I'm also one of all their very satisfied customers, it's just the love and the appreciation that the guys at Central Florida Powersports show to their customers I bought my second bike with them, my third one and i returned with friends of mine to buy there dream mud bikes I just want to say thank you Bryan, Charles, Masor and hugh for your great service attention and treatment to your customers I sincerely hope that Central Florida Powersports one day opens a dealership down here in Miami.

I dealt with Central Power Sports a few years ago regarding some warranty work on a former bike I owned. I have ben looking to upgrade my bike recently and spoke with one of their salesmen named John. I found him to be very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and easy to work with. He offered me a very fair price for my old bike and a great price on a new one. When looking for a new ride this is the first place I will shop!!!

Went to Central Florida Power Sports today. We were in there for more than 20 minutes. No one even said hello to us. Went and asked for a salesperson and waited over 10 minutes and then just walked out. Took our business to kissimmee powersports the same day, and we were greeted the minute we walked in and were not pressured into making a decision. However we did choose the Kawasaki Vulcan S. The quality of service at Central Florida Sports was nonexistent. Never going back.

Was back at CFP this past Wednesday (3-26-14) to see about trading my 2011 RT Limited for a new 2014 Limited. There was no pressure put on me or my wife on purchasing a new Spyder.
Working with Jason (GM) and Charles (SM) in making our final decision was an enjoyable experience.
Chris Bronson in service was also very helpful in answering all my questions about the new bike.
I would not hesitate in recommending CFP for your next power sport purchase. I know you will think of them as friends, as I have for the past five years

I was looking to buy a Yamaha Stryker, so i looked at the google reviews to see what dealerships were held in high regard in the orlando area. I went to this dealership and found them to be extremely nice and helpful. From Jason the GM, to Chuck 'old school' and Maurice, to Mansor who helped me get the numbers right, they were all extremely nice and helpful. They weren't pushy at all and listened to what i wanted and it was great. When i went to pick my jacket and helmet the gentleman in the dept was helpful as well. Everyone this guys are here to help you and make sure you get great service and be extremely happy with your choice. I know i am and will be back.

I had an amazing purchase experience! Joseph Ortiz was extremely helpful. This was a birthday surprise for my husband so I could only communicate via text message and email to keep the surprise under wraps. Joe was extremely great with communicating and handled everything. All I had to do was tell him exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. They even hand delivered the motorcycle to our house because I couldn t figure out how to pick it up without my husband knowing. I would definitely recommend this company. The customer service from Joe really solidified sticking with this dealership and luckily for me they also had the best price in the area for what I was looking for.

First class dealer, first class service! The new service area looks like something you would see at a BMW or Mercedes dealer (thankfully without the matching prices!!) We drove down from Jacksonville and purchased our 2014 RTS from the Central Florida team and them followed that up with a 2015 F3s. It is a little over 350 miles round trip but we don't take the bikes anywhere else for service. I know that when I turn it over it is treated as I would and everything is done in a thorough and professional manner.

Salesman Brian Fitzpatrick, was awesome, he took the time to explain the options with no pressure on us to buy, which was really apprenticed since we do not know much about jet skis. Not a good experience! Lack of communication or misleading information! My husband was applying by himself. We were told the application was denied through one the banks so the next option was a credit card application then they told us that since we have a joint bank account they needed my information as well to verify our joint account which I kind of questioned why they needed a credit application from me just to prove we have a have joint account. They just kept saying because we have a joint account. Then they called me saying that I might be able to qualify by myself for a credit card with them. Where I never asked or was told to be in the loan or in the credit card account. So pretty much they just pulled my credit and said I might qualify by myself -__- .....it might sound confusing so was I because I was told something different from what they did with my info. On top pf that I had to keep calling for my husband to know what was going on with the process. They communicated really fast with us to have my husband sign for a different type of application but once it was not approved we waited days and I had to call myself to see what was going on. Its just a frustating situation!!!

We have been using CFPS since 2014, we have purchased 4 Spyders from them. We drive 180 miles round trip although there is a dealership much closer. The normal at most dealerships is sign on the dotted line and good riddance. Not here it s like home anytime you walk through the door you are greeted by name.
From our salesman Albert to finance Chris, management Mansor and a huge shoutout to Hans the service manger, our go to guy for excellent service even when we ask stupid questions...

