Hard to get around but once you find it all is good

Wonderful cruise, great staff, very friendly a wonderful vacation!

I've been cruising with NCL since 2009 and always had a great time. Sadly, they seem to be cutting corners. This was my first time on the Escape. The beverages are watered down (juices, coffee, milk, etc.). The service in the main dining rooms remain first rate but they are no longer as proactive in maintaining sanitary conditions in the buffet where you were once regularly greeted at every entrance by a person with a spray bottle of hand cleaner, it's now occasional.

Ship was pretty gross. The distinct aroma of Porta Potty was everywhere.

Decent parking, busy but moving traffic. Easy to find the terminal and porters for bags. Pricing was as posted and felt safe leaving vehicles parked there.

Great price, great trips, close by for a relaxing time.

Love the freestyle cruising with NCL. Good food, solid service, and beautiful ships.

Was not difficult to walk around. The guidance there was A+. Not a bad experience at all.

My first experience with Norwegian Cruise Line. Had a blast with my sister and friends.

It was entirely too hot, we sat out there for an hour. No AC then we finally get on. AC at minimum. When we sat sail I hope it gets better. Oh and the pop machine has hot pop for $2

I do really believe this is the best cruise line,They give you sow manny options when is time to eat and is not like other,you can pick you own time and you favorite place to eat.The shows are great and they offer a 24 hours restaurant the also have a Bar open at 7:00 am with Ocean view is beautiful.I fully recommend this cruise line.

We went on a 7 day cruise to western Caribbean. The Getaway was an amazing ship. There was a ton of stuff to do on the ship and my only regret isn't doing more.... Well that and the horrible 7 time changes due to Daylight Savings and not the cruise itself.

The ship was excellent. The problem was the itinerary, with places that clearly did not accommodate the amount of people present on a cruise.

The only thing that was really good was: The. "After Midnight Show" at night. Went to see it twice. Saw it on opening night and the next night afterward. That show is a real must go see show.

Not as good as royal or carnival but nice clean ship (Escape)

The best cruise line in the business ,great food excellent costumer service.

First cruise. Was amazing. Recommend drink package. Speciality restaurant were awesome. Food was great everywhere. I'll be back.

For the most part, this was a great cruise. I do have to say that our Toilet in our room didn't work for the majority of the Cruise, and getting help with the problem was very difficult- we never really had an adequate customer service experience. If not for that I would have given 5 stars.

Loved the cruise, the staff's attention and services on-board.

When you get here you know your on your way or coming home . Lots of stuff to see.

Some of the service sucked on the boat. I'd rather float with Carnival Liberty

The service was terrible. The rerouted our trip which left us with a full day at sea on a three day trip. This meant an overcrowded deck, no chairs, no space in hot tubs or pools and absolutely no service. Bathrooms were unclean. Staff were rude. One man even clapped in my friend's face to get her attention. Abysmal.

Blast! Great food, great service and great experience!!

The starting point of a 4 day 3 night fun filled excursion. Port of Miami pictures.

A problem. Language. They should have more bilingual staff. Many are Spanish-speaking tourists. Otherwise everything from 20.

Escape Ship at 2 year old, and not so clean in the room. Entertainment, eat, greetings are perfect.

My 3rd cruise and will keep coming back to NC for years to come . Thanks for another memorable vacation !

Almost nothing all inclusive very expensive plus you see nothing of the true country again you go the star 2 is given because the sea days were very romantic !!

Had ana amazing time on our cruise. So much so we actually booked another one for the family next year all ready. The staff was amazing and there is plenty to do. Including some pics with a pic of the sunrise our first morning on the ship.

I just went to Cuba on norwegian sky & I had a great time but there was a couple of issues. On the last night with the long line that I had to wait on because they said my card wasn't working it was a debit card and they were running the same reference number multiple times so it was making the charge bounce back. I was upset with them not being able to control a rude customer that skipped everybody online and continue to help him and not tell him to go back in line it was kind of silly it definitely made a lot of people upset. I actually left after waiting for over 30 minutes because I didn't want to miss the comedy show. Which i highly recommend Julie Barr. So this is my reason for my four stars. I also was not impressed with the buffet and found that a lot of it was spicy or maybe Indian style because the chef is Indian. On the other hand the staff was great, very nice and pleasant.

Awesome 7 day west Caribbean cruise, on a Norwegian Getaway, amazing ship, entertainment for every age and taste, excellent food in the buffet and 5 restaurants included in the package. Never had problems with long wait, for any occasion, getting on the ship and checking in was fast and convenient as they had over 20 check in desks available. The only wait I had was coming back from Cayman Islands. I mean, with 3,800 passengers and 1,800 crew, imagine that number, 5,600 people, one wait in 7 days is acceptable. To organize and handle that many people is not a joke. Six thumbs up from us Norwegian, excellent job. Friendly staff, plenty of free entertainment (I prefer to say included, as nothing is really free). My wife said she never want to go on regular vacation anymore, only cruise. My daughter had a blast. Swimming pools, water slides, splash academy (where you can drop off your kid and they are entertained by the staff and other kids, mind you my daughter couldn't wait for the time to go there, and last day she left with tears and few of her friends). I could go on forever complimenting this cruise, if you only have the time to read. And we had an inside cabin, which I didn't care much about, as we only used it to sleep and shower. We would like to come back and try the Breakaway next time.

Great ships and quality service, despite the restricted menus the food is well made. I recommend.

Norwegian is the BEST!
This was our second cruise with NCL and it was awesome. The Escape is a beautiful boat. There is ALWAYS something to do while aboard. Service is impeccable and the food is way too good;)

maybe i'm too picky but this cruise felt lacking. the food is bland which i understand but even if you pay extra. events were tame and casino is a bit aggressive. drinks were nice and strong though

Sailed on the Escape. Great room with balcony and bunk bed. Great restaurants like Cagneys.

Really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was really good. The food was good. 5he state room was nice.

The NORWEGIAN CRUISE SKAY is not a place that makes people happy. On the contrary there is discrimination for Latinos, consider it a lack of respect because every day there we only find 5 Spanish-speaking people, there is no empathy, nobody helps anyone. The only good thing was the one who cleaned the rooms. I do not recommend it to ANY LATIN. Imagine there was an emergency activity and all instructions in English. Therefore, Latinos were the last to arrive.

Had a great time, food choices were DELISH, ship was always clean & staff was very polite.
Can't wait to go on another Norwegian Cruise Line trip again.

Liked friendly people, relaxing, enjoyed the shore exclusions.

It was good trip but they don't have any good instructions on the ship or when ever we came back there is no baggage instruction it's so borroing and nobody was answering really really bed experience

The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the accommodations were clean and beautiful. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!

Had a wonderful trip to the Eastern Caribbean on this huge ship, full of many, many things to do and see. Loved the friendly staff, especially Rossi!
