Customer service on the boat and on the phone is very poor. I was a first time cruise person and naturally had questions about where my cabin was, where change room are located, how many pools there are etc. Alot of conflicting information from staff on the boat in the photograph area and the restaurants. Would not use NLC again. But I would go Ina cruise on another cruise line Su h as Carnival.