I don t know where to start my experience here has been amazing here the past week. Started of with looking for a starter bike for a decent price which my salesman Brandon helped me out a lot with not only did he put me on the bike but they fought really hard to get my loan approved along with giving me a $100 gift card for a helmet!!! They not only fought really hard to get me my loan and the gift card but Brandon my salesman took time out of his busy day to teach me a little bit about the bike before I rode off along with giving me beautiful locations to go to for a ride! It didn t only stop there I came in the next day to get a phone holder for my bike and Brandon again took 2 hours out of his day to even install the thing for me!!! (We had trouble getting the phone holder to fit my bike......he kept dropping the bolts in my bike frame xD) 10/10 my best experience ever at any business. I thank you Brandon and the rest of the central Florida Powersports crew for giving me such a amazing experience

I just bought a 2019 Husky 701 Enduro at Central Florida Power Sports. The treatment by everyone was exceptional, especially my salesman, Marino Vaccari. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He speaks Spanish and English, so he covers the most common 2 languages here in Florida. Overall, I had a great experience shopping there and would highly recommend asking for Marino for your next motorcycle or jet ski purchase.

Maybe your regular clientele just pops down 5k to 10k without using the product, but they are irresponsible and so are you for using that sales approach. The BMW dealer allowed me to use the product not just for a test drive but several test drives - and now they just sold 2 bikes. Good luck guys!

After reading online reviews of this place and some not-so-great experiences with one of the local KTM dealers in Jacksonville, I decided to give Central Florida PowerSports a shot. I have to say that the experience was definitely impressive. I worked with Greg, Lane and Mansor whom were all extremely helpful and professional. While we waited on the financing manager to finish with another customer, they even managed to entertain my 2-yr old son who was along for the ride. Once the paperwork was finished, Greg helped me get loaded up and we were on our way. I highly recommend these folks if you are in the market for a new toy, I am thoroughly enjoying my 2017 KTM 300 XC!

To begin with I am new to riding and so I went to a lot of dealers here in Florida and I discovered a lot of dealers only cared about selling you a bike, not this place, this place really means it when they say they put there reputation on the line, as they ask questions in order to get to know you and help you make the right decision on what bike is good for you in there opinion, hey, you might want something different but with these guys you really get the honesty, they actually held the bikes while I sat on them and being new to riding they explained things to me, like chain vs. shaft, different handle bar types, tires, liquid vs. air cooled.
After a couple of weeks I spotted a bike and my sales rep Greg told me all about the bike and I loved everything about it,
I bought a 2015 Yamaha star cruiser,metallic flake red, brand new, no miles on, it but the ones that I put on it , I love this bike and how she handles, Greg you were correct in everything you said about the bike and what it can do and it being a great starter bike for me.
Fran and Greg from oosi ( motorcycle training school ) in Kissimmee told us all to go to this place as these guys will give you an honest deal and they care. 100 % true

Chris was outstanding in getting me a awesome deal to begin with and then he even got me a better deal , WOW, he even asked what my riding skills were before selling me the bike, he cares about what he does and how the company and store is represented, simply the best !!!!!!!
Mansor was awesome in explaining all the warranties , what is recommended and was not pushy in anyway whatsoever, friendly and understanding , Great asset to this store and company.
Greg, simply the best sales rep in Orlando as he was very friendly and knowledgeable and was very patient with me and taught me so much more about riding before I even bought the bike, Greg is the type of person you hope to meet when looking for a motorcycle and just starting out, he is awesome !!!!!

I don't recomend this dealer at all they broke my machine and try to warranty on it but they can't because they broke my axle two times! And they want to over charge me 2600$ to replace the differential? What a joke i took my utv to my mechanic and fix the seal new axle , i test drive and no water going into the differential anymore, i pay 1000$ for parts labor. So this dealer want 2600? What a rip off this people, they don't face you there is the manager named ALAN in the service team is a joke that guy he don't give a f, for the customer, i have to call them because they never call me to let me know or anything, read this DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

I went to the store without any real intentions, and a sales guy, Charles, was gracious and patient while I asked questions about various newer bikes that were out there on the lot. He was a great source of information. Ultimately I sat on a few bikes, and then left for the day without feeling any pressure. After doing quite a bit of research on the various bikes I looked at, I decided it was my time to buy - I e-mailed Charles, who had everything prepared for me before I got back down to the shop. Within a few minutes of arrival, I was sitting down with the sales manager, and finalizing my purchase. It could not have gone smoother. If you're in the market for something new, I would recommend heading into the shop, and I'd personally ask again for Charles.

