This is my very first time ever at cedar point I took my son for his birthday he had the absolute best time of his life will definitely come back again

Great place for thrills and excitement. I recommend drinking a lot of water during the day.

Even on a weekday, many of the rides had 1-2 hour waits. Fast pass was crazy expensive and not well managed. If you get the drink wrist bands or souvenir cups, they don't work at restaurants. Several coasters would stop running throughout the day. They stopped all coasters due to wind (wasn't even very windy)?

Even with all of that, it's still a pretty impressive park. Tons of rides.

This used to be the most amazing amusement park but the addition of the fast pass has destroyed the experience of this park for anyone who has bought general admission. The lines on even a light day are easily tripled waits for any major ride due to an unlimited amount of fast pass riders who go on the same rides multiple times in a row and they do it right in front of you as if it's being rubbed in. I for one did not buy a ticket to watch other people ride rides while I wait in line all day.

Omg ward do I begin I grew up here this was my huge summer fun place my favorite costar is Raptor and still is today!

Cameron at Starbucks was really rude but the park is great! Had to give 3 stars because of the rude service from Cameron.

Then Preston screwed up our teas. The one in the picture are supposed to be the same drink. I guess he was too lazy to go get more stuff for the teas so he supplemented it with lemonade. Not impressed....

Went Aug.23rd.... Due to covid they handled all the rides with care... I still had a BLAST!!!! 2 Cedar Point 2020. Hotel Breakers balcony view was beautiful!!!!! Wonderful Time!!!

I love it , the experiment was magic , and I loved that you have free drinks , I recommend that place next time I'll go to the beach

This place was amazing even tho I was food poisoned on the way there and I was suffering the entire time. I somehow managed to get some fun out of it. I spent a good amount of the time in the bathroom and I can tell you that they're not as horrible as you may think. Overall it's a great place, I had fun and I got better after I left.

I simply cannot wait for Cedar Point to reopen. The best theme park for roller coasters in the country that I ve found. I always play the plinko game for front of the line passes instead of buying the fast lane pass and that system has never failed me.

Always a family tradition to go to Cedar Point in October. Unfortunately today was at max capacity. Only 3 coasters in 8 hours and that only included the older coasters. Food over priced. If your planning to eat lunch here, plan on bringing $200. to $300. That may get you and your family a meal, drinks through the day and a snack later towards the end of the day. Also, We walked right in through the health assessment tent. No temps taken, nothing. Why bother with the tent BS if Cedar Point is not going to assess the guests like they notified everyone they were going to do... Kids had fun...

An amazing place to go and have tons of fun. Especially if you like riding roller coasters.

Huge disappointment. Returned to cp after 5 years to experience halloweekends for the 1st time. Some larger coasters were inoperable or being tested throughout the evening... causing lines elsewhere to be a wait time of 2 hours or more. Haunted houses were boring and undoubtedly uneventful. Worst experience after paying such a significant amount for the experience. Won't return

I love this park it has the best rides in the world

The roller coasters are great! Steel Vengeance and Maverick are amazing. The park is clean, lots of options for food, a lot of open space, and a nice breeze off the lake. It feels like you're at the shore.

Fun night. Could have been better if they would have had more cars running on coasters. It wasnt crowded at all but still had to wait 45 minutes or so because they only had one train running on certain coasters.

This place really surprised me. We were with a group of prob 100 high schoolers. Arrived about 2pm on a Sunday. Lots of fun. Lots of roller coasters. Starbucks and better than average food options for an amusement park.

They only had a few rides running And you need it a special voucher to ride the rides that were running You had to stand in line to get vouchers then stand in line to ride ride I was there all day and only rode 3 rides ive been to Cedar Point every year for 12 years worst experience ever

Great park and had a blast. However staff is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My friend leaned against the rail and some lady legit yelled at him and threaten to kick us out. On top of that we had a large group and a employee told us to keep it down because we were loud....even though we werent

Beautiful weather - clear skies - calm winds. Expensive day for so much BS to be wrong @ Cedar Point! One ride is broke and therefore, obviously, not working. Three other rides are inexplicably not running. Paid for the "FAST PASS PLUS" and that's a total joke! The wait is still 30-45 min. WTH Cedar Point??????? Long time park rider....seriously unhappy customer right now!

