The best service I have ever had. I love the way that everyone was so helpful and kind. Chris and his crew is not only knowledgeable but they treat you as if you were family and that is what I love the most. When I come to the service department they take the time to talk to you and find out how you are before they get down to business. I first went to Central Florida Power sports on a Friday October 4, 2013. I was looking to finance a 2013 Honda PCX 150 which is a scooter. I found out that no one would finance me because of my limited credit. So I waited until the following Monday to call Brain Fitzpatrick back and ask him if they would finance me with a bigger down payment. He told me that he would call me when he found out. I waited a whole day and had not heard back from him so I called again and he said we have one more bank to try and I'll give you a call back in 20 mins. 20 mins later I got a call saying that they found someone to finance me! I was thrilled! I went up there immediately to put my down payment down and fill out my paper work! Brain was a huge help in the buying process and he even called a couple of days later to see how I liked my scooter. This is an awesome place with an awesome staff!! I would like to Thank Brain and Mansor for all the help!

I have recently purchased a Yamaha MT-09 from Central Florida Power Sports and I can not be more pleased. From when I just purchased the bike to now when I currently just hit 600 miles, I have been given service that is top quality and makes me feel like I am part of the family. Every time I enter the store I am greeted by multiple people and they always ensure I am being helped when necessary. I appreciate all the employees who have helped me so far, and especially Greg, who helped me purchase my bike for a great price and showed me through any problems or questions I had. You have made a long time customer!

Do not but anything here. Our seadoo jetski has sunk 5 times in the last 2 years. It has been at the dealership 3 months or more each time. We bought 2 jetskis and we had problems with both. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Went here too look at drz400sm after other dealerships were playing around and not getting back to me I called central Florida Powersports and spoke to maurino and told him my situation he told me to come in and he will do everything he can to get me the bike I want and he did just that I was in and out within 2 and a half hours with a brand new drz400sm I will definitely recommend Central Florida Powersports they are awsome and maurino is a great salesman as well

Just purchased a new Sea-Doo Fish Pro from CFPS. Wanted to order the 2020 model and they made the purchase easy! Kept me updated as the 2020 models started to come in, and once it arrived it was little over a day and it was ready to be picked up. Daniel was our sales person and he was the best, do not hesitate to ask for him. The whole staff from management to finance gave legendary service. Thank guys, there is a reason this was my 4th purchase from you. I am sure there will be more!

Purchased a 2011 Spyder RT-S from CFPS 3 weeks ago. Dealt with Chuck " Old School" and was highly satisfied with his dealing. Entire staff at this dealership is knowledgable of their product lines and easy to deal with. I haven't yet dealt with the Service Dept. but will before leaving for New England in May. Overall a good experience. Try them I think you will like them.

They go above and beyond and do everything they can to help you out and get the job done. They do everything in their power to answer your questions and get what you need!

I come here regularly to buy gear and to get my Yamaha FZ-09 repaired. The staff is very knowledgeable and and they seem to really like their jobs. The service department is always quick and I usually have my bike back in under an hour.

Had an amazing experience at Central Florida PowerSports! I bought a 2019 Yamaha MT-07 and I absolutely love her. Everyone was so attentive, friendly, and helpfully. I worked directly with Dan and Jason in sales and they were both fantastic! I called ahead and placed a deposit on the bike. When I got there they had the paperwork all ready for me and my bike was cleaned, topped off, and pulled around front for me. I was in and out in half an hour. The store is very clean and well laid-out. I am very satisfied and recommend 100%.

Attempted to purchase at 2019 Sea Doo GTX 230 Limited and didn't have the quality experience that I expected from a platinum dealership. The moment I walked in the store and was not approached by anyone should have told me this was not going to be a good experience. Although Jesus was good when I could get him to return an email or call, I never felt like I was taken as a serious customer. For some reason, others were always more important. Their pricing wasn't that far off from where I eventually purchased by ski, however their lack of customer service and professional care made it easy for me to find another place to spend my money.

My item was lost in shipping. Got ahold of Wyatt and he found it to be lost. Sent out a replacement and got it quickly. Great service when a issue arose! Cheers!

We have been dealing with Central Florida Powersports (CFP) in Kissimmee since early 2013 and my wife and I have purchased three new motorcycles there. Great sales and support, period. CFP is one of the absolute best full-service dealerships I have ever dealt with. This is a tightly run, squared away, customer-service oriented motorcycle dealership that is staffed with knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly people. And even though CFP is 100 miles (that s right- one hundred) from our home, we make it a point to ride to CFP to have all our service-related work done there. We obviously have other dealerships closer to home, but to me it is well worth the drive to Kissimmee to work with people that have earned my trust, and continue to earn our business every time we go there. The Service Manager- Chris Bronson- is experienced and on the ball , and has always taken care of the very few minor issues that have come up with our Yamaha and Suzuki adventure bikes, plus some custom work for my wife s bike. We recently completed a 7,000+plus mile cross-USA trip from Florida to California and back, and on two occasions during the trip I called Chris to ask a service related question. He not only took the time to answer my call right away, but while I was still on the phone with him he was checking his computer for a certified service dealer close to where we were at the time. To me, this an excellent way to treat customers- and to earn customer loyally.