I decided to cancel my extended 5year warranty . Only had the bike 3 months. The bike came with 1 year warranty .. They charged me 150 dollars for cancellation fee and 50 dollars for use . I still have 9 months left on my 1 year warranty . Hope it was worth it

My wife and I are new riders and these guys treated us incredibly well. I have been to many other motorcycle dealers and in my opinion these guys are the best! Their sales department is first rate. Their finance department got me a zero percent interest loan on my Suzuki. Chuck in sales was great! Javier in parts and accessories was incredibly helpful. Mansor Thomas went way beyond in terms of finance and customer service. My wife was a little hesitant as a new rider with little experience on the road. Mansor actually took the time to follow behind us to make sure she was comfortable riding without traffic pressing her from behind. This place is special! Go there!

I dropped off my bike on 3/11 to get front and back ties replaced. Waited over 2 hours. Went to Daytona, on my way back my bike couldn't shift gears. Walked in first thing 3/13. Told employee Jimmy I may need to speak to the manager. He asked what was going on. I explained how it was a coincidence my bike broke down after service. He stepped away and returned with service manager Chris. I explained my problem again. He said sorry to hear we will pick up the bike to check it but I'm 99% sure it wasn't us. Already was defending themselves before checking the bike. I asked how could he do that without checking it and why would you even say that at all. He replied well you're accusing us. I never accused I said coincidence. They said we will check it and get back you later. Later was 4 days later. Jimmy called to tell me they were right the tire change had nothing to do with it. He told me the cost. I was shocked told him that was way to much. He offered 10% discount. He said he will speak to Chris about a better discount. I visited in the AM the next day. Both Jimmy and Chris were standing there. I asked Jimmy if he had a chance to speak to Chris he said no but said in front of me, hey Chris the customer is having money problems, like the rest of us, but was wondering if he could get a discount. Chris without looking at me said sure 10%. I said Jimmy offered that already. Still not looking at me he said that's all you get. I thought after his poor service he would extend a courtesy discount to save face but I was wrong. Jimmy said he will call me that day to let me know when the parts will be in but I will get my bike back this week. Went to speak to general manager. He was under the weather so they took my contact info down. Today 6 days later I have not received a call from no one. Not Jimmy, not Chris, not the general manager. What a pathetic experience. I would stay away from this place. RUN!

Update (2/17/2019): I purchased a new 2018 Spyder F3 Limited during November of 2018. This is my second Spyder and I still own the 2015 Spyder RT-S SS, that we purchased brand new from Central Florida Power Sports (CFPS). Once again, they have hit it out of the ball park, as their sales team, with the leadership of Mansur Thomas, was very helpful in locating a brand new F3 in the box. Unfortunately, they didn't have the F3 in stock and they wanted to ensure I got the exact model and color I was looking for. Within a short period they located my bike and took great care in the assembly process, they even provided me with photos of its' unboxing! Chris Bronson, the finance manager, was able to get me the financing I wanted and has always proved to be a true gentlemen. But then again, the entire staff at CFPS is very kind, polite and extremely professional. Hans Sandoval, the Service Manager, is my go man in their Service Department. I discovered a warranty related concern that needed to be rectified and he ensured that the item was taken care of without delay. I am certain that if I ever have any issues with any of my Syders, Hans will listen and address them promptly. As a female rider, it is difficult to find a dealer that is receptive, professional and willing to help without hesitation. I am extremely pleased with the entire team at CFPS, as they always goes to great lengths help their customers. I will always give them the first shot, should we ever need another power sport toy. Thank you!

My husband and I made the mistake of buying our first new Spyder RT-Limited from a dealer on the east coast of Florida. The owner was a true gentleman but his service/parts manager was down right nasty, extremely unprofessional and had a negative attitude towards his customers. We stopped going to this dealership and took our business to Central Florida Power Sports (CFPS). Two years ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Chris Bronson (CFPS service manager) who quickly sorted out all of the problems with our 2013 Can Am, Spyder RT Limited. It was our mistake for not taking our business to CFPS. Geeze, I miss the good ole days when men were gentlemen and ladies comported themselves accordingly. Chris Bronson is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, kindhearted young man and very fair, to say the least. In fact, we were recently had warranty work done on our 2013 RT Limited and because of the positive interaction with Chris and his staff, we ventured into the sales area where we met Lane Adams and entertained the idea of trading in our Spyder for a new machine. Well, the interaction with Lane and Charles Gehris was most pleasant. Lane was entertaining and ensured the purchase experience was enjoyable, as it should be! Long story short, we ended up trading our Syder for a 2015 RT-S Special Series and added assorted accessories to the new bike. Once again, Chris Bronson and his knowledgeable staff exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you Chris - your kindness and professionalism are a thing of the past and not common in todays world. Therefore, we will continue to return to CFPS to service our new Spyder. Many thanks to Charles Gehris for making this a most pleasant transaction - I highly recommended this dealer!

