The ship is lovely but there are too many people onboard. This might be ok in a warmer climate cruise. But we did a northern Atlantic trans Atlantic cruise and then through the Baltis, so it was way too cold to do anything outside. So indoor venues were packed. Food was fantastic! Crew was fantastic! Management not so much. We skipped three port stops due to, in my opinion, mismanagement. Too much to go into here, but issues that arose could have been handled MUCH differently!

While onboard enjoyed the cruise. Didn't care for either destinations, was there for my daughter and grandchildren's Zumba cruise and we just stopped at 2 very hot beaches. Food was dissappointing. I've been on other cruises and the food was worth gushing over, this one not so much.

Great cruise and awesome people. The excursion pricing needs a bit of work however. Proven to be vastly cheaper buying direct instead of via the cruise line.

Typical cruise terminal gets very hectic around 11 am on the day of departure.

Our first cruise and it could not have been better. Western Caribbean on the Escape. Looking forward to another cruise with Norwegian.

We had a good time on our last cruise to Cuba. Of course, much of the fun was because we traveled with another couple and a family member.

The Garden Cafe has lots of offerings and many of the are good. The best bet is one of the two white table cloth restaurants. They're good and there's good wait staff.

It looks so beautiful out there and that they would take a vacation again out there the way the buildings is high the water is nice and blue plus it's hot out there too so definitely vacation time one of these days

The air smells like sewage. The food is just ok. Way to many people on this cruise.

Cruise to the Bahamas was a total party cruise. Lots of 30th birthday parties and bachelorette parties on board. Overall good food and drinks.

Me and my wife have been enjoying cruising since 2010 this particular ship was very well equipped the weather was phenomenal I would recommend a cruise to anyone at least once it is the most relaxing experience you'll ever have just remember to get the drink package of your choice it's really what makes the Cruze

The Norwegian escape was amazing. Cozumel port was a real treat.

Loved it had an AMAZING time for my first cruise ever! The parties the food the destinations were fantastic. The service was immpecable and everyone who works there are super friendly.

Very efficient! The staff has various check points to quickly get you into the ship. We highly recommend checking your bags prior to entering the terminal to ease your transition into the ship.

Staff was great! Bingo ripped me off and dinner service was slow but everything else was fantastic

Second cruise in two years. Third week of October 2016. Both on the Getaway. Big ship lots to do. The Broadway show they had this time. Was burn the floor, which was a fast pace intense ballroom style dance. The dancers for this show are incredible. The other show was Million dollar quartet. This show relived the one and only time that Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins got together for one night at Sun records studio. Absolutely amazing show a must see.

This time of year seemed to be an older crowd. Not a full ship either. Which were both nice things. The food in the buffet area was actually good food. A good variety. And one thing that I would recommend is if you can get the speciality dining package I would get it. The food in the speciality restaurants is definitely a step up from the rest. I will definitely be sailing with Norwegian again!!

Stick with the newer ships and you will have a wonderful cruise experience. Food is much better than Carnival Cruise Line line.

The boat or cruise very good, speaking of the N. Escape, but very bad NOT to meet the destinations for which it was planned to visit, just for a setback I DO NOT UNDERSTAND and the worst thing is that there is NO explanation of "why change itineraries" if only they lost a couple of hours, it is not every day that one takes a cruise ... very bad

Very good, just loud conversations on the radios among the staff at dawn. I was very angry last night, without control and respect to the crew.

Very good cruise line, especially for families
The only thing I didn't like was that their were way too many teenagers doing there thing w/No supervision. Many times they were out of control and rude! If teens are unruly and disruptive, I think ship staff should intervene!

Was on Norwegian Escape 4/7 nice ship but my overall opinion is they are all about making money and will not care much about you having nice vacation. I'm somewhat a picky when it comes to food.Felt like puking after eating their garden restaurant buffet, they must be buying cheapest grade food they can find. Went down to eat at a speakhouse $40 meal was real nice if you can afford it but but also have to register two days ahead to go there. Other restaurants there that i visited there are a joke as well. I don't drink, but imagine if you get wasted than might be ok, lol. All four of us that went have similar opinions. On last day on ship woke us up at 5 am with loud announcement on speakers. Even one of waitresses we talked to said that this cruise line is a so-so. Will upload a picture i took of the jungles in Jamaica only 100 ft past the security perimeter its more like what you will be seeing at the islands and not what these cruises advertise...

They serve Pepsi, yuck. Will not go again until they get Coca-Cola. Other than that it was clean and comfortable

Phenominal all inclusive cruise to the Bahamas .... fabulous time for veteran and rookie cruisers !

