Great shows in the Atrium, make sure to make your reservations early in the specialty dining area or you may not find availability. The comedy show is must to attend, bingo was fun Port excursions were fun a must is the Turtles, turtles & more turtles an area for snorkeling

Took a cruise out Miami to Cuba and Bahamas. It was a great trip, great service all over ship. The food was very good and drinks. Lot options to stay busy day and niteI will.

Very nice overall. If you're into this sort of thing, I would say on par with Royal, not quite as nice and certainly not as stuffy. A clear step up from Carnival, which we all know is the "party" line.

An unnecessary crowd. With more information to passengers, a few more check in positions, and more rational security this could be avoided. For some reason Regent Seven Seas Cruise line will not staff the check in sufficiently to avoid lines. Not the worst ever but certainly not the best.

I'm definitely team Norwegian after this cruise! Although the staff gratuities are a little higher with Norwegian, the entire experience, from unlimited beverages, adult only pool, optional dining times, affordable wifi, truly made it worth it!

It was a great experiencing. But be careful, there are pop up charges. For example, they tax all drinks on the day you leave and the day you arrive. Nothing you can do about it and they don't tell you ahead of time. Lots of things to do onboard. But it was nice, I'd do it again.

The Escape is a marvelous ship. A wonderful crew, fun water slides and fantastic food (especially Food Republic) caused us to vacation on the Escape 2 years in a row.

Nice ship. You get nickle and dimed on everything. Stick to the included restaurants; they're more than adequate. The cafeteria is good with a lot of variety. Avoid the expensive spa/salon offerings. Skip the shows. Don't bother playing the machines... they're not letting you walk away with money. Short stays on excursions. Some shady packages.
Great cruise. Amazing staff. Great food. Didn't like the food chocies. Was odd to have to pick certain places each day to eat or pay for food at other places.
We really did have a good time. There are just a lot of small things that dampened the mood. It was like driving down a highway, but having to constantly slow down for speed bumps. I have only been on one cruise before this one, which was with Carnival. I had a much better time on the Carnival cruise. My recommendation is to check them out.

Dear Norwegian, I have been in your ship (Gem) from may 7 to may 14. Really unhppy in the beggining to see the itinary change without any prior notice. First 2 days it was great for a first timer like me. Problem started with room service end of 2nd day. Room was made up late (really late), unusual comment from the man who does room service saying "don't take it home" when he gave me the iron to iron my shirt. Which was really weird and no expected. Made me wonder what did I do to hear that kinds of statement from the room service? Anyways, got in the pool which made me nearly blind from the extensive use of bleach. Went to the front desk when tears coming out of both of our eyes and got no help since no doctor there at the time. Bought the eye drop to clear out the eye and pain. There was no help. It was hurting the whole time while we were in Nassau island (felt a little better next day). By the way been in many beaches, and swimming pools in my life, even in this trip beach water was fine on my eyes. We were in the ship, where else would we go for help? Overall excited to be in the ship but left with a horrible experience from your ship. Thanx

Great cruise had a blast! We had a drink and data package included in our price but they lost it some how and would not give it to us.
They did not report the monetary amount per day in tips.

Spent too much time at guest services straightening out reservations, still owes me credits.
Lots to do on and off the boat. Excellent comedians.
Not a fan of their program. Their deal is letting you do what ever you want, whenever you want, so half the ship is taken up by restaurants. Pretty much the only activities they ran had to do with trivia. I like trivia, but not 4 times a day. I like other things, too, when I'm on vacation.
No better Cruise line to be honest. When you enter one of their cruise ships, you will no longer be a peasant, you will become royalty in their eyes.
I love sailing with NCL & the Escape was an awesome ship except for the limited pools.
This was our 10th NCL cruise. This was not a good cruise. Food was ok. Staff was bored Ann's not interested in being there. The "Next Cruise" counselor/seller was so condescending and rude to us that i told her supervisor about it. I don't think she did anything. I gave it a 3 because the previous 9 cruises have been great. But this one was not good.

Out of all the cruise lines I've sailed on, NCL seems more modern. With a slight edge in the party vibe.

My first cruise. Crew was very nice and the boat was accommodating. Great amenities. Overall very enjoyable. Probably the only cruise I'll ever do, just not my jam. But it was great being around happy people enjoying their vacation.
Norwegian escape. Nov 2017. Cabin 5110. The post in front of the cabin door made enter/exit very interesting, and I'm a size 8; My hubby on the other hand...not funny . Cabin location next to mechanical/utility area made for constant and sometimes loud noises. Everything else was just ok, but... my ok could be bias based on previous cruises.
Service oriented staff. Pleasant accommodations. Great food choices. Will certainly do another cruise with them.

This was my first cruise and I had a really good time.
Very good company! The boarding place is very good.
Excellent cruises, we went to the Bahamas and had a great time, so we chose them again and did a longer one, to Jamaica, Mexico, Grand Cayman and the Bahamas. The only bad thing was that we did not get to the Bahamas because of the weather and we were one more day at sea. We hope to cruise again this year.
The food was awesome. The cruise was a great value.
