process as much as they could. Thank you to John, Mansor, and Charles for being as helpful as you have been.

I have purchased one watercraft from CFPS and went in looking for a bike. Both times it has taken for ever to get a answers from managers on pricing. I spent 3-5 hours in the dealer for the PWC. When I went in for the bike, the same trend was happening. Walked away and went over to a different dealer, and had the paperwork done in an 30 minutes and I had the keys.

Their accessories for the PWC's is limited (Small choice of life jackets and such) Obviously their main market is bikes.

EDIT: After getting in contact with the parts manager, he understood my issues, and CFPS Parts Dept has fixed my issues I had with the oil change kits. CFPS will now stock those kits. I actually love that the manager saw my review here and contacted me and fixed the issue!

I want to compliment the service team at Central Florida Powersports as always professional and courteous but today was the best...I had the engine light come on my Spyder f3 Technician Ryan found the problem and Bryan from service notice my warranty expired and called Can Am to help aid in cost and found out I was covered for this Unique situation. I purchased my 2017 Yamaha Raptor 700R SE from Lane Adams after calling 7 different dealers in South Florida. He was by far the most professional motorcycle specialist that I talked to. He knew his inventory and he got me a great deal. I live 2 1/2 hours away and when I got to CFPS, the experience kept getting better. Everyone in the dealership was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The ATV was exactly as described and all of the paperwork was complete. I was in and out in an hour. Great prices and excellent customer service makes Central Florida Power Sports a great place to buy your next bike. I drove almost 200 miles to pick up my new Yamaha FJR 1300 from CFPS because they were offering it for 20% less than any other shop. I saved thousands and had a great overall experience. I would like to commend John Dugan, my sales representative for his excellent communication and for being so helpful and friendly. John walked me through each step of the deal and he even texted (and emailed) me pictures and prices to help me find the right bike. John also delivered the bike like a pro, making sure that I understood all of the functions of my new bike. Great Job John. I also want to thank Steve in the business office for making this such a smooth transaction. Steve was so nice that I actually bought a road-service plan for my Goldwing (a different bike) from him. So, if you're looking at the great prices at CFPS and you're wondering if it can actually be true, I'm here to tell you that the prices are real and the people are awesome. I would definitely make the drive and save some $$$ next time, and buy my next bike at Central Florida Power Sports.

We recently bought a Can Am 800. The sales person, Martin, and the manager were very nice and knowledgeable. We were treated with the upmost respect and all of our questions were answered. If you are looking to buy a reliable UTV and good customer service, I recommend this place.

We went to Orlando store, the seller Daniel Da Silva did awesome customer service, he make us happy and satisfied with our purchase of the Jet ski RXT 300, he explained everything and answer all our question. We recommended 100%.

During one of our trips my wife's 2014 Spyder RT had an issue. We were on one of our trips - we are long distance riders. The crew of Central Florida Powersports took care of the issue. We found the staff to be good communicators, and sensitive to our on the road awkward situation. Their quick response enabled us to continue our journey with only a short delay.

I just purchased a 2015 blue R1 from Central Florida Powersports and I have to say, Charles is my boy!!!! He not only got me approved, he had the R1 delivered to me and along with the paperwork. Being that I live over an hour away, that was a big repeat seller for me. I tried to trade bikes at two other KTM dealer with no luck. I finally made a good deal here on the phone and picked it up the next morning. The dealer fees were less here. Service is excellent.

I rode Harley's for many years and am now the proud owner of a Can Am Spyder RTS.
I'll be 60 in November and I've been around a lot of motor cycle dealerships. Some good, some bad and some really good but I have never seen any other dealership go out of their way and go the extra mile to take care of their customers like CFPS does on a daily basis.
There are too many things, that they do, to mention here. Like whenever I bring my Spyder in for service...... when I leave my gas tank is always full.

Not a good experience. They didn t have what I wanted but tried to switch me to an other motorcycle, and that one they tried to sell for a lot of money. All that with the usual used car sales system that wasted more than two hours with no chance to work.
Why not just tell me they don t have the bike and move on??? I never get it.

Nice Dealership..LOTS of inventory..friendly sales people....Mansor was great....he knows his stuff and helped me look for that perfect bike. Normally is the one that helps with financing but seemed to truly care about taking care of Customers and helped me select a bike on a very busy day when all other sales people were assisting other customers.

Can't say enough about the service I received from both Cory and Mansor.
I just bought my third bike from them. After getting it home i noticed some damage to one of the radiators and plastic. I brought the bike back to them to show them. With no hesitation Mansor ordered me the replacement parts. I would recommend to anyone looking for a bike to go see them first.
