$#!+ happens, and how a company deals with the situation is a key indicator to their commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

I had to go back to CFPS today to deal with an oil leak on my '14 Can-am Spyder RT-S. The leak started soon after my first service, so I was certain that it was related to that. It turns out that the drain plug had not been tightened properly during the first oil change. Duh!

The majority of other service shops would just say "sorry", if anything, and leave it at that. But CFPS gave me a gift card for my trouble. I was VERY surprised! THAT is how you take a bad situation and turn it around.

I told Jason I would post a review, and I'm happy to share the story with everyone.
