CASINO MAJESTIC Review

TheyWill NEVER return. I hold their top players card and have for years. Parking for premium which is an earned benefit is limited to 8 spaces and minimal handicap. I parked on an end cap in no way blocking any aisles and with no announcement or posted signs my mother's day was ruined by management calling to have their top players card holders car towed and impounded. Unfortunately I also missed my trip to Louiville the following day since I had yo retrieve my vehicle. They in no way assisted me and I was stranded since I locked my purse in my car I also had no credit cards ID or atm to get a room!!! Who does this to their own customers on private property???

We had our 25th class reunion at the Lake Shore Lounge and we had a blast. I would recommend it to anyone who needs it for an event.

Nice environment. You get to watch the lady prepare the food upfront. But ultimately nothing major, especially the food.

Nothing about this place was really fun. Atmosphere wasn't great and not that great of lighting.

The casino is need of an update but the games are good.

I was playing baccarat for 2 hours. And they have a sign that's says if u play 30 min u receive a free noodle bar. Well they said I didn't play enough money to receive it. But no were on the sign dose it say u half to buy in for a certain amount. It says play 30 min. There for I should have received the free noodle bar. The sure took my money that I lost the hole 2 hours I was there playing tho. Go figure.

Not nearly as fun tonight. Last time at least we got to play a while with the money we took. Tonight it was just sucking down the money.

One of the best casinos in the area. I love the bar staff her there all just great people. The security are really nice they don t treat u bad like other places. It s smoking inside and that s always a plus, the drinks are priced appropriately, the harbor view buffet is a nice brake from playing with a view of the lake. As well as good food. It s a fat kids dream. Overall this place makes me really happy

I loved it first time to a casino for me. I expected more then just video slots. Their table games need improvement from what I've seen.

It's not what it used to be. The service there is subpar by far. I didn't see anyone winning. The food was nasty.

It's a great Casino with a lot of promotion and good food I enjoyed it everyday

Enjoyed playing the machines, but great full, that the honest employees found my wallet and phone that I left. And waited for me to return

Buffet was clean. Wish they had real crab crackers!

Love this place. Usually go during overnight hours, but food is good, staff is great. Games pay well if you know what to play. Table games can be crowded, but you can ask for another table to be open, if they have they staff, they will accommodate. Hotel isn't the best, rooms are outdated, have had problems in morning losing water pressure during showers. That's why I won't give a 5 star review. With the money a casino makes, the hotel rooms should look better and the problems with water pressure should be fixed.

Wasn't good at all didn't not win any money this time.

Lost 700 bucks with NOT ONE win more than 10 bucks. Been to over a couple dozen casinos in 8 states, never experienced such horrible losses. And it's not just once. I've been to majestic maybe 10 or 15 times and NEVER won. A good friend of mine lives right outside the casino next to speedway and would rather go to river casino then majestic because the odds are that bad there

Whoa, were to start. Stopped in here because were were staying at the Ameristar for a few days & I had memories of the Trump/Majestic Star days 15 years ago or so. Walked in on level one, looks pretty much closed up, go up the escalator to the next level everything looks pretty abandoned still empty desks, dirty halls, dirty walls everything's just neglected and unkept looking. Starting to regret the decision to visit here, my husband and I exchange looks of doubt. We are dressed up, as we are celebrating My birthday, and look completely out of place next to the regular clientele wandering the long hall to the actual Casino entrance. As we finally reach what seems to be the entrance two female "security guards" approach us shaking their fingers & twisting their heads in an odd fashion shouting " First of all you can't just walk in here..." and we just turned to each other nodded and returned to our vehicle. We are WAY past 21, have kids older than that so there is no way they would have any reason to assume we were under age. Glad they scared us off, went to the Horseshoe it was lovely.

The Casino is dirty and you don't really win any money

Nice hotel but for what is worth a night wud of like microwave or fridge and even premium cable channels that was my only complaint

Got tired of seeing the boys with their pants hanging down past their butts, and people sleeping in the seats. People who arent playing need to get out of the seats and not beg players for money.Try to focus more on having a classier place to have fun at. Saw a man freaking out at a craps table and cursing out everyone, and still allowed to play. Come on!!

We didn't stay over-night, but the Casino itself was enjoyable. Not the usual crowd that I used to see on a Saturday. The restaurant was overpriced, and the food was average. Service was good at both the restaurant and casino. The bathrooms weren't really dirty, but could've been spruced up a little.

The rooms were not very nice. There are a lot of stains on the carpet and the breakfast is horrible

I was just told I couldn t sit in the lobby area of the two boats if I was nt eating, even though there s no one here. Worst place!

I'm not really fond of this casino as it feels kind of cramped but as a casino it does its job I guess.