The guys at CFP are Five Stars, across the board. I totally recommend them!

I'll start by saying of all the places i did research this store has the more excellent reviews and because of that i took my business there. I'm fairly new with my motorcycle and the first thing i wanted for my bike is to have "PROFESSIONALS" look at it, i called and asked for a few services that i wanted done on my bike and the answer was "of course, bring it in, we'll have it ready for you today" knowing that this prices are not cheap if i want "PROFESSIONALS" to look at it, i took my bike in. Staff is friendly, place is clean, i went to have my brakes done, oil change, to check why my clutch was so stiff and my blinkers were not working for the left side. while he was walking around the bike he said well your blinker cable was disconnected i told him to please plug it in (that cost me $99, to plug a cable). Later the service writer discovered a recall. they kept my bike for 3 days for this type of work. I understand you are in business to make money but to rip people off is unethical. By the way, guys to do a job like this in your bike you are looking at $500 which i'm paying because they are "PROFESSIONALS", but when the guy told me "yeah we lubricated the clutch cable and it got a little better but it looks like its your clutch, you will have to do a clutch job and that will be higher than what you put in today" and i go home and i don't feel any difference in the cable i decided to risk it and find out myself. SURPRISE! i found out the cable was pinched by the slider the previous owner installed, not only that, that cable was NOT lubricated at all. I bought a new cable, installed it myself and i went to talk to the service writer and show him pictures of what i found, and his only answer was "sorry"...... He told me i shoulda brought the cable so he can show the tech.... FOR WHAT??!?!? I already did the job and my clutch is like butter! I'm very disappointed with the way my bike was handled and my money was handled. I work very hard for my money to get a "sorry" as a response after you rip me off. I will make sure everybody around me never go there!!!

I have been in the market for a new dirtbike for a few months and I visited Central Florida Powersports today having no idea what I had in store; their customer service is amazing! I was able to speak with the parts manager, service manager, and even the owner! They made me a deal I couldn t walk away from! Thank God my search is over and I have a new family in CFPS! Thank you Chuck and Jason for the amazing experience, y all are truly what make buying Motorsports fun!:) I will NEVER buy from anyone else!

When I came here last week, it was the worst customer service I've ever seen before! I'm 18 years old I'm look like 18, but the problem was i said I wanna buy a motorcycle and somebody think i was joking, Im going to pay all the money on cash "he" I dont know who was "he" only speaks English, well he didn't explain me nothing, I have a valid driver's license and I born here (US), I got the money, 1 of my friend tell me about this place, I just wanna but a Kawasaki ninja 600cc

I have dealt with Albert Jones 3 times in buying a scooter or motorcycle He has always presented a fair and reasonable offer and the sales wer handled with little problem.

We just purchased a new KTM for my son from Central Florida PowerSports! It was a great experience. Our sales rep, Greg, was awesome and hilarious, we had fun chit chatting while getting all of the paperwork done. We also wanted to purchase a KTM hat for my son and they had none in stock for his size, since he is so small. But they were very quick to order one in his size just for him! Florida PowerSports has some of the best customer service I have experienced. I ordered a helmet and received it the next day. One problem though, it was the wrong color black, gloss finish instead of matt finish. So I braced myself for a fight and called them. I had absolutely no problems getting an RMA and a shipping label to return it. 3 days later I get the right helmet.

I am so use to businesses fighting me over issues like this, but not Florida PowerSports, they just accepted responsibility and got me what I wanted and at a great price. I would definitely do business with them again.

I cannot imagine a more pleasant buying experience unless it involved a complimentary filet minon and chianti dinner. Albert addressed all my concerns and treated me like a valued customer and with the respect of a fellow rider though im a noob through n through (and felt comfortable enough to share that info). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CFPS to future buyers and will begin any future ride searches here. Their competition better be shaking in their shoes.

Hey chuck thanks for not working with me .I went to this location and I was looking at a Dual sport...ok first of all nobody approached me outside to even ask me if I needed help so I walked inside and had to ask about the DRZ400sm and I was pretended to be helped by chuck I told him I'm working on my credit if there is anything he can do and very rudely he reply "I DONT KNOW" I told him I had $1,000 for down payment he went to the back 20 minutes later he came back and said "NO CANT HELP YOU......KEEP SAVING" unprofessional and they do that care about you I went to another dealer bought me a Honda XR650L with $0 down... Thanks Chuck!

