Hi, a whole group (7) of us went to your park on 5/16/2018. We got there, were really excited about riding the rides. And, we came all the way from Saginaw and Mt. Morris, Michigan. Long trip!!! And, once we got there, started riding some of your rides. Then, we quickly noticed that a LOT of your rides were *not* up and running, for no apparent reason. Even the refresh centers were closed. And, we bought the wristbands for the free pop throughout the day. $15 each!!! We only seen one refresh center that was even open. And, we had the exact same problem last year, and talked to Gretchen Miller, and was able to get a few half off admission coupons. But, this is the second time that this has happened to us. And, we're seriously wondering if we should even attempt to come back to Cedar Point ever again. Don't get me wrong!!! We LOVE Cedar Point!!! But, what a waste of time, energy, AND money the last two years in a row. And, it's just extremely frustrating. And, on top of everything else, some of the staff that we talked to about this ongoing problem, they were rude and nasty about the whole thing, and said that there was nothing that they could do about the situation, and acted like we were a problem for even bringing this up to them, and we were being extremely nice to them. This is just wrong!!! I have diabetes!!! And, didn't pack any food because I figured I could get something to eat there. And, even most of your little areas where you could buy something to eat were closed up half the day. I am extremely disappointed with everything Cedar Point right now. Just saying!!!
