They machine are very tight they are paying everyone I talk to said the same thing that why alot of people stop coming and going somewhere else I am very displeased and alot of people are they need to close the boat that how I feel

The food was so bad at the buffet not as clean as it use to be

The buffet was delicious, and the service was attentive, but not overwhelming. Charming and certainly not irritating by any stretch of the imagination. It was a well done presentation. The Christmas tree was beautiful.

Kind of dirty, very old slots, and none of them ever pay out

Just taking money. Hardly any hand pays. Too many drawings and not enough winners in the casino. I have been going there since they opened. I never get invited to the gift give aways. Waste of my money and time.

The staff is friendly but the way the hotel rules that the staff have to follow, well I will not be back.

I visited the buffet. It was ok. Average choices. No crowd. Food was reasonably priced. The wait staff very respectful and polite. I had a salad with artichokes hearts, baked chicken, shrimp salad, and canned peaches for dessert. Over all just an place to visit for an average dinner. They only serve seafood on Friday.

The breakfast food was decent at the buffet. Everything tasted like it had coffee in it. Also, they had poor descriptions on their food options. Afterwards, the majority of my group had stomach issues from eating there. Our waitress was SUPERB! AND the manager let us out onto the patio outside so we could take pictures of the lake (we're from out of town).

I like eating here. The tables in the dining area that are over by the water are really relaxing. Watching the water, enjoying the company you are with, as well as the great food they serve is a guaranteed delight after a hard day. I don't gamble, but I enjoy the service of the attendants there.

One of the original Indiana riverboat casinos, dated, but still a really great experience. Unlike a majority of other local casinos that have moved to the massive barge layout, the Star still has it's original design, with the open mezzanine floor plan that made it classic in the first place. The craps dealers and pit bosses are friendly and helpful, always attentive and willing to guide new players on how to play craps with the experts. Definitely worth the trip!

Nice variety of slots. Good choice of dining options and the slots payout more often than neighboring establishments.

I always have fun. I don't win any or . I haven't eaten there yet. I lov coming here when I can't sleep or have so much on my mind. I hate that they n here. I have lungs problem. But I can get away from my place. I have my friend bring me here. I wish I could stay the night or have a wedding here. Cost so much 2 stay here I .

Visited casino for my son's 21st birthday. As always slots were tight. Was'nt that pleasant of a visit.

The hotel room was old and out dated, not very clean. Never had one machine ring for anyone.

Wasted 45min of my life I will never get back waiting for a 3 card poker table to open that never did. The pit boss told me at 615 it would open at 7. Not going back!

I'm going to try to take you step by atep, you walk in ok cool looks decent no signs to tell you where anything is elevators nothing. Elevator slow as molasses. Get off elevator carpet is stain ,dirty and big bleach spots, windows to see out is very dirty. In the room open door to a slight musty smell, look around burnt hole in lamp shade next to bed, mildew in windows , no blinds up to windows , beackets but no blinds, blood on door facing, ,door jams rusted, wall paper coming off the wall in bathroom, mold in and around bath tub, only one wash cloth and two towels. Ok to the room mold in windows one window so oxygenated you could see out, flies in the windows, 1 cup in the room for coffee. Asked for a blanket was told we could only get 1 blanket now mind you its double beds, and if we wanted the blanket we would have to come down and get it ourselves. No vending machines for water , pop or juice. Room was already priced high like its a 4star hotel and when we arrived asked for another $50 . I feel they should have paid us for staying there if anyone is reading this dont stay. The health department, and code enforcement need to come in , would be nice if they close down and renovate everything . I hope this makes up your mind to never stay there, i dont know who in their right mind gave rhis place 5 stars or said it was a nice place to stay. NOT!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE, This was suppise to be a weekend glad we only stayed overnight. Oh we did ask to switch rooms and was told no , asked for a cot and was told they dont have anything like that , and remeber you get double beds not queen beds.

The fire alarms kept going off and half the boat was shut down.

Well I must say Majestic don't owe me anything. Clean place, machines were social "distanced" and ventilation was cold and perfect! I would return here.

Hello. I love this casino. They have a lot of old slot machines i love to play. The food is not that great. The coffee is the best and the hotel rooms are like cheap motel room you get when your a teenager having your first time with no money. Lol

Looks as if ppl were having fun, i personally didn't like all the cigarette smoke, otherwise it may have been more enjoyable. Yes there is a non smoking section, but they smoke starting at the parking lot

I rate this Casino a 3 out of 5 because of the Fact that a few of your Staff is not consistently courteous with the player's! Being Polite does not cost Anything! My encounter with a Slot Technician was fine! Very friendly person! I did not win today, but everyone that plays Slots knows that this is a part of the game!

This was my second time at this casino last night. I had the worst experience at the security check point. It's understandable if a person is doing their job but they had this rachette ass looking security woman at the front who displayed the same attitude as her appearance. I travelled a hour to get there to have this woman her name is April raising her voice and shouting at me in the most vulgar loud and disgusting way. Even worst my girlfriend was with me, ^@^&@. I just smiled and said you know what just do your job and stop talking because she seemed to definitely have a problem with me maybe because I am black and had a white girlfriend. That was definitely my last visit for sure. I hope the operators see this post and surelyrics remove her, she has no concept of customer service or even the least idea of hospitality. I went to another casino like 8 mins down the road and had a much more pleasant experience so I guess thatshe my new gambling spot.

Not a luxirious hotel. Just meant to sleep. No extra amenities, but clean and safe...

Everybody here is so friendly and helpful. The Chop house is to die for!! Love the staff there. Mariah was so wonderful

Slot rooms were clean and well staffed however, the entrance was hard to find. The place seemed pretty empty and had an odd smell. Probably won't return.

This casino has a stale smell and not as friendly as other casino's I've visited.

I have to hand it to the owners and mgmt...They created the illusion that this is somehow a casino. A joke is how I will remember this place. The best part of my time there was leaving because I know I will never come back. Very low payouts and smoke stinch throughout the entire place. You have been warned , read the other reviews.

My wife took me to Buggatti restaurant food was delicious and my waiter was great.

I asked one of the doormen where to cash in my chips and he said "on the boat.."
Oh you dont say! I thought I had to cash them in the parking garage....idiota