Would be a great experience if they didn't try to take your last dollar at every single turn...you cant even bring necessities into the park in a backpack now without being completely barred from getting on the millennium or any of the new rides (put in in the last 5 years). Why should I have to pay for you to hold things I already own on a ride I already paid to ride??? And on top of that, anyone who pays $100 extra can get on all the rides in 1/3 of the time as someone with a regular ticket....Greedy Fair strikes again.

Obviously the best roller coasters in the country. I have a blast every time I m there. I highly recommend getting a meal plan for the day. $30 and you get to eat every 90 minutes. Usually a friend and I will share it for the day and it s 100% worth it because there are so many options.

We try to get to cedar point once a year but I had so much fun I think well be going at least twice or 3 times next year.

Hi, a whole group (7) of us went to your park on 5/16/2018. We got there, were really excited about riding the rides. And, we came all the way from Saginaw and Mt. Morris, Michigan. Long trip!!! And, once we got there, started riding some of your rides. Then, we quickly noticed that a LOT of your rides were *not* up and running, for no apparent reason. Even the refresh centers were closed. And, we bought the wristbands for the free pop throughout the day. $15 each!!! We only seen one refresh center that was even open. And, we had the exact same problem last year, and talked to Gretchen Miller, and was able to get a few half off admission coupons. But, this is the second time that this has happened to us. And, we're seriously wondering if we should even attempt to come back to Cedar Point ever again. Don't get me wrong!!! We LOVE Cedar Point!!! But, what a waste of time, energy, AND money the last two years in a row. And, it's just extremely frustrating. And, on top of everything else, some of the staff that we talked to about this ongoing problem, they were rude and nasty about the whole thing, and said that there was nothing that they could do about the situation, and acted like we were a problem for even bringing this up to them, and we were being extremely nice to them. This is just wrong!!! I have diabetes!!! And, didn't pack any food because I figured I could get something to eat there. And, even most of your little areas where you could buy something to eat were closed up half the day. I am extremely disappointed with everything Cedar Point right now. Just saying!!!

Best park ever! Nothing will ever top the Roller Coaster Capital of the World! Ride everything, no matter how long the lines are. Also, try to park at the back of the park so you can get to Steel Vengeance before everybody from the front gets there.

Great place to ride some world class coasters. The bathrooms really need to be updated and cleaned better. Especially the ones across from Panda Express are disgusting!

Always an excellent time here! New rollercoaster is a blast, just either have to get a locker for your cell phone or leave it in the car because if they even suspect you have it they will make you leave the line, and with a 2-2.5 hour wait average I would play it safe and listen.

Too many rides down for too long. Bad day for coasters with wind and tech problems. Otherwise enjoyable.

"America's Favorite Amusement Park" is what everyone keeps saying, and they might just be correct. Highest and Fastest, along with old-school one of a kind rides surrounded by a white sand beach make this a top destination!

Are all the rides usually open, I m going the week after next (I m from Texas btw)

Don't go during coronavirus. We thought we could beat the system by going but it turns out that the same amount of people showed as normal. Not to mention that only half the people that can normally ride on a roller coaster can so the waiting times were almost doubled. One thing cedar point forgot to mention was that in order to ride the dragster, millennium force, maverick, and steel vengeance all riders must go early and get access passes to each individual ride which sell out in about five minutes. Don't go during these times it's not worth it... We rode 4 rides in 6 hours.

Excellent place to have fun and eat and drink and everything

Fun place to go with the whole family, friends, coworkers or anybody! Just go and have some fun. Wear good walking shoes and go to the attractions that are on the top of your list when you arrive at the park because it gets more and more crowded as the day goes on. Plan your visit ahead of time so you don't walk around in circles, unless you like to?

