Had the best vacation of my life
I only cruise with NCL

The staff were very rude throughout my entire vacation on this cruise. I also was food poisoned while I was on my vacation while aboard this cruise ship. I will never choose Norwegian escape cruises ever again.

Get treated like a king by the best and friendliest staff, eat the most amazing food, and partake of the widest variety of fun and festive drinks while being entertained by world class talent or soaking up the sun.

Easy check in and check out. The staff was always nice and attentive. The food was edible and I always food something that I liked. Always entertainment options. The spa was great. Venus is an exceptional therapist. I'd definitely book again.

The cruise was great great but I took the wrong person

Great time for a short getaway. If you are into all inclusive binge drinking, then this ship is the way to go. Smaller size ship than most but still packed things to do within the ship. Best to eat in the restaurants for a more relaxed sit down.

Ship was good, Stewart was amazing. Food was alright. But we often had issues in the dining room with one thing or another. Customer service from the other staff wasn't up to the standards I'm used to from a cruise line.

Not a fan. They made things difficult with my peanut allergy, and although I reported that some of my things went missing, they never got back to me. Won't use this cruise liner again...

I had such a great time on the Norwegian Cruise Line Sky for my first cruise, was a great experience! The food was delicious, service was amazing, and the views were spectacular.

Great buffet food. Dining service not so much. Not as family friendly as we are use to from other ships we have done.

Great first cruise staff nice and friendly good food

We did a 7 nt Caribbean cruise in January. Ship was really nice, but some floors were hard to get to, (can't get there from here). Food was very good, lots of complimentary options. Kids program was great, very secure & safe environment. Cabins were typical size, storage was horrible, no place to put everything for 3 of us. Bathroom was the largest we've had!! Shower even had get jet sprays. Now for the bad, we were nickel & dimed, seemed like everything was extra. $2 for pool tables, $5 pp for bowling, $10 pp to use their app on board. The ship had no way to limit children in the video arcade, beware. . . our grandson racked up $70 in 30 min, then we had to shut off his card. Casino was huge, about a third of one deck. Lots of daily activities to choose from.

Your crazy ship is the Getaway. The food is great and great service on board. You really have the feeling that they love to work there. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. The water slides and the climbing park are awesome.

We did a 5 day cruise on the Norwegian Sky, just got back 3 days ago. It was a total blast! About 70% of the staff on the ship were from the Philippines. They're nice, inviting, prompt and very helpful! After getting on the ship, we headed to the bar and met Ron the bartender, he made us awesome drinks to welcome us aboard. Then we met Joseph L. who booked our special dinner at Cagney's. Joseph was a good tour guide for us cuz that's our first cruise. He told us about the various amenities and fun things to do during the cruise.

Later the first night, we headed for our special dinner at Cagney's and met Herejean our server. She was the sweetest, attentive, and her recommendations for our meal were spot on! Oh yessss it's the most scrumptious foods I ever had hands down! So much so that we decided to eat our second special meal at Cagney's on our last night of the cruise. In spite of the fact that she had probably served more than 100 other guests between our visits, she remembered us, as well as our preferred drinks! And if you like to drink the best mojitos go to Mojito bar and ask for Chris or Beverly and try a ginger mojito or a classic.

I must say, the cruise ended up being even more fun than we had anticipated. Both of us enjoyed it thoroughly, as did another couple who cruised with us (also one of their first cruise). We met several friendly couples on the cruise, and are already planning our next cruise with them. So what are you waiting for??? Start cruising with Norwegian!!!

This was my first time cruising and my boyfriend really gave me the star treatment, he sprung for the Haven and a spa suite which also gets you access to the thermal spa, granted I've never cruised any other way but it definitely seemed worth it if you can afford a little more.

The food and staff on the ship were fantastic. Even the buffet food was good though the crowds were not so much my thing.

I think they will be the only cruise line we ever use.

This was my first cruise experience and I loved it! The ship is incredibly clean and well maintained and the staff made the stay worth every penny! There was always so many activities available that there was never a dull moment. Will definitely be booking with them again!

I have been on Norwegian probably 3 times. I like a good deal and Norwegian used to be one. This last time I have had the worst vacation experience ever. First, the quality of the food used to be really good. This last time the only good food you get is in the paid for restaurants. The restaurants included in your booking weren t even tolerable. To the point my wife had very bad diarrhea. They wouldn t sell me Imodium without paying 100$ doctors visit (I m a pharmacist). I explained to Them that when we dock the following morning in Mexico I can go buy 1000 pills if I wanted to. They couldn t care less that one of their guests is having an awful time because of their disgusting food. Corporate actually had the nerve at the end of the cruise to reply to my complain lecturing me about how their health standards on board is stricter than the US standards. The part that got me though is a series of predatory charges (11 to be specific) of 13.99 on my bill under a bogus title (service charge) no one was able to explain to me what the charges were for nor did they issue a refund. The staff is clearly underpaid and over worked so I don t blame them for not providing the best customer service, some of them haven t been off the ship in almost a year. I have been looking into other cruise lines that are a little bit more expensive but respect their guests and workers like Viking cruise line. Never again.

