I had an amazing experience with Mike Miessler in the service department, there is nothing more bothersome than having to bring your bike in for repairs. I was pretty bother by the situation, but Mike made it extremely calming for me, by keeping me informed, calling me without request letting me know what step of the way they were at all times. I feel very comfortable and confident to send my friends and family to see him for great service, and honest work.
