UPDATE: In the sprit of full disclosure...I was contacted by Mike today from Cedar Creek Motorsports. He confirmed that the dealership WOULD be sending a new mirror housing and the paint sticks. I appreciate the effort and want to make sure I reflected their customer service effort here. Nobody is perfect, but I do sincerely appreciate the effort to make this a better buying experience, than I originally had. So, THANK YOU CEDAR CREEK MOTORSPORTS FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION. I am changing my rating to four stars, from my original 2 stars. Still probably a couple areas that could improve, but by simply making the effort to fix this...that showed me that this dealer cares, and that was all I wanted to know.

Purchased "demonstrator" 2018 Goldwing Tour this week from Nick at Cedar Creek. Long distance purchase, drove in from Omaha to pick it up. Just wanted to say that I am a bit disappointed that they didn't really clean up the bike prior to my pickup last Monday. Scratched mirror housing and fender weren't exactly thrilling either. The hill assist light will be checked out by our mechanics here in Omaha, and it is under warranty!

On the positive side, there was a guy named STEVE, who was VERY helpful in getting my bike loaded on the trailer. HE seemed to know more about the bikes than any of the staff there. ALEX in the business office was easy to work with, also. Nice folks.