Overall my experience with Central Florida Powersports was excellent. I was in the market for a 2012 Seadoo, looked at other dealers in the Orlando area and finally found the unit I was looking for here. After more than a week of dealing via phone we got to the right numbers and drove myself from Jacksonville to pick up my new unit. They gave me a good value on my trade and the rest is history. Brian did an outstanding job, I gave him a hard time but he was willing to go the extra mile and make this deal happen. Great job to everyone involved, it was smooth sailing. I will recommend this dealer to anyone that is interested in a PWC.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our experience at this dealership. We interacted with three people most of the process. Chris Bronson was the sales person that helped us throughout the purchase process. We also interacted with the sales manager Chris Mcculley. The business manager Mansor Thomas was the third individual that we had the benefit of interacting with. These guys don't push, they listen to what you are actually looking for and then they try to help get you what you are looking for. I wouldn't hesitate going back there again. I would highly suggest you give them a call if you are looking for any thing power sports related. My wife and I drove around 110 miles to do business with them and don't regret doing so.

I have had bikes for 40 years and there has not been one dealer from my experience that is as good as powersports.... especially in the service department! Hans and his crew always take such great care of me, communicate extremely well and work very closely with the manufacture always looking out for my best interest and ensure that their product always runs at its very best ... I have a Canam spider RT limited and between Hans and the manufactures warranty and commitment to their machine I have never been happier with a bike or the service provided... I have never purchased a motorcycle or scooter before so I looked online and found cfps. John in sales took really good care of me made sure all my paper work was in order and I was being treated fair. I don't have the best credit in the world but they still treated me as if I had the best credit in the world. And mansor in the office got me a great rate from a bank he really did a great job. I left happy and kinda scared since it was my first ride home on anything two wheels haha. But I highly recommend this bussiness. They will be seeing me when I want to purchase my grom. Thanks guys.

I had just recently crashed my old bike a kawasaki concours and was still recovering from my wounds. after a month I felt good enough to start looking for a new bike. I ran across the web site for central florida power sports as I had just moved from wisconsin I was a little worried about how much crap I would half to go through. I found a few bikes i was interested in and asked for more info on them . Steve Glass called the next day and I was intrigued by the prices and kindness extended to me about my crash. I went to the dealership and found out the bike i was really interested had been sold the previous day.Steve pointed me in a new direction at a honda vt1100 shadow spirt.The wife liked the look of it and the sale went from there there was no bull about pricing Steve gave me the sale price no hidden fees up front and honest couldnt ask for a better sales experience dont know about service yet and hope I wont have to but I believe they will take care of me now just waiting to heal up some more to take a good long putt

Eric in parts saved us this weekend! We had some parts on back order and the factory was not able to get them out in time for us to get a bike ready for a loretta regional. Eric took the time to investigate the problem, communicate with us, and he actually took the time to help us find the parts in another state. That is above and beyond! Exactly what a shop should be concerned and having the riders best interest at heart. Make sure you're supporting these guys because they are supporting you. Great shop.

They do have the best prices around but their service is severely lacking. If you fill out a credit application they will take days to process it and they don't follow up with you with the excuse that they are super busy. I'm in car sales and that is never a good excuse to give a customer. I've made multiple purchases with them and it's always the same issues

I'm sitting outside the service department waiting on a Yamaha service bulletin(decompression spring recall) to be addressed. I have removed all body parts(bed, wheel wells, wiring, etc) to save time and made sure the valve cover was clean(cleaned with a toothbrush) saving them tons of time and labor. Now they want to charge me $50 to slide a feeler gauge in to check the valve clearance. Are you serious? I can't believe they want $50 for 1-2 minutes worth of work especially after all the time I've saved them. They never even contacted me on the 3 recalls, I had to find out about them in the forums.

I give 3 stars because I feel they could do a whole lot more after the sale, especially when it comes to known service issues.

Update: After it was all said and done I had to give them another star. I approached the service manager to discuss the $50 and he agreed to reduce the fee to a price that I found to be fair since it did require more then 2 minutes to find TDC on a compression stroke. My overall experience today was good and I'd recommend them to others.

Awesome dealership! I purchased a pre-owned 2013 Yamaha Stryker a few days ago. I no longer live in the Central Florida area so I was hesitant to deal with an out-of-town dealer at first. But Central Florida Powersports was straightforward and easy to deal with every step of the way, from my first inquiry to final purchase. They even helped me load my new baby onto the trailer! I worked with Chuck and Mansor, both great guys who were knowledgeable and friendly. Chuck made the whole purchase a breeze and Mansor got me a way better financing deal than I expected!
