About 3 weeks ago, I ordered a pasta dish during lunch hours. The dish comes with chicken, bacon, tomatoes, and chopped onions. I asked for no bacon. I ended up paying $20 (according to their menu, I should have only been charged $15), and I only got the pasta, which I noticed AFTER I drove back to work. There was no chicken, even though I had asked for 'no bacon.' When I called to let them know what happened, they said they'd refund me the whole $20 because they really messed up the order. Three weeks later, and no refund. It's unfortunate, because their staff should know when they're charging 'Lunch Hour' prices and when they're charging 'Dinner' prices. That's also pretty crazy to have to pay 2 different prices for the same dish depending on when you order. If it can be $15 between 11-4pm, I'm sure it can be $15 between 4-10pm. Honestly, I wasn't even looking for a full refund when I called, but when the lady offered a full refund, I said, 'Wow, that's really great customer service.' Would've been nice since the order did get screwed up, but, I guess not.