Amazing experiences sailing several of their ships. Last couple of cruises have been aboard the NCL Escape. A little spoiled by The Haven, but the upgrade is well worth it. On the Escape, do not miss out on Food Republic.

Didn't use but had a huge beautiful ship called Norwegian sky

I can't really compare it to other cruise lines, because I've only ever taken Norwegian cruises, but I've been on 2 so far and the quality and comfort had been the same. We loved celebrating our anniversary with them (twice, 4 years apart). They made it memorable!
The restaurant staff is excellent. We loved our steward. Every time we left the room he would tidy up and leave cute folded towel animals on our bed (and this has been the case both times). We felt like we had our own personal butler. But really all the staff was amazing.
The entertainment was great too. They had something planned for all ages.
We really enjoyed free cruising and hope to do it again soon.

Was on the Epic, via Mediterranean, overall great experience, service was great, shows were good. We did not have our kids, but there was lots of adult areas places to hid from all the noise. the excursions were pricey but worth it. I would go on this ship again and recommend to friends. Don't buy the wifi service too slow and expensive there is a lot of times you can grab a signal offshore, get a small package if your desperate.

Great ship very large and organized / clean with great food.

I'm torn on this one really. The ship is beautiful the staff are absolutely fantastic and the food and shows were world class. However smoking on the casino deck is gross and the amount of drunk guest was a huge put off! My children had alcohol spilt on them while in the lift more than once. I don't feel it was a family ship for this reason more of a booze cruise unfortunately! Maybe we got what we paid for!!

Love NCL Best vacation one can ever have. Cruising on Escape next month :)

NCL SKY is an old ship and the balcony and inside stateroom are small. Between lost baggage and not honoring special needs request, and cancelling one port call due to ship electrical problem that resulted in delay departure from Miami. When all the issues were addressed to NCL Guest Relations, their only response was to give a credit for future cruise. They denied any refund of the cruise cost. Not customer friendly or concern. Bottom line for them is for you to return to them on another cruise. Save your money and search for another cruise line. Recently received a response from Guest Relations denying refund and only wanted to get us back for another cruise. Poor customer service.

We vacationed on the bliss over New year's to the Eastern Caribbean. The ship is new and luxurious. The staff for the most part was amazing along with the food/drinks and entertainment. I only gave three stars because of a couple of issues. First the reservation process for restaraunts and entertainment was poorly arranged. Upon checking in the were sent to multiple spots to reserve, before being sent to other spots because their directions were wrong. Unfortunately we did not get all the reservations we we're hoping for. Additionally the internet package that was rather expensive was very poor. The connection would often get lost and it was really a pain to reconnect. Lastly, I felt like we were constantly being charged for every little thing. Even though we got the drink package, a number of drinks were extra. Even though we got specialty dinning, our kids were still charged. Everyday we were charged 15 dollars per person for service charges. I would have much rather paid a fee upfront. Overall the cruise was not terrible, but if we ever cruise again we will probably go with another company.

Norwegian Escape is OK. Preferred the Breakaway and Getaway much more.

Getaway Cruise caused me to get sick after I got off the cruise with the Norris Virus. Had the liquid poop for days. Folks this was my worst nightmare and worst sickness I ever had. Do your homework. I wish the best for everyone who cruises with NCL. I used there sanitation station religiously and still got caught in the mix. Really sucks...Thanks to my doctor he got me fixed up with in a few days. FYI double triple check NCL. Good luck.

Our embarkation and disembarkation into ncl escape was very smooth and easy. The escape itself was a blast. We loved it.

Over crowded, not enough common areas, One pool for over 3,000 passengers. One engine worked, very rocky and bumpy ride. Did not stop in the Bahamas as scheduled. Felt hustled, extra charge exercise classes, steam room etc. B rated daytime entertainment. Dinner shows were pretty good.

Norwegian is fantastic, and a sure choice. Great food and staff. Plenty of activities and amenities. I'd like to see the Internet access have better pricing structures, or be all inclusive.

Outstanding cruise line that made our family vacation so enjoyable. Lots of fun activities to do on and off the ship. Great variety of entertainment, food and drink.

Splash academy for kids was great. Great food. Very good service from staff.

The panoramic view from promenade deck of Carnival Glory having one final cup of coffee, a few quiet moments. Realising the scent of the salty ocean breeze has diminished and is replaced with the heavy, warm and humid Miami morning reality. Leaving the five-star floating hotel isn't easy. Separation anxiety builds even after my feet walk upon dry land again. I can hardly wait to be back home again. Wondering which ship that will be on. Eleven months isn't too long of a wait.
