Casino Miami, Cruise Ship. Review

Had great time. Sailed on the Norwegian Getaway. There was many activities on board. We saw Cirque de dreams fabulous show... The restaurants were lovely. I enjoyed my food. We had a great time!

Very nice but they charge you for everything. Internet is 30 per day. I we had to buy a band aid for 50 cents. Really, they couldn't give me one dam band aid? I am surprised there are not pay toilets.

Excellent Cuba cruise it's a must for everyone. This Norwegian M-F cruise was the best open bar the staff it was grrrrreeeaaatttt.

We've gone on 5 cruises now with NCL and have enjoyed them all. The food, the entertainment the crew, are all excellent.

Such an imPORTant place rofl! Seriously though. Easy in and out. Plan for traffic tho. Miami is busy to begin with, doubly so with construction and rush hour. 45 mins added to our time taken for arrival

Dirty, poor service when you could get any at all, inconsistent. Never again! Don't eat the food!

Really a cut above; the ship and staff were exceptional.

The crew never stops cleaning this ship (Norwegian sky). They're always power washing, cleaning the carpets or providing quick room cleaning service. I loved everything about this cruise line!

It was the most fun I've ever had! The island's were fun to explore, and the cruise ship never seemed to end! Unlimited food and drinks? Yes please!

Our family went on a first cruise with NCL (Norwegian Escape) and is extremely happy with the cruise. The ship is well maintained and the crew is very friendly. The room stewards constantly clean up the hallway and staterooms everyday. The food is amazing and the itinerary was apt. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed with services and food on ship. Not a lot of activities to do. We have been on other ships and this one was disappointing. Our cruise was not cheap for sure.

This was our first cruise with NCL. O'Sheehan's pub had awesome wings and a nice variety of food. Escape room was a lot of fun. The juggler was pretty cool too. Embarcation and debarkation were horrible. Almost 2 hours each. Half the hot tubs had working jets. We enjoyed the ropes course and tried one of the painting classes. We had mixes feelings with this cruise. We did enjoy some aspects but totally disliked others. Loved our inside cabin. It is smaller than Carnival's inside cabins but still nice, just less storage space for clothes. The shower stall was nice as no clingy shower cloth. Our room steward was awesome.

Me and my wife will never sail another cruise line. Ever. Norwegian treats us like family and we love it

This ship is amazing! Service, food, entertainment was excellent. Can't say enough.

Was on the Getaway. Too large for my liking, preferred ships the size of the Pearl or Jewel.

I love this ship! I highly recommended this ship for Cruisers who prefer balcony rooms.

The Specialty restaurants on The Norweigan Escape ship was especially good. I ate at the Hibachi, Italian and Brazilian restaurants.

First time cruising it was amazing, staff was Wonderful, food great, drinks strong what more could you ask for.

Loved the cruise. Ship was nice. Cabin service was lacking. Not what I am used to getting.

Customer service on the boat and on the phone is very poor. I was a first time cruise person and naturally had questions about where my cabin was, where change room are located, how many pools there are etc. Alot of conflicting information from staff on the boat in the photograph area and the restaurants. Would not use NLC again. But I would go Ina cruise on another cruise line Su h as Carnival.

The scheduling for the cruise was not that great. We spent one day (saturday) on a private island which was beautiful. Then stopped at Freeport Bahamas for day of excursions (Sunday) where most all businesses were closed. This made for a frustrating day since the places we would have gone were not open. The fun activities on the boat were overlapping making it hard to really enjoy one's self. Some of the activities like shuffle board, batting cage, golf cage were closed but didn't seem to be under any kind of repair. If all you wanted to do was drink and party, and lose your money, this would be your cruise to go on. The staff was not friendly unless they were trying to get you to sign up for extra activities that were not included in the final cost of the cruise. Food was pretty good most of the time. Stateroom was clean and stateroom attendant was the friendliest on the boat. We will stick with Royal Caribbean for future cruises.

Very disappointed in the service on the boat. I have done 5 cruises with NCL and will start to look at other cruiselines.

Outstanding entertainment, facilities, restaurants, bars, shopping and customer services. Phenomenal!

My Cruise was decent. But when any hiccups come they seem to say we got your money did you expect us to care. Rough around the edges again. Except for the Piano Bar guys (Steven Winters, Justin Flagg and I forgot the third wheel) excellent musical Million Dollar Quartet. The rest of the cruise was so so. Food offerings where also par for the course and nothing to get excited for.

Our absolute favorite !! we went on our honey moon and it was amazing great customer service friendly staff all around. Super clean.

The absolute best vacation I've ever had!! Such wonderful staff! Always had somewhere to eat 24/7, buffet food was incredible! Always something to do, dancing, swimming, waterslides and water play area, hot tubs, just amazing. The ship was brand new and everything was in tip top shape and extremely clean and our room was magnificent! They make it so easy to get off and back on the ship. 80's night was the best time ever!! The only complaint I had was the house/techno type music that was always playing...it hurts my ears! Went on cruise the end of june and already planning another for Nov-Jan. Can't wait!!!

Our cruise got canceled in April because of the pandemic. We were supposed to set sail on 5/23/20. I was told in April that I had to submit for a refund on 5/7/20 in effort to get a full refund. I only had until 5/13/20 to submit it. I submitted the first chance I could get on 5/7/20. Now NCL is saying they never got the request and Saying that I now have 125% cruise credit. This is ridiculous! I want a full refund. I ve called in daily since April and follow the instructions to the letter. I would avoid this company at all cost!

Good service, nice boat the Getaway over priced drinks and the spa a rip off

The places I visited were great especially Cuba, the drink were amazing and some of the food, but this is my second time on Norweign, a different ship and it was dirty . Why can't they make the rooms and dishes clean

Excellent customer service, meals and attention to details! This was our third Cruise but first on Norwegian and right now we are looking for our next cruise which will be aboard a Norwegian ship! Awesome staff!!!

It was a wonderful experience and well worth the cost.

I've visited the Port of Miami crusing with NCL four times thus far. The experience has been very good. The parking is easy, the port is well air conditioned, Customs is very quick, and the check-in process has always been smooth.

Always a good time on Norwegian Sky especially since they upgraded to an all-inclusive drink package go Norwegian.

Love it. Drinks were free and flowing from every direction. There were entertainment daily. It was my first time cruising with NCL and I will definitely book again. Staff was friendly and the housekeeper keep leaving us presents.

Over-priced. I am not impressed with alcohol being used as a "great customer service tool/tactic.

My second favourite cruise line cruised on the the Escape this time.2nd time on this ship.very good culinary experience. Not a fan of their pool area. Small overcrowded area

They renovated their boats as they ship with passengers onboard. Noise from grinding and hammering and dust all over is not a vacation. Not to mention the sections of the ship closed.

They offered 25% on the next booking. When reporters asked for an interview they denied and were welling to answer written questions.

After they got the list instead on answering the questions they issued this statement.

"At Norwegian Cruise Line, we continuously aim to offer the best vacation experience for all our guests," the statement said. The company acknowledged "enhancements" were happening during the cruise and that some guests "experienced some inconvenience."
