Great staff, super friendly. The so much to do on the ship. Everything was over the top and enjoyable. The shows, food, activities, bars were top notch. Loved it all.

This was my first cruise. I had so much fun. I didnt want my vacation to end. My husband and i loved the cruise. The staff was unbelievably great. In my life have i ever met such nice people.

The cruise terminal urgently needs a renovation, very old, especially the area for de-boarding needs a makeover. A lot of traffic on the changeover day, thus often a smaller traffic jam in the entrance for collectors.

I had an amazing experience with NCL. They provided an excellent service. The restaurants available are top notch. Very exciting options for entertainment. Highly recommended.

Nice 7 day cruise on the Gateway to the Western Caribbean.

Was on ship Sky,restaurant food was good,my room was small had to jump over to get to my side of the bed,dancing music wasn't good.not going back.

Customer service on NCL is really really bad. Like the worst I've encountered. It shouldn't be that way for how much $ you spend with them. My 4 day cruise was 900/pp and I was treated like trash.

Upcharge! Upcharge! Went on the getaway. Nice ship, but it's better suited for adults without kids. Very few kids area and lots of adult only areas which as a parent sucks. I'm stuck in the little kids pool watching my 6 year old instead of enjoying the large pool where the music is. Lots of specialty resteraunts that cost 25 a person more per meal to not have to eat some of the bland flood they had. 18 percent tip on drinks. A beer cost 8 bucks each after tip. And their disembarkment procedure is horrible. 40 min to get off their ship in miami.

Had to make appointment in order to get confirmation cruise documentation...however....we were all herded by zone upon arrival. Families and Team members got separated and only got to meet on board the Getaway.

Much better organisational processing required.

We had the best time on the Norwegian Sky in July 2015, that we're going back March 2016. The people were excellent, food, & activities were excellent as well. All in all for my first cruise & someone who is/was afraid of travel by sea...It was one of my coolest experiences ever.

First time on a cruise and this was awesome! It was a great price for an all inclusive trip to Cuba where we spent 2 days. And we also got to spend a day on their private ISA land in the Bahamas. The rooms were older but clean. The hospitality was great! And the food was good too! They mostly has Buffett style food, but there was always a variety.

Very cool cruise. In my case they only spoke inges and it was difficult for me to communicate ... hygiene and service are great ... I recommend seeing the weather before booking since I went to the Bahamas and only had one day at the beach for a storm ...

I the food was absolutely first-rate. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The reason for four stars is that I'm a traveler with a disability, and the service is for shore excursions we're not nearly as helpful as I've experienced on other Cruise Lines.

The ship was the getaway. It was very nice, the staff was nice and helpful except when the lead ship guys came through the dining area they seemed detached from the guest, not making eye contact or even smiling and saying hello when greeted by me... the food wasn't too bad either. The Tropicana restaurant was very nice and elegant. The wait staff were great and respectful. The casino was fun but street the 3rd day made the whole floor smell like smoke because you can smoke while u gamble. Our housekeeping guy was awesome, he was helpful and polite too. Only issue we had from day 1 was our toilet never flushed right we always had to ask for someone to fix it even if the guys just went pee...talk about annoying.
I enjoyed the fact that they had a game room and library so you could get away from the noise without being in your room. The ports weren't really that fun but we did not go on any excursions. The weather was in our favor too. Made for a great 1st cruise. 7 days! I will probably go again.

Took a 3 Day trip on the "Sky". Loves every minute. Lots of entertainment food and drinks included I was never hungry or thirsty. The services and food was excellent. Will go with them again.

Nice small town, clean, nice cooperative people, not expensive. Many thing to do for tourists.

The all inclusive that Norwegian is now doing is a lot of fun. HOWEVER there were a lot of people that weren't controlling how much they drank and we saw more than a few fights...

Most disappointing cruise experience I've ever had. Half of the ship was under construction so we weren't even able to do a full lap around the boat. They continued their constuction into the night and made it very difficult to fall asleep. When I complained there was no attempt to make the situation better, instead, we just kept hearing that it was corporates decision to keep it going. Amenities such as the driving range and shuffleboard were in the construction area so we were unable to use them. If you are paying this kind of money for a trip, you expect to have everything that was offered. They didn't inform anyone that this would be going on or the fact that we wouldn't have access to multiple parts of the ship. Moving past the construction issues, the bingo payouts were ridiculously low compared to other cruise lines. The ONLY redeeming factor was the incredible cruise staff, they were fun and friendly at every opportunity.. Future cruises will not be on Norwegian

We're Platinum level cruisers on NCL. The casual atmosphere suits us well and their entertainment is top notch.

Once you go Haven on NCL you'll never go back.

When I went on the Norwegian Breakaway, it was a lot of fun. Different activities to do every day with my family. Good and free food, Fancy dinners, shows, spa, rock climbing and the arcade. Me and my family had so much fun on the Norwegian Breakaway. The only complaint I have is our TV and all electronics. When you have to put you key card in the slot to turn on the power, its a little annoying. When I put my phone on the charger, I took the key card out of the slot and my phone didn't charge. Also our TV's sound would go out and when I turned my TV on, it instantly turned off and didn't turn back on. Also when I called the staff to fix the TV they took at least 2 hours just to come to our room. This also happened to our friend who was coming on the cruise with us. So overall, the ship is amazing. I really had a great time.

We had no trouble finding it. The parking is very busy, but is moving along pretty well. The security check went fairly fast. The only trouble was that security officer dropped my bag with the cellphone in it and cracked the screen.

Once you are given the correct place to go it was easy to access the cruise entry area.

Among the easiest ports to embark / disembark. Things seem to flow fairly smoothly and easily.

We have been on many cruises with Norwegian. Over the years the boats have gotten bigger and nicer. However the food and entertainment have declined in quality. The service has remained excellent.

The escape is an awesome ship! For the first time ever, I did not get sea sick on a boat!

Sailed on the escape. Do to weather, we couldn't stop in Jamaica, and they said that they hadn't stopped in multiple weeks. Amenities and rooms were clean and nice. Every short cut possible was made on mixed drinks.

The trip to the Bahamas was awesome the tours were great at each stop. The crew ensured your room was clean and the food was awesome they ensured you had the experience of your life.

Love their boats and activities. Only thing is they need to stop nickel and diming the customers.

Went on Norwegian Sky to Havana. Ship was very small but had a good time. Cruise cut 1 day short due to a hurricane.

Thought it was a pretty good cruise line. Big rooms if you got a balcony room. Ship was modern and had good restaurants. The sun deck is kind of small. Not allot of places to lay out.

Okay cruise. Lots of room for improvement. Terrible shows. Poor ports of call always in the middle of nowhere. Food not bad. Won't be returning.

Our favorite cruise company, Freestyle cruising is our choice.