I really appreciated that the rides we're sanitized in between rides

For my first time at cedar point I must say I am HIGHLY disappointed. The vastly overrated and overhyped reputation of the park is quickly met by the indifferent, nonchalant, smug attitudes of the park employees (who obviously would rather be anywhere else) soon after you enter. I was let down before even riding anything but I retained hope for the rides. Fair warning: 95% of your time spent in line will have no shade or covering so prepare to literally bake on a hot day while waiting like I did. Many of the rides were not in operation and one that was in operation broke down after waiting over an hour in line just as the park was closing to not get to ride and be sent away with a shrug from the ride operators. The park employees do not care for the guest experience at all and alot of them seem very uneducated in an overtly obnoxious way. Not that Cedar Point will miss my money at all, but I will absolutely never be back there. The one saving grace Cedar Point has is Steel Vengeance. I rode that twice its awesome. But my overall experience was so far below the standard of what you would even expect from your local underfunded County Fair that not even Steel Vengeance can bring that 1 star up to a 2.

There is no park in the US that compares to Cedar Point. I have been to CA, PA, FL, VA, GA and many more just for the amusement parks. It is so clean and if you price compare you will find Cedar Point to be a bargain. The rides are amazing! Each time we have gone there over the years, we have never had an issue with the rides being closed. This park never disappoints!

Best place to ride rollercoasters! Take motion sickness medication and headache medication with you since you are out in the sun all day. Don't take a backpack or any other bags if you don't want to spend money on the lockers to ride the big rollercoasters (they won't even let you get in line if you have a bag on you on the newer rides). Splurge and buy the drink band for the day. You can get a drink at any place every 15 minutes. It is very much worth the cost.

Was extremely busy and had a few problems but overall this place was a blast for me and my boyfriend. We got fast passes and I m really glad we did, this trip during halloweekends was the busiest I have ever seen it and I have been there countless times. Highly recommend buying the platinum pass if you frequent amusement parks.

The ride are soo scary but after it's done it's always fun to talk about the experience on the ride and how it was actually more fun then scary.

We went to Cedar Point on the first weekend of their Halloween events. It was amazing! Between the roller coasters and Halloween themed events we couldn't have asked for a better time.

Reduced park hours. A lot of rides and coasters not open at all. That coupled with the access passes for Maverick, Millennium, Steel Vengeance and Top Thrill makes for a disappointing Cedar Point experience.

Get coke wrist band, well worth it. Purchased the fast pass plus $440. Hope it's worth it.

Mine and my daughter s go-to for our amusement park fun annually! It s a quick 4.5 hour drive there, close by restaurants and a perfect time, every time! During the winter, I ve participated a couple times in their annual Santa Hustle half marathon, that runs through the park, harbor and community district.

I want to say how very very impressed I was today, with the sanitizing that was being done today!! Great job to the staff for their hard work and extra steps taken to allow us to enjoy the park. It was a beautiful day and I was so greatful. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing rides; the best in the world. Problem is that between the weather, the collected high schools of Ohio all visiting in the summer, the Fast Pass patrons and the constant breakdowns you'll never get on them. Forget about any refunds or any consolation if you're one car away and they shut the ride. They have your money and you're screwed. Go to a casino instead - you'll have better risk/reward odds with $400 than you will in Cedar Point before August.

My daughter Absolutely loved it, Lots of little kid rides for her so definitely worth bringing her.

The wait for 3 of the rides was well over an hour. It was hard stomaching the fast pass people walking by once or even twice while you waited for a ride but I didn't want to spend another $100+ on top of the already price of admission to get a fast pass. There were a few rides we were able to get right on but of course they were the older rides. We had fun though. Parking was easy and the varatiy food options were there.

Definitely the best roller coaster amusement park in Ohio and maybe in the world. With over 10 coasters and many other attractions, you can't go wrong with Cedar Point. It's close location to Lake Erie also keeps the park relatively cool and comfortable on very hot days.

Me and my wife have always had a good time at cedar point up until today when we went. This was our first time at halloweekend and we were super excited. We got there right at 6pm when they opened we got on one ride by the time we got off the ride the park was completely packed considering they only had 6 rides open other than the haunted attractions. We were told by one of the employees that corn stalkers was one of the best ones so we waited in line for an hour only to get go in shoulder to shoulder with as a complete line so anyone that jumped out was already seen so it ruined it for us. We were extremely dissapointed not only for that but because there was only about 4 people in the maze and one of the guys walked out and exited while we were walking through which took the whole scare factor of the attraction away. By the time we got out it was a waste of time to go to any other line considering they were all at least an hour wait. We drove 4 hours from michigan to experience halloweekend only to be completely let down.