This trip the food wasn't as good as years past. Still love it and will continue traveling Norwegian Cruise Line. The employees(CREW) are great and accommodating

I cannot believe that after reserving balcony suite they want more money for using the thermal spa etc..lets hope for an excellent experience soon for this high priced cruise.

It was very confusing trying to find your way around without having been here before.

All you can drink cruise is a tougher crowd if you have little ones....run but a little tougher than your regular crowd

I'm writing this review to kill time while waiting in the "cattle barn" they call the terminal at Port Miami. We have been here for 2 hours waiting to get on NCL Pearl and this is by far the worst experience getting on a cruise ship. We've cruised Disney, Carnival, and Royal Caribbean many times from other ports with much much better serve across-the-board.

Cruising is one of the best vacation you can take. But the boats are getting to big and too many people on them. Which makes it difficult after paying for ultimate drink package to get a drink easly.. Over all I will still sale with them

Stick with Royal Caribbean. Norwegian likes to up charge you for everything, if you like being nickeled and dimed and scammed at the casino then this is the cruise for you

Ship is nice but a bit dated. The crew is fabulous and the sail was very comfortable. The food was disappointing, very disappointing, even in the premium (up priced) restaurants. NCL can do better.

If there was a worse cruise, I could not find it. From nothing but cold food, to bad service to the beds that wish you could sleep on the floor... Just ugh.

Hopefully Orginal Plan to Virgin Islands Will Work!!

Norwegian Escape is great! I would definitely recommend this cruise to anyone. It's amazing! There's different shows, restaurants, activities on the ship you'll never get bored. The buffet is great too. Love getting the crepe and adding ice cream on the top. Shuffleboard is fun too.

THE WORST HOLIDAY, THE PESIMATE ATTENTION, THE CLEANING OF THE CAMAROTES A DISASTER, THE DIRTY SHEETS OF THE PREVIOUS PEOPLE, SOME BROKEN SHEETS, AN UNFORGETTABLE ODOR, THE WAIT TO ENTER THE BOAT OF MORE THAN 3 HOURS WITH SMALL CHILD TO EAT BECAUSE THE VERY POOR ACTIVITIES DO NOT ENTER, IN THE POOL AREA IN THE NIGHTS, VESSELS WITH DUMPED PUMPS AND DISHES FOR HOURS, FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER YOU MUST PAY 5 DOLLARS ALREADY INCLUDING THE DRINK BUT NOT THE WATER , NEITHER THE COFFEE LEAVES MORE OR FULL THE SAME PRICE, THE PESIMATE ATTENTION, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT, WE HAVE ENJOYED ANOTHER CRUISE AND THE TRUTH WE HAVE PASSED VERY CUTE, NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS TRIP

Amazing!!! The food, entertainment, the stops at fun cities and islands. Would do it again in a heartbeat!

Many issues with our balcony suite. From electricity tripping , blocked toilets on 2 occasions. Very poor response from guest services. Had to call 4 times to get a response. This happening on my birthday was not ideal , not even a card to wish me. Sadly disappointed.

The staff was not knowledge. And they were unable to talk to customer in front of me due to language . they charge for the resturant on board .this was all inexcluise trip hmmm

Did not like how they did not give me my credits hop front and charged my card immediately for everything on the ship in real time.

Worst customer service of any business I ve ever dealt with.

They did well for their customers that were on board when Hurricane Irma hit Florida.

We are rather new to cruising. However, after sailing with a higher end competitor, there were remarkably notable differences. Firstly, I found the crew lacked polish with regard to politeness and overall customer service; this was especially true for the dining staff. Secondly, the food was mediocre at best. Day one the prime rib was delicious at lunchtime; however, it tasted like leftovers when it was offered again for dinner. The cabins were comparable to the more expensive cruise ship.

If you re not a smoker and/or suffer with breathing issues, the position of the casino on the Getaway made venturing between the bow and stern public areas difficult while trying to avoid the secondhand smoke.

There was one highlight to our trip; the crew was able to find and rescue two sailors whose sailboat was sinking in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico.

Oh my gosh so amazing! My first cruise ever, went from Miami to Cuba Nov 2017 on Norwegian Sky and boy oh boy did I have an amazing time. The food was so delicious our rooms were cleaned at least 3 times a day. The staff were professional. So many activities and shows. This ship was classy and awesome. Full of luxury and elegance, such an amazing time.

1 pool for 3000+ people?? Terrible experience .. never wasting my time again