Now when it comes to the Can-Am Spyder RTS I will say that for my first bike ride ever I was impressed in what it could do. A cruiser with a tough look for those who are strongly invested in Trikes! With storage capacity and music options I will say it was made to go on long rides and keep you comfortable. I look forward to taking a more in-depth test ride with of the RTS and the F3S Can-Am Spyders and to give a full review.

Stay away from this dealer, the worst purchasing ...

Stay away from this dealer, the worst purchasing experience that I ever had. liars, they don't listen to you. don't waste your time on them. I purchased two sea doo sparks on July 8, 2015. when I went to pick them up, both of them and the trailer had various bad details. the trailer was sold to me as new, but appeared to be used. it was dirty and rusted and had some lights missing, one of the jet ski's stickers was damaged, never gave the fire extinguisher, SOS kit that does it comes with the units. After picked up, I left and when I got home, I realized that the trailer was put on wrong by the sales person, and could have caused a major accident. the wheel that holds up the trailer when not being towed was put on wrong. when we went to lift the wheel, it did not go all the way up. the sales person left it down and said it was all right. on the way home, it hit some bumps and nearly fell of. First ride time, I made a visual inspection before put it on the water and I saw an small scratch on the hull right side, after 2 hours riding I realized that one of the jet ski's hull was defective , yes defective, approx. 5" cracked with only 2 hours used , I went to the dealer to make the claim they told me would try to process a warranty claim, I left the jet sky at this dealer and one week later call me back to tell me the claim was denied, I called BRP immediately (the manufacture) to talk with somebody about my case and I realized this dealer (Central Florida Powersport) never submit or opened any case because manufactures asked me about a case number that never was found, I called back this dealer right away to ask about this case number and they didn't have it, just told me to wait one hour and they supposed to call me back with this number but, they didn't, so; I called back and confirms that the case was opened 15 min ago, after one week they lied to me, I spend another week to get the same answer, I really don't know what they did and now I have doubts, what kinds of pictures they provide to the manufacture? They really submit the case correctly? I don't know but, know my Sea Doo spark is now at Southeast Marine in Orlando and the fight for me the warranty claim and the Hull will be covered by warranty, they notice there is not any impact outside the hull and just confirm the cracked is bigger inside de hull (around 12" length), this people from Central Florida Powersport won't take care about you after take your money, they don't care about the customers.

I went there to replace the fuel pump on my can am outlander that was under the warranty. Everything looks good but they didn't put the back rack and que underseat plastic together. There are missing bolts and washers. So the plastics are about fall.

All the way from Tampa. I decided to look at the Ryker for my first motorcycle purchase. After being told by dealer in Tampa that test drives are not allowed, my husband and I made the drive to Central Florida Powersports. From the moment we walked in we were treated with great customer service. I took the Ryker for a test drive, and loved it. While we were there, I noticed how busy they were. Lots of people there looking and purchasing bikes. I had a good feeling about this place. I got what I feel was a great deal on my bike and made the purchase. The entire process was seamless. COREY, GREG, and DANIEL were the trifecta of my experience. I will definitely make my next purchase with this company.

Went to Central Florida Power Sports on February 25, 2017. We were in there for more than 15 minutes. No one even said hello to us. I went and asked for a salesperson wanting to purchase an 2016 Honda Rancher TRX420TM1G for $3,923.00 color red that they had on sale on online and the salesperson say that it was posted wrong and the only one they have is the same one but in a different color green and the price was $5,199.00 so I said ok then let apply for it. So it was 5:15pm and the salesperson kept telling me that the finance managers is working on it. Here comes 5:55pm and the salesperson tells me that the system shut down and it will take a process for it to restart and the dealer closes in 5 minutes. So at that moment they couldn't do nothing for us. This is what you call bad customer service!!