We love Cedar Point, but I would skip it this year. We stayed at The Breakers and went into the park July 12, 2020. This was only the fourth day that the park was open, and you had be a season pass holder or be staying in one of Cedar Points resorts.. Many of the rides were not open, including one of our favorites, The Dragster, and you had to stand in line to get a ticket to ride some of the more popular rides. No one really seemed to understand the ticket requirement, including employees. Some rides were out of the tickets by noon. Needless to say, we rode only four different coasters and a few smaller rides. I wanted my teenagers to have a good ride experience so we went up to inquire about Fastpass, which we have never purchased before. They are not selling them, so you have no choice but to stand in line, obtain a ticket and come back at your designated hour, if they were not already out of them. We did not get to ride the re-built Mean Streak, which is the one ride that I really wanted to ride. Needless to say, it was an extremely disappointing day at Cedar Point, after spending over $1000. dollars with 2 night hotel stay, park tickets, food, etc.

I've gone here for many years. Best coasters on the planet. Could use more places to rest and refresh on hot days, the heat gets to be unbearable at times. Too much pay to refresh, not enough benches, etc. Great place overall though.

Took my daughter for her 17th birthday and had a good time. She had a very good time and we made memories that will last a life time.

We go to Cedar Point every year. The rides are fantastic, the park is always clean, and I'm always amazed by how professional the employees are there. They always add to the fun and it's neat to see people from all over the world working.

My son really loved it. He is 1 and if he couldn't walk he wouldn't have been able to go any rides. He was happy to just get down and walk, and show everyone he could do it.

The only thing I didn't like was the rental strollers. There wasn't any storage. The straps didn't have the capability to move from the original spot even though it looks like it should. He just had too much freedom for my comfort.

I still haven't been able find Turkey legs. I'm sadden by it. I guess they don't make them anymore. Chickfila was amazing and because it was raining, there was no one there. No wait what a wonderful day.

The rides were amazing the food was great and the hospitality and everything was very good the water rides we're amazing as well if I had to go on at 1 right again it'll probably be the gatekeeper and it's the one that's in the very front of the park

Bro, this place is so good man, but one problem that and that s Gemini, I felt so left out because my girlfriend and everyone else kept riding it leaving me out. I hate coasters like that and I would prefer Valravn which is the BEST

Since they came out with fast pass the rich get to ride all the rides they want and not wait and middle class has to sit in line and watch them ride multiple times. Discrimation against poor. We are not all equals to.cedar point I suppose

We went on a Sunday. Virtually no major crowds, rides were easily accessible, everyone was very friendly and attentive.

Slightly overpriced(tickets, food, drinks, games, photos and souvenirs. Lots of things for kids and adults of all ages. If you don't buy meal and drink packages be sure to pack your own food and drinks. Shade and employees are scarce. However with all the in mind you can still plan for an enjoyable experience when planned properly.

Great amusement park. The parking is paid and convenient. They have a option for special parking near to gate for more price. The rides are very nice. The different rides are present for all ages. There are restaurants, food vans, and restroom at various locations for comfort of the park visitors. The visit and rides are very satisfactory for the paid price. I reccomend this place.

If you like amusement park rides, park food and park entertainment, they have it all here. It has something for everyone. If you're into roller coasters, this place is a must. The park is clean and safe too. Additionally, they have a good size water park to boot. If you're not familiar to this park, you might consider parking at Cedar Park Shores where you can access both the water park and amusement park with their own seperate entrances. Very convient, but get there early before the lot fills up.

I grew up with Cedar Point. Love it always! Halloweekends are great. Not as crowded. I went on a Sunday, and by 5 pm you could get off a ride, and get right back on. Food is expensive, but budget enough for the famous French fries!

Specifically went on the website to find out about bags and it does say that they have an area on rides for bags. Not the case! Almost every coaster requires you to store your bag. For 2 hours at $2 a pop and you can't change it to 1 hour! So if you do that, you will be running all over the park getting your bag. The only reason I bought my over the shoulder bag was because what the website stated. And don't even get me started on the spider infested bathroom and the fact that we came in an hour early and had to wait for them to open rides that should have already been running there by wasting my early entry.
